Artist made a great design had great prices and it looked so much better than expected,will definatley be returning

Poor communication, when I came in asking for tint, I said I wanted limo everywhere except the front windshield unaware that is illegal. After that she said she would do it and charged me 250 dollars. When I came to get my car I didnt realize the front was lighter then the back till I saw it in the sun after calling and explaining that I didnt get what I asked for I was informed it was illegal and instead of telling me it was illegal I just sold something i didnt want Jess at the front didnt explain anything about the process or the legality.

I had my car tinted here. There was a bubble in the rear passenger window after. It was tear drop sized. Right above the door lock, so it was visible. The owner does a lot of the work, and he told me to come back the next day to get it fixed. I didnt bother. A couple of years later I had a break in. I went elsewhere and I said just match the broken window tint with the others. A little bit later the guy came back and showed me the window tint. It was faded and darker around the edges where it sits in the frame. Cheap tint he said. We cant match that. I got my whole car re-tinted.

Dont use this place HORRIBLE!!! Had 16 T-shirts made for family Alzheimer Walk. I couldnt believe what they gave me. Ask them to redo them cause my grandmother just passed away in July and this walk meant a lot to my family and myself. Said no he was sorry her face was cut off but that was the best he could do. Pat didnt have any compassion. Paid 17.45 a shirt what I got back was a joke. Told them our walk was Saturday Oct 22 they had time to redo them. Sorry but we dont even make money with making t-shirts is what I was told. Website says they believe customer satisfaction yeah right!! I wish I could upload a pic of what I asked for and what I got. We just wanted this walk to be perfect .Felt like they didnt care wasnt their grandmother that passed away.

I had my cars nine windows tinted here a couple of years ago. They did a fantastic job at a fair price. Fast forward a couple of years. I took another car there for tinting. When I made the appointment, I was quoted a price which seemed fair for the three windows I wanted to have tinted. I showed up for the appointment a few days later, and was told I was given the wrong price. The new price was not only more than double the original quote, it was higher than what I paid to have nine windows tinted on my other car.

I have been using these guys for the last 5 years and they have always provided great service.This year we needed a few extra signs for our Christmas light hanging business, it was short notice, but they came through for us. Thats why I finally decided to post a review. I highly recomend them.

First off the guy working the front didnt give a shot about anything. Do not use this place, ordered signs black and gold, gold came out dirty lines struck thru because of dirty print heads, and I was told because of the effect. The owner argued with me how the effect made that happen. I needed to have the signs shortened, wanted to charge me $25 to cut but I paid $30 for the signs. Ended up leaving the signs and paying for them. .....I was gonna use them exclusively for real estate signage, shirts, biz cards, post cards, discount cards, coupons, banners, for sale signs and flags for open houses. They lost all that business for over 10 agents over $25. Had they just cut them I would have kept them and lived with it. But now Hell no, stay away people.

I originally used them to do window tint. I had an eyebrow dark strip put on the windshield that was applied improperly below the required line-so I had to remove it to pass inspection. Recently the tint shrank up, inability to view through the back window with a foggy appearance, and withdrew up into a crease on back and side window. This company wanted $350 to strip and tint my Mercedes, had it scheduled to be done and they called and cancelled the appointment due to supposedly not having staff to do that day- they cancelled when they found out I had the receipt that came with a life time warranty... and its been 3 weeks of calling them --NO RETURNED CALLS... they obviously have no intention of doing. And I was going to have two other vehicles tinted... but thankfully I didnt!! SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE AND POOR QUALITY WORK -once they have your $$$ -good luck!

These folks suck in a bad way. They installed a botched vehicle wrap job for my company truck. It bubbled and split in several places. Instead of offering to re-do the wrap, they simply wanted to add a decal that they forgot to print on the wrap, over the top of the existing wrap. It was only after talking to a real vehicle wrap shop that I found out you can not install a wrap on a wrap, as the tint zone would have you believe.They did not offer a refund, they wanted me to come in and have it repaired, their way. THEY ARE CROOKS AND DISHONEST INDIVIDUALS. LAZY, INCOMPETENT, and NO HONOR WHATSOEVER. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE, AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Get a written quote! They quote you one thing and charge you more than twice that amount when you pick up.

Tint has no bubble and looks amazing
