I walked into Verizon needing a couple questions answered and ran into Tyler, he was immensely helpful and his customer service skills were excellent. I walked in with questions and left highly satisfied. 10/10 will definitely come back!

I came into the store very frustrated and overwhelmed with my bill and problems with my phone. Tyler took care of me and made all of my worries go away. He was so nice and made sure to answer every question I had. I wish there were more people like him in the world.
After several visits, this is NOT a great experience. Would NOT use Verizon if they were the only cell phone company available. Very poor customer service! Not helpful in the store or by phone.

I lost my cell phone and was so disappointed went to Verizon and worked with Tyler and he fixed me right up with a new phone and retrieved all of my information without my old phone and not only that my husband got one too! I went to the Verizon last night Saturday @7.30 when they close at 8, the doors were locked . I assumed they left early dint really matter, Again came back on Sunday @ 1.00 pm since it’s mentioned on the door open on Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm, and guess what the doors are still closed and no body to answer . This is ridiculous, I don’t have all day to keep coming in and checking if some one is available. One advice to all of u, please call them and see if they answer the phone to be sure to have some available for you .

Lets start off by saying this Verizon Store at the Nitro Market Place Rocks!!! Ive had 3 great experiences with the staff. The first time was when I had a phone that was not working. The store manager Mikinzie was so nice and helpful. So when I need to upgrade the phone that I was having an issue with she got me into a new phone with all the accessories I wanted. I also added 2 tablets that day for myself and my child for the long car rides and they where free out the door.The next time I was in I upgraded another phone just because it was long over due. Once agian Mikinzie got me an s9+ the accessories to match and helped transfer over everything from the old phone to the new one.The third time I came in and Josh helped me preorder the s10+ and when it came in he gave me a call that it was ready for pick up. I got the preorder promotion and also got a case and a samsung watch and they paired great together. He was so helpful and really took the time to make sure that all my content was backed up and transfered and traded in my phone to get a credit for my case for my new phone. I have to say this that this store location and its staff are the reason why I have been such a loyal customer for years.

Negativie 0000000000000000 STARS!!!!I HAD CAME TO THIS LOCATION SATURDAY AUGUST 18, 2018 WITH AN ISSUE I HAD WITH MY PHONE. MY PHONE WAS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE UNTIL I UPDATED 41 APPS, DURING THE APP UPDATES MY PHONE SCREEN WENT COMPLETELY BLACK. EVERYTHING HOWEVER WAS STILL FUNCTIONING ( MY LED LIGHT AND HOME SCREEN LIGHTING) IT WAS JUST THE SCREEN ITSELF. ADAM WHO WAS A NICE GENTELMAN ALSO VERY NEW ASSISTED ME ME FIGURING OUT WHAT WAS WRONG, HE BEGAN ASKING HIS BOSS WHICH IS THE GENERAL MANAGER MCKENZIE SHE ADVISED THAT MY PHONE IS NOT IN CORRUPTED AND NOT IN WORKING CONITIONS SO ADAM STATED IT WAS BEST TO GET A NEW DEVICE BECAUSE I WAS WORRIED ABOUT ALL MY PERSONAL CLIENTS INFORMATION THAT WAS IN MY SO CALLED DEFECTIVE PHONE. I GOT A NEW PHONE AS STATED BY ADAM AND MCKINZE BUT WHEN I WENT HOME WITHIN A FEW HOURS FROM LEAVING THE VERIZON RETAILER I TURNED MY PHONE ON AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE AN IN WORKING CONDOTIONS WOTH 4G NETWORK SO I WENT BACK THE VERY NEXT DAY SUNDAY AUGUST 19, 2018 TO RETURN THE NEE PHONE BUT WAS TOLD BY ADAM HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT SO HE TRIED CALLING THE GENERAL MANAGER MCKENZIE SHE DID NOT PICK UP SO I WAITED TILL 5PM CLOSING IN HOPES SHE WOULD CALL BACK OR ZAC WHO IS THE DISCTRICT MANAGER. I THEN HAD TO COME BACK MONDAY AUGUST 20, 2019 TO TALK WITH MCKENZIE ABOIT THE $70 RETURN RESTOCK POLICY ALSO ITS MORE THEN I PAID TO GET THE PHONE ON AN UPGRADE AND ACTIVATION FEE COMBINED. ZAC DECLIEND TO GIVE ME HIS BOSS NUMBER AND ADVISED ME TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN STATING THEY ARE NOT LIKE CORPORATE SINCE THEY ARE THEIR OWN FRANCHISE. MCKINZE LIED ABOUT THE STEPS SHE DID ON MY PHONE I AM SEEKING CORPORATE AND THE VP TO EXPLAIN THE TREATMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DISPALAYED WAS AND STILL IS RIDICULOUS!! THERE ALSO WAS A MAN WHO BOUGHT HIS SON A PHONE AND BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE THE PHONE WAS DEFECTIVE HE TOO WAS UPSET AND GOING OFF ABOUT THE WAY THEY HANDLE THINGS DEMANDING THEY GIVE HIM A WOEKING PHONE BEING IT WAS JUST SOLD TO HIM FROM THEM.. WE WERE IN THERE FOR 2 HOURS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I HAVE NEVER WROTE A REVIEW IN MY LIFE UNTIL THE UNFAIRNESS AND MONEY HUNGRY JUST TO MAKE A QUICK COMMISSION VERIZON RETAILER HERE IN CROSS LANES!!! THE BEST LOCATION IS TEAYS VALLEY THE CHARLESTON LOCATION AND CROSS LANES/NITRO ARE RAN BY THE SAME PERSON ZAC. TJE GENRAL MANAGER EVEN TRIED EMPLOYEE BLAMING THE NEW EMPLOYEE BY SAYING THAT ADAM IS NEW (AS IF ITS HIS FAULT) I CORRECTED HER AND SAID HIM BEING NEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ACTIVE LISTENING (WE WERE ON THE SUBJECT OF HER LYING)... SHE THEN ADVISED MY HUSBAND AND I THAT SHE WILL NOT BE ANSWERING ANYMORE QUESTIONS BECAUSE WE ARE DONE IN THE STORE SO WE HAD LEFT SO DISTURBED WITH WHAT HAD HAPPEN. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK OR REFERRING ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION. I WILL GLADY MAKE A LONGER DRIVE TO AVOID THIS PLACE AND CONTINIE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYONE AND ANYONE I ENCOUNTER TO AVOID THIS ERROR FOR CONTINUING.
