The girl store manager najiva was exceptionally helpful and patient on upgrading my phone suggested very nice case and screen protector for my phone. I really loved my whole experience with her compare to other stores. Thank you najiva

Well I dont know yet Im going down there tomorrow to take my Galaxy S10 and get an upgrade so I will let you know this is the 1st metro store Ive been to since Ive been living in Texas Alex you know I think

They had really good customer service and helped me out a lot.

@Robyn ReillyI have been a customer to MetroPCS for 7 years now and have never had a problem with their service. I actually live in Crowley and when this store opened up in May of last year I could not have been more relieved. The ladies that work there are so helpful and welcoming. The young lady you mentioned has helped me on several occasions with a positive attitude every time. I have gotten several upgrades with this store. You should have read your contact it states Upgrades are non refundable under this policy but may be covered by limited manufacturers warranty, if applicable. If you did not read this it is not the stores fault. The store has no control of the phones or the return policy.

Customer service was great. Timeliness of my issue being fixed was horrible. 8 days and counting still havent been resolved.

I have used Metro PCS for years and have not had too many problems with them until I walked into the Crowley store. Taylor is a scammer. Do not buy phone from here that is final sale unless you want to waste your money. I have had mine for less than a week and it is not working properly. I will be leaving Metro PCS at the end of the year. Very disappointed in how they choose to do business. Not a satisified customer at all.
