With everything going digital its a little sad. Im guilty of not collecting discs like I used to. Id love to see some more anime collectables and apparel at decent prices. Always friendly staff here and very clean and organized.

This is by far the nicest gamestop Ive ever been in. They have a great selection of games, and they have a ton of other game things like tshirts, board games, funko pops, and even a few household items, like gaming themed lamps. Everything is neat, and orderly. The customer service is awesome too.

Gamestop isnt what it once was with a hard hit from a pandemic and everything inching closer and closer to all digital. I went into my local GS and asked for tetris effects for the XBO and the rep told me that isnt only for ps4 O.o I just downloaded it for the XBO before I left my house but I just wanted a hard copy that I found on Amazon since GS doesnt have the means to sell me a new game or a new console for that matter. What happened to GS making pre orders for consoles available? There would be a lot less of this scalping and I dont know why people are paying 1K$ for a console but I guess the selling power that GS once had is long gone.

I dont know why folk dont like GameStop. In my area they are pretty good at selling and helping with your video game wants. Never had any problems with the employees there some of the products yeah. But the people always are helpful. Anyway 4 out of 5 for me.

Typical Gamestop. Not a huge selection right now. Prices are still competitive for physical copies of games. My son bought pokemon cards here for half of what they cost at Walmart.

Awesome customer service games werent in stock for the switch they said they would be getting them soon

I asked a different gamestop yesterday and they told me that I had a bad controller but they told to reset it and it work

They always have everything you need any employees are intelligent and can help you accordingly.

Called and asked if trade credit could be used for an Amazon gift card the employee said maybe but he couldnt confirm. I asked if a manager could confirm if it were possible or not and he angrily replied he was the manager. At the point i just said goodbye and ended the call. Happened on 10/17/17 around 3pm

I am 44, havent been a gamer since the first Mortal Kombat. Im having surgery and will be out of commission for at least six weeks. I am going to need something to do! So I went to my local GameStop and told Evan (mgr?) my story. Based on my situation, Evan recommended the system and games Id like based on my experience and personality. Both employees I spoke with were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. They definitely made a loyal GameStop customer outta me!!

Its a game stop, what can I say... Lots of games and toys. Check out was easy and the clerk was nice.

The product is always neat and they have more to choose from at this location! However, the employees are very rude. (Especially a taller gentleman with a braided pony tail)I witnessed him helping an older couple pick a Christmas gift. They admitted to not knowing anything about gaming. He shrugged that off and treated them like they were idiots. It made me sick. Other than THAT guy, Ive never had issues.!

Used to be a great place to shop at, but a few of the employees are so rude. Im tired of shopping in their and the employees ignoring me, or scoffing at the idea of helping me. One or two of tbe employees are fine, but the rest are an absolute joke. Ive had a few actually look super upset when i came in with a trade.

This is the biggest location for Game Stop in the area, its clean and friendly and the staff is nice.

It was fun walking around and seeing The fall out 76 cant wait to play it.
