Everyone at the pharmacy is always so nice. I cant speak for other employees as I havent had any interactions with them.
Got a covid test here because it was close to my house and they CLAIMED I would get my results is 3-4 days. It is now going on day 8 with no results! Nobody has any answers at the pharmacy, only that they send them out to an independent lab to be tested. I understand the demand for testing is a lot higher right now around the holidays, but 1) don’t tell people 3 days when you know you can’t deliver on that!, and 2) how many days do you expect someone to take off work before they even find out if they are positive or negative!?
Very disappointed with the pharmacy staff at this CVS. I picked up a prescription today, 12/1/20, and they didnt tell me that they charged a card I already had on file. Well I wanted to use a different card, so I told them and gave them my new card. The staff member told me they would refund me the amount they charged on my other card. They did not. They just gave me a gift card to their store instead. When I called them back to ask if they could just put the refund back on my card, both the intern, Jessica, and the pharmacist on staff, told me there was nothing they could do. How was there nothing they could do? They were also very short with me. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. The pharmacist just gave me a number to call corporate. Thankfully corporate is going to take care of it, but I am just disappointed. I really liked going to this CVS, but now I will be switching over to Walgreens.
Excellent service, they go out of their way to help you. They really need more help. I look forward shopping there.

She went what I call above and beyond when she took the time to search the web to find a great price on a very pricey prescription. They are the most unprofessional rude staff at the pharmacy. In such an intense time I was sure I would get a different feel today. And no they were just as snotty as every other month of refills. Terrible example for healthcare.
I have a simple solution for this locations manager. Hire someone just to take pharmacy phone calls. Youre welcome
The pharmacy tech should really be fired. She was so rude about filling my prescription and asked why I was filling it at CVS. I usually go to CVS for all my prescriptions, but now I’m reconsidering and looking to stop going to CVS all together. If I were you, I’d advise to NEVER go here.
Went with a friend to pickup a prescription from the pharmacy (after calling to confirm it was ready) and continued to wait around for another 25 minutes. The staff is still rude and inattentive. I had these issues long ago and I’m so glad I switched to a different CVS location. Seems like they’re still having the same issues with service. Get your prescriptions at a difference CVS location.
Terrible service today and since new people work there I’m disappointed with the pharmacy department! I came to get my sons medicine after having his tonsils out they are out of stock for a little guy liquid form for pain meds you think they would say let me call the other pharmacy to see if they have it at the other pharmacy no they didn’t even offer it . Yes I’m upset just poorly handled and pharmacist didn’t even say let me call for you shame on you all . Such a very sad thing to happen to your customers!
Always have what I need. The staff has always been friendly and helpful in making sure I find everything I need. Sometimes even offers coupons for me.

Terrible pharmacy service. I had medication called into this pharmacy and then was told to pick it up on a specific day. Turns out the pharmacy staff doesnt even know when they have medication out of stock or on back order.Kind of hard to swallow today that im being denied medication because the pharmacist and his staffs incompetence, and all I get is Im so sorryThanks for preventing me from taking my medication CVS. Top notch stuff
45 minutes hold time and had to call back multiple times due to being hung up on. Take your buisness anywhere else
There is absolutely no way I would ever recommend this pharmacy to anyone. They are very slow and the female pharmacist is extremely rude. She refused to call my insurance company to get the updated info and it was only after I called the store manager that she did something about it. Worse still, she accused me of hollering at her in the store, which was her explanation of why she was rude to me. I will never use this pharmacy again if I have a say.
Worst pharmacy EVER. Pharmacists and pharmacy techs are incredibly rude. Whenever I call the pharmacy, I am put on hold for at least 25 minutes. I also make sure and call and confirm that my prescription will be ready before going to pick it up and it never is, even though I am told otherwise on the phone. All around horrible service.
Can never speak to anyone in the pharmacy. I was told I would get a text message about my prescription, never received one. Customer Service is a joke!
Compared the other CVS in CP, this one is slow and the pharmacists are rude. This location is much closer to our house though, so we do not really have a choice.
