Needed help finding something. When I saw a worker he saw us and ran to the back. Finally found on in sewing area. She helped but was very down attitude. No one smiles except cashiers. But they did have most of my craft supplies.

Hobby Lobby is probably my favorite store and this location is definitely my favorite one. I could spend the entire day here, find absolutely anything that I could possibly need or want for any project that Im currently working on or will be working on since I most likely found something new there. This store is always clean, smells good, employees are very helpful, always polite and I never have an issue with finding what I need.

Most employees there are very helpful. Good selection of just about anything you might want for crafting. Easy location to find and good parking.

I absolutely love this store! I took my daughter here on her birthday because Im trying to get her away from the toys since she just turned 12. She picked out an aromatherapy stress ball kit and a wooden unicorn bank that she can paint herself. I can literally spend hours in this store!!!

I had three posters (one big & two small) that I wanted framed for my daughter, I had planned this weeks in advance & submitted them, but then that damn winter storm hit that devastated Texas/Oklahoma, caused a delay in the frames being delivered, they thought it would not make it by th deadline but said they would try....to my amazement the frames did come in and they did a BEAUTIFUL JOB in getting them done!... I am thoroughly & COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK/THE JOB that they did!!!

Love the home decor, baking section and crating items for kids. Its great when they have markdowns and coupons available, otherwise it is pricey.

Great place to shop and employees go out of their way to help you.

Like hobby lobby as always. But very disappointed they took of the 40% off 1 item promotion since February 2021. Now might consider more before shopping there

I consider Hobby Lobby a very cool store. I always thought they were a ladies craft store. They have lots of guy stuff to. I found some very cool gifts for my grandsons. It is a little expensive but way cool.

I bought poster frame to put a poster I purchase n had trouble placing it in frame so I called hobby lobby n a very nice worker name Jenny put poster in frame for me.

I never knew it was so easily possible to spend $400 on fake flowers.

The store is Great, customer service is so poor i give them zero stars, multiple staff walking around up front doing nothing! a man dont know what his position is but they need to get rid of him doing nothing! 5 pm. 10 people waiting in line about 20 minutes. Cashier had a problem was waiting for help, people kept coming standing in line, a women camelooking for help with a book stand she wanted to purchase in the front entry way he told her she would have to wait 15 minutes for someone else to help her for carry out thats just wrong almost lost my $60 purchase... avoid this location

Im temporarily handicapped, using a walker, and the staff was very helpful, basically getting all my shopping done for me.

I bought fabric here and the woman who helped me was very brisk and rude. The overall feel was not welcoming and I do not recommend coming here to others. Only giving 2 stars because it was clean.

Always a fun experience

I was there yesterday in Council Bluffs. I was in the check out line with one person with the cashier and on e person ahead of me. The cashier finished with the one customer went to help the next person then put up her closed register sign. I had been waiting a little over 5 min. in the mean time the line next to me had another person get there. I had to basically start all over again. Thankfully a another girl opened a register and helped me. I thought that was poor customer service

Great store with countless gift and crafts. My only complaint is that they celebrate Christmas like half the year. Yikes. It starts in July - then goes into January. But other than that, its always a pleasure to shop here. Be sure to take advantage of the online 40% coupon, which is pretty much always available.

Oh my goodness. Super cute home decor for nurseries! I got a ton of cactus themed items and they all look so nice together! And the art supplies are high quality. I have a set of drawing pencils and could not be happier with them. 10/10 would tell a friend

They always have what were looking for. My wife gets cake decorating items here, we get craft items here, and theyre always great quality.

Theres a great selection of art supplies of all kinds! Itd be greater if the employees were trained by their management to do their jobs. I honestly only go to this store out of necessity; if there was a Michaels in Council Bluffs, I wouldnt waste my time here.

Not as good as the omaha store but has most your crafting needs

Love going shopping at this store. But its not handicap friendly. I need a motorized cart to ride and they dont have one in this store. I need to sit if walking too long and they dont have anywhere to sit. I have my own motorized cart but have to have someone with me to put it together. Its a great store with lots to choose from. But Joanns get most of my money.

This place is almost always as tidy as it can be. Selection is nice. Their speed ball t-shirt ink selection is fairly limited, but thats a very niche hobby.As for the clientele, its usually full of very polite folks just looking for their craft supplies.Staff are always very helpful, usually busy, and always knowledgeable about their products. Very pleasant experience.

I always have looked over this place in the past. Never again! This is a hidden gem. There is every style of anything you could want to redecorate. Whether its a rustic farmhouse kitchen or your dream nursery, they have it all.

Hard to find someone for questions! Check out clerks are helpful (when you can get to them). Some prices are extremely high - but hey - its hobby lobby and they have such cool stuff!
