Refused to return accessories purchased from another one of their other stores stating that theyre unable to do so even though their abilities in Opus allows them to do everything that a corporate store can do. Luckily Mccorkles store is going to take the time and try to help. Seems like the manager and employees just didnt want to do their jobs sadly.

After having a terrible experience at the South Charleston store; Amy, Paige, and Laura at the Cross Lanes store helped to make it 100x better! They were knowledgeable with any questions or concerns that I had and explained everything to me! Amy assisted me in purchasing my new iPhone 12 Pro Max and getting my nephew switched over to my old XR! Even though I live in South Charleston, I will be driving to the Cross Lanes store from here on due to how wonderful my experience was! Buying a new phone is stressful enough and after having bad customer service at the South Charleston store, it was a huge sigh of relief to be treated with kindness!!!

Recently switched from Cricket to At&t. I couldnt be happier with the serviced I received at the Cross Lanes store. Nathan was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After discussing what I was looking for we found the perfect phone and plan. He even has me considering going back in and getting At&t TV. I had a great experience and will be back.

Overpriced. They do not honor any At&t online prices. They are an Authorized Retailer aka middle man. The only true At&t store in town is at Southridge

I needed to add a 2nd line and get 2 new phones.As soon as I walked in Hannah was ready to get me taken care of. Very professional and diligent. She took the time to find out my needs and wants before recommending any plans or phones. Once she had a good understanding of what I was looking for, she was on point with making it happen. My bill is not cheaper, and I am in love with my new phones.Hannah was the one that took care of me, but the entire staff made the experience a joy.

I just want to say, that the AT&T in cross lanes is truly the best! I went in for an upgrade on my phone, Andrew greeted me and was so super helpful along with all of the workers in the store. Andrew made my upgrading and transferring everything from one phone to another go so smoothly! I can’t thank him enough! I also love my new phone!

We are sitting in the parking lot at 10:51 a.m. & no one is here, so we called the store phone number & were transferred to a national call center. The associate answered (and he was eating, smacking his food in our ears) & informed us that the store is closed for lunch. When we then asked about why the lunch hours werent posted on the door, he said in case you havent noticed, theres a pandemic right now. Oh, we notice since we just lost our dad / husband. Pathetic. Its Monday, 3/1/21. Besides, what does the pandemic have to do with the fact that your store has hours posted on the door (10-6), but no indication that there is a break for lunch?

Do not go here. I went in for Direct TV and they reviewed my phone plan. Told me several straight up lies. My new bill was supposed to be $360 a month. The first bill i got was $841.00. I went back in for help. They referred me to AT&T corporate. I was told by AT&T it would be handled. My next bill was $2300.00. I have reached back out to the store 2 times. They have told me they would escalate this as did corporate. No one is calling me back. I have never done an on line review before, but I want prevent someone from trusting this store and trusting AT&T. Go somewhere else.

I love my new phone they were super helpful even upgraded my plan and saved me money on my monthly bill.. 🥰

Do not do to Crosslanes!The lady working today was the rudest lady I’ve ever met! I called she was super rude and wouldn’t help so I decided to go in, very rude. I bought my phone out right at Best Buy, recently got a new one so I was selling my older one and it had a message that it was locked! Locked what do you mean I never locked it and paid outright for it, the Lady told me twice there’s nothing she can do that I needed to return back to where I bought the phone! Drive home call att Teays valley store and the guy told me it was locked he put in a request to unlock it and it can take up to 2 day! What?? I never ask you to lock it in the first place! Now I have to wait to sell my phone!First teach customer service to your employees! I will never return to cross lanes store!

The new Manager has done a great job with turning this store around! It use to be so empty looking, 2 male employees who would play on their phones and never look up when you walk in, no inventory, etc... I went in Friday to get my new iPhone XS Max and Devon & Kayla took care of all of my needs! I will be back to that store as long as they stay there!!!
