Great customer service. My mom had lost her cane in the store and when I went to customer service a customer had turned it in that made my mom do relieved. Thank you for your fantastic customer service

All I can say is the person checking the receipts at the door is blatantly profiling people of color and making them wait a ridiculously long time to review the items in the cart. My husband is colored and I’m white. I went back in for things for my kids alone and she just told me have a nice day. But my husband she has to stop instead of all the white people walking out the door. I’m about to call corporate.

Low price and every thing you need for groceries and other things are all here. We loved walmart.

It was fine, it was a Walmart.They didnt have the item I was looking for, but there was a close alternative. The store was decently clean/organized.Only one cashier at 10 on a Sunday morning, the rest was self-checkout and not many patrons are very efficient with this form of check-out. There were many unhappy people near the registers :(

Mr. Moneymaker does not care about the handy capped people like he should. The electric carts are for the handy capped and there are signs that say *IN STORE USE ONLY. But he lets them take the electric carts out. Then they leave them in the parking lot and when a hang capped person needs one there is not one there. Think of other people and stop letting them take the electric carts out. If they walked into the store, they can walk out. IN STORE USE ONLY!!!!!!!!

There to pick up parts for our camper. While we were there got some groceries. Its a nice clean store in a nice neighborhood.

This store is often out of stock on items we need or simply stop carrying things we like. We really hate the fact that there are almost never any cashiers other than the one for limited items forcing us to use self checkout. Bring back cashiers, I am not one of your employees and should not be forced to ring up my items while you continue to raise prices!

Everything was great but there was no french fries at all, jus hash browns n tater tots, but I know things happen and supplies are short

How are you going to close your customer service before your store closes? I had literally just bought an item to find out it was obviously a return at some point and was missing pieces. I just wanted to exchange and was refused help. So instead I just went and swapped it out myself. Have fun trying to find the one with the missing piece!

Employees are always helpful. I usually check for availability by phone first, asi live 20 min. away. Have had no problems with getting answers. Great prices when time to clearance items out. My only complaint about Wal-Mart, as a whole, is the obvious differences in prices for identical items. My store 20 min. away, next store over an hour. The further stores prices are markedly different even tho same state just different city. Otherwise, Wal-Mart is my go to for all needs. Pharmacy in Hiawatha has some of the greatest people working for the store They are very courteous, friendly and make you feel part of the family.

Your shopping app is the most confusing one around. I was able to shop and put my purchasing in the shopping cart. That was as far as I could go. It would not allow me to go to the checkout or set up a delivery time. That was 2days ago. I couldnt Get back into the program to cancel.

My last visit everything was good except for the fact that the kid that loaded my vehicle with my groceries put pop on top of my bread and completely smashed it. I believe that these kids need some better training on how to bag and load a car.

Every employee we spoke to was great. I have never had this experience at a Walmart. This one was great.

Other shops in the area are fine. Its interesting that the Walmart on the other side of CB is 10x nicer when other stores dont have a problem. Im hoping I can update this once the remodel is finished.

Money pickup at Walmart is convenient for those of us who need to transfer money to a loved one in need.

When I went to the customer service desk I was ignored because the employee, Rich, was too busy looking at god knows what on the store computer.When I stood directly in his line of sight and asked where the bathroom was, Rich goes its around the corner lady. Open your eyes!Trash human for a trash store. Pathetic service. Full stop. Save yourself the stress and go to Target (or literally any other store in the area).If negative stars were a review option, this store would get it hands down.

Walmart has good prices but of course that means they are always busy. This Walmart had 4 Checkstands with real live checkers so that gives them a better score. Looks like they are feeling the pressure of stock shortages but that is Bidens fault. Thats all I can say

Employees are rude and dismissive and theres never any handicap carts available? The 72nd St store by Pacific St store has the worst customer service of all that Ive been to nationwide! There are never any handicap carts and the employees refuse to try n help locate one for the customer. I was even told by am employee that if they found one no one would bring it back to the entrance? So I cannot shop at a store that tells me directly to my face that help is unavailable.

Terrible! Called for help about the prices of an item I purchased because it was advertised as 9$ less online at the same location. I called customer service to see if I could get reimbursed but hung up on me the first time I called, then left me on hold, just to hang up on me again. I will no longer be going to this location.

