Tonya was beyond helpful! I was leaving for a trip, and accidentally tore my last pair of contacts that should have lasted me another month, and while they didn’t have my prescription in stock to purchase new boxes, she provided a couple trials of contacts for each she for my trip. Absolute the worst customer service in the area. If you have a problem with your glasses, there is no assistance once you pay your money. Would never recommend to anyone.

Dr was great. She is the first one to discover that I have the beginning of cataracts bc of Diabetes.I have always had progressive bifocals. My insurance will only pay for lined. I can see far and my eyes hurt if I use my bifocals too much. cant see in between. Called them and was told I had to pay 30.00 for new eye exam.This is crazy. Cant see the computer at work.

My husband and I both go to Pearle Vision in CB. We are very happy with their service and their choices. Very friendly staff who is helpful and honest. I love having an honest opinion instead of a salesperson just trying to make a buck.... we will continue here for a very long time.

My first mistake was buying glasses from here, I usually go through Zenni (a lot cheaper, and the best styles), well the one time I dont and go through PV, my glasses have been crooked and for some reason no one and can get them uncooked. I bought them and they were crooked and nothing has changed. Spent 200$ on these and very disappointed.
