I wanted to jump on here again and brag about this place! Our timing belt pulley went out in the van and thankfully it was still under warranty. They had our van fixed same day and were kind enough to take my husband to an appointment when he dropped the van off. Jim over in the service department has been a God send and they’ve continued to treat us like family. This is the only dealership we’ll be doing business with and recommending to our friends and family.

My wife Joanne and I went to Crossville Tenn, to look at a RV she had seen online, we arrived there on a Friday afternoon and the salesman Bill Daniels showed us the RV, he was a very friendly and funny guy who kept us laughing, the RV was the size we wanted and the pride was within our budget, we went through it twice Friday, Bill answered all our questions. We spent the night in Crossville and Saturday morning we went back, and went through it again, being such a good salesman Bill acted like it was our first time looking at it lol, we went into the office and made an offer with Mack the general manager who just happened to have the same birthday as me February 14, we made an offer he came back with a counter offer which we accepted, we also met the owner who is also a really nice guy, Joanne had forgotten to bring her check book so the deal was made on a handshake that we would bring the money when we came back to pick it up which was today 8-13-21, we could not have done business with any better people, so if you are in market for a RV, car or truck go to Blue Bird Motor in Crossville, Tennessee.

Absolutely thrilled with the customer service and van we got! Mack answered every question we had and they even checked the van over again before we left. They have an awesome waiting room with cartoons playing that kept our kids entertained and they even brought them popsicles. I will be recommending everyone I know to go here for a great deal and great service!

Blue Bird Motors dealership is kind of out of the way & I never would have found them if I hadn’t done an internet search for a certain make car & they popped up in the search. Mark Phann is unlike any car salesman I have ever encountered. I told him what I wanted & didn’t want & what I needed (I am an elderly, disabled widow)...he listened to it all. I researched the value of my trade before going to the car lot & decided on what I hoped to at least get but figured the salesman would try to whack it down lower....Mark didn’t...he asked what I was wanting for mine & actually said he thought it was worth a bit more & increased it by $2,000. I’m sure no other car lot would ever have done that or been that honest about it. I was expecting to be taken advantage of in the deal but I wasn’t.I found it hard to believe at first that Mark was actually going to give me such a good deal because with past experience elsewhere, salesmen were only interested in giving the least amount possible on trades & selling for the highest price possible. I also thought I was going to have to settle for a much older car but Mark came up with a 9 year newer model that fit my meager budget & it seems to be a great car. There was no pressure, all questions were answered, Mark did everything he said he would & more. I feel he went above & beyond what others would have & would highly recommend Blue Bird Motors to anyone. Go there first & check their large inventory before going anywhere else. I haven’t tried their Service Center yet but I’m sure they will be just as accommodating & friendly as their sales staff. I highly recommend Blue Bird Motors...they must have great owners for the staff to be so nice. They are a “10” in my book.

Had tires put on both my vehicles! Get the oil changed in my vehicles ! Windshield... you nameit they take care of it! Just ask for Jim he’s the Bomb!! Great prices & excellent service!!

Went to have a windshield replaced which went well.But after I got home my wife got in on the passenger side and got grease on her hand from the grab handle..needless to say she was not happy and I heard a few words she never said before..I called back down there and told them it looked like he just got done changing oil in another car and got in ours the response I got was I will tell my technician to make sure they clean there hands..never once did they offer to clean it for me.. as for my self I will pay more to go elsewhere

I was absolutely amazed at the selection of not only cars, trucks and SUV’s but also campers, motor coaches, and 5th wheels. Even a few motorcycles and side by sides. The staff is super friendly. The service department was very quick to service my vehicle and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. The general manager l, the owner and the owners wife made sure my entire family was taken care of while there. Had both windshields replaced in motorhome. Removing windshields exposed rusted out frame all the way around both. Lucky for me the owner of Blue Bird Motors and Glass Pro also owns Garys Body Shop. I live in my motorhome full time and was in an unexpected predicament. The owner Gary put together a cost effective plan to fabricat a replacement frame so the windshields could be reinstalled. Not a straight foward or easy fix but they got it done. Now I have new windshields and have my home back. Very pleased with all the folks working at these fine establishments and would highly recommend them.

I had the windshield replaced here. I had a issue with some whilstling after install. They replaced the windshield again and it is quiet!. Jim and Dave made sure that I, the customer, was satisfied with their work. If the need arises in the future for maintenance, I will definitely bring it to them. I am very happy with their customer service and them wanting the job done to my satisfaction. Thanks Jim and Dave!

I wish I could give them a good review... Gary the owner is sweet as can be, However his Salesman Mike is a complete joke.. slow, very unprofessional which is quite rude.. States he will call you back, wait for hours, I call him, wait again and then he EMAILS me at almost the end of the day... EMAIL... seriously.... If the owner wants to know why he possibly is not selling enough vehicles, he may want to look into the Tactics of his “Sales Professional’s”... and do not expect to get a direct response from that Sales Professional either, my suggestion “Retire”!
