This is the best location in the area by comparison. Vast selection of games and accessories in every category. Not only has there never been an issue or mishap during any inquiry or purchase over the years but the staff and managers are above the GameStop standard as well. Forgive my mention of Lorne the manager but he sets the bar for the region and the tone for his store. The best customer service as well also customer loyalty and appreciation, it’s obvious to see this location is run well because it radiates to the customer and showcases the fluid business operations. From an old gamer, thanks for appreciating us and keeping the kid in all of us alive.

Ordered a Nintendo Switch online for same day delivery. Havent received the product I paid for. When I called the store to see what was going on, the guy who answered had no clue about anything and literally told me I was out of luck. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

Gamestop female associate was rude to the child in front of us. Rolling her eyes at all his questions. This Gamestop has gone down hill since Claudia left. After almost 15 yrs of loyally going to this location I will not be returning. Never in stock of anything, but old ps3 games and 360 games no one wants.

Great service and friendly staff. My only complaint is I purchased 2 sets of the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 gen 2 headsets and they both have problems with the Bluetooth syncing with the mic so you might want to avoid the product because lots of people have the same problem.

Edit: Store manager (the associate that handled me) personally contacted me about the situation and apologized. Id say that is a big deal regarding customer service to go out of the way to do that and enough so to bump my rating back up.Associate seemed very upset to be there and was very rude when ringing me up. Did not discuss how the membership was expired and just told me to swipe my card. Also didnt care to explain why one of my trade-ins was refused. I see now that the disc was cracked, but the gentleman just placed it to the side and asked me to swipe my card without mentioning anything to me. He just wanted me out ASAP and he made that clear.

This gamestop is always well-stocked, has a clean and welcoming atmosphere and all the associates Ive dealt with were great!Take advantage of the perks of being an Elite member and enjoy the savings!

When I see the word Prestige, I expect a prestigious storefront. However, this is a small place and its literally a maze to get in line for the register. Visit this place when its not busy so that you can circumnavigate the store without people getting in the way...

Went at 10:30-11:00 in morning to grab a game quickly and I was third person in line out of four people and plus one guy off to side selling/trading in ps4. 10-15 minutes later still third person in line and other off to side guy still waiting to get rid of ps4. I Go to gamestop to be in and out quickly. Never again would I go back there. Went to best buy instead and in and out in 2 minutes with my game.

Extra helpful and friendly! I dont know anything about video games and systems but they made buying these things for my kids much easier.

Update: pre-ordered Sega mini but they couldnt be bothered to dig it out on release date. I cancelled the pre-order, drove over to best buy and purchased no problem.was clean but appeared messy and if you have ever been to a GameStop you know exactly what I mean. GameStop has been screwing people on the trade in value of their games for years and years and I think it will eventually catch up with them, which is a shame. I feel bad writing a review so bad about a store I use to love so much. My advice to the people that work there is to get out now while you can and not during the impending liquidation. I believe GameStop will be gone with a matter of a few years or less.

I walked in the store looking to buy a headset and i was looking at 2 different ones and I wanted to compare the weight of them both, a guy named scott wouldnt even let me see the actual headset boxes telling me if I want to see the actual box that I need to purchase them that is terrible customer service.
