While working with my dad, we have needed WG many times and have never been disappointed! Most of the 1⭐ negative reviews are because of being too busy. Whos not? In my opinion, being busy doesnt warrant a careless review. I actually think being busy means you do good work? If I need some glass work done Im going to Wittenburg Glass.

I have used Whittenburg Glass a few times and have always been satisfied with their service. This was an unusual request and they were prompt accurate and reasonable priced. I recommend them.

My broken window in for measurement they ordered what I needed when it came in I brought it back they put it in and put it in my car for me. Prices were very reasonable.

Late last winter, Whittenburg came out, measured, and made a large, custom 1/4 thick tempered glass door for our Roman shower. After the installation, everything was fine until the summer sun started beating down on the outside of the wall where the shower door was mounted inside, causing the wall to expand. Due to the wall expansion, the door would no longer close properly. Chris came out twice to make adjustments on the same days we called, but finally decided the right thing to do would be to make a whole new door at no cost to us, which has now been installed. The epitome of good customer service.

Supposed to call me back and come look at windows to be replaced. Never called back. Said they would try again, never called. I stopped in and receptionist said they are so busy doing new construction. Well so much for that?

The first time I called a year ago the receptionist told me they were too busy and to find someone else. I stopped in several months later and gave my name and number and asked again. I was once again told they are very busy but I said we were going on a cruise and would be away for a week so that was fine. While on the cruise they called and of course we could not schedule. So I called when I got home and a week went by with no return call. I stopped in again and gave my information and again a week went by with no call, I called the last time a week later and again I was IGNORED. Very rude company that doesn’t care about customers. I should call them and ask for othe local glass companies (maybe they can handle that) RUDE RUDE RUDE.

They say they are too busy with commercial jobs to replace 2 residential windows! But, it took me months to get that answer- they just kept putting us off

They did a good job on the glass I needed and the receptionist was warm and friendly.

They came out to do an estimate on some broken windows, called several times to get the estimate and they said the guy never gave it to them. I stopped trying after two weeks. Poor service!