Im guessing it is their location, but here you are treated like a shoplifter until her receipt shows and proves you otherwise. I have NEVER been made to feel this way anywhere else in my life, and especially at Walmarts in way more shady locations. Extremely disappointed. There was no air conditioning going on and when I inquired about that I was told it was the heat generated by the self check out area ! A definite do not return here...shame on them !

Nice and clean store. Always treated with respect, and a sense of urgency. Yesterday the girl at the customer service desk was great, it was 8am or so. I was stressed over bills. But she greeted me with a warm smile. Her knowledge was very helpful. Keep doing what you do gurl:)

This is actually one of the better Walmarts Ive been at and Ive been able to have customer service which was even better it was clean and there was stuff when I was looking for one I know right!

I think Walmart as a whole has gone down hill however, I enjoy going to this Walmart the people are always polite

Was kinda hard to find what we were looking for, but theyre remodeling so that is understandable. Did by a few gift cards though in self check and the person there walked by us twice without even looking at the blinking light. There werent many people checking out so Im not sure why we were so easily overlooked.

Things arent always stocked so well and they reorganized and things are spread out which makes for a longer shopping trip. Lots of self check outs. Sad for the workers

Love coming to Walmart but the only complaint I have on it is that I wish they were 24 hours again. Me and my buddy used to shop there all the time after the gym out in Bellvue.

Online grocery pick up. End up waiting 30min and they cant find our order. Never order produce because its always bad produce. When you pull up and call the number at the parking spot, no one answers phone or voicemail but then the mailbox is full.

Good it would be nice if they were more than two registers open I feel like Im the customer and Im doing their job by self scanning thats the only problem I had

DIRTY. MESSY. There was such a mess every where you went. Nothing is organized. Stuff thrown everywhere. Literally dirty clothes and food items. Looked liked the spilled pop allover a whole display of bras. Just not a good store at all.

Poorly run store but prices are low. They often have products in the wrong place. Products often ring up at the before rollback price. They lock up products so people dont steal them but it is hard to find an associate with a key. Aisles are crowded with products. Its never a pleasant experience.

They always have friendly staff and I love this particular stores clearance isles.

Self checkout has taken jobs from people and given jobs to people to sit and watch is use the machines they know nothing about. Couldnt even get my bananas because the scale was broke.

Biggest walmart supercenter I ever been too.

I had an oil change new guys did it over all good job. I needed a side marker/blinker bulb changed and they didnt understand it was a dual element told me it was an electrical problem. The boss needs to help the new guys.

All good, obtained what I needed in and out good experience.

I DONT LIKE THE SELF CHECKS! There was only 1 register open.I LIkE HAVING A CLERK.that way if there are any questions a person can handle it!!!

We tried to bring cabs to recycle about 3:30PM. No sign, nobody available, a wasted trip and gasoline.

Its a nice store I miss Florida because what I want potato chips they have a big selection in Florida here apparently in Iowa you cant find anything but Frito-Lay so they have a monopoly trust me you can get cheaper potato chips

As a senior citizen and the mother of a handicapped daughter who is on oxygen 24/7 I do not appreciate you not having check stands anymore that everything is self checkout. You have lost us as a customer we will go elsewhere and I know Im not the only person that feels this way

More fruit selection than they had in Hawaii. This store is truly a superstore. Look at the wide open pharmacy and all of the selections of soap. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had to call corporate office for help because I waited 45 min at the jewelry spot they called 3 times over the intercom that I needed help but noone showed up .so after 30 mins I called corporate office and the guy was helpful. he stayed on phone with me for almost 25 mins until he got someone to come help me. he called management and they were slacking until he told them to help me. Im very appreciative for that man in corporate I got what I needed finally ..but that location needs new management they didnt even know if they had the right key smh thats why I dont go to council bluffs location really I always have a bad experience

Worst Walmart ever!! Literally I was using CoinStar and Alex and another worker were not helping at all, Waited there for over 30 minutes to get help. never coming back again.

Has a gluten free area, The clearance isle always has many discounted items-seasonal.

Some employees are very helpful and some employees are completely useless! Its hit or miss with Walmart. Id rather go somewhere else then go to Walmart

Theres only two things I dont like about walmart. The first thing is when youre shopping for groceries almost all the food is really close to the experation. The second one is they closed automotive. They treat you like a crook when you know where the items are that you need. But when you actually need assistants there no where to be found
