This place is terrible. Do not go!!! I went there because they had a deal online that would have been a great deal for me. But when I got there, they pulled a bait n switch and put me on a plan that cost twice what I thought I was signing up for. When I called the next day to find out why I had received a text saying my bill was going to be over $100 a month, they told me it was because of the phones I chose to buy from them. By taking the phone deal I offered, I “volunteered” to get the more expensive plan. They claimed they explained this to me many times but the never did. I demanded a refund and threatened to sue and not only did they not care, but they charged me $136 for the refund. DO NOT GO THERE!!! They will screw you.

Terrible customer service . Waited over an hour just to talk to someone. I was the second person in the store . Service rep was taking payments from people that had just walked in instead of taking care of people trying to get problems resolved .

Always good courteous service,the service reps are helpful with needs,bcuz Im not tech savvy but they do a good job helping me with my issues.

The lady here has no idea what shes doing. Currently been waiting in line to be seen for about 30 minutes while she activates a phone. Ive had my phones activated in under 5 minutes. Need new staff

I would like to thank Isobel for the endless hours ( over 20)she spent trying to transfer my phone from Sprint. She was very helpful. I would also like to thank Thalia for her effort in getting me transferred to a new phone. She helped me transfer my data and told me what to do to get my account transferred. They were both wonderful, and went beyond. However, I cannot be as complimentary about the manager, Jocelyn. She was of no help to me, and spent less than 5 minutes with me.

The service was very poor!! didnt say anything when I walked in waited over 20 min till she was done doing something. I ordered a phone almost a month ago and still waiting!!

Somebody better get Thalia out of metropc, everytime I go in or friends sge puts us on wait. Or screws my phone up. So it coz me another trip to get fixed what she has messed up. I have brought friends in to get phones an hooked up an weve had to wait not just a few minutes try an hour. There is a girl Jocelyn there who is great at fixing up Thalia mistakes. Now on I call before bothering coming in unless Jocelyn is working. That girl has corrected so many mistakes of Thalia did it is amazing. I an many other have had our phones locked by Thalia Ruiz that is against the law to lock a phone without not being told to do it to your phone. I an many others some are to scared to put it on reveiw, but if we dont then Thailia Ruiz will do what she wants. An those trips are uncalled for. I spoke with the owner an he said he will talk to her. Will tje talk didnt do any good coz she just did it to another friend of mine. We only stay or go where Joceyln at, that girl knows her metro pc. An Im in Oak Forrest just to get Jocelyn to fix my phone problem that Thalia did. Either someone pay attention. An 2 customers just walked out an said how great Joceyln is. So someone needs to wake up. An start writing reviews an dont be scared. Joceyln is the girl to go to if you got a problem. Thalia Ruiz I do not know what or who, but I cant beleive by your rudeness an making customers wait not a few minutes try an hour. Somebody better put the roght petson in the right spot. Before someone steals Joceyln from metropc an then were all screwed with Thalia Ruiz.
