A well run place to stop at when you are in the area to gas up and get some grub. It is right off the interstate, so it is easy on and easy off. The bathrooms were pretty clean.

I was greeted and it was a clean store! The bathrooms were dirty and smelled! Iced coffee station was confusing! I wish I had help deciphering what’s what! Other than that!! Thanks

I was pleased with my randomly selected gas stop. They had a large selection of beverages, fresh made pizza, pretzels, and doughnuts. The restrooms were fairly clean. It seemed like they were cleaned often, but you cannot stop others from being gross.

Was extremely happy with the employees here. Went in to get some snacks on a road trip and was a bit confused by the fruit sign as it said bananas 0.69 ea or 3 for $1 and the apples were 0.99 ea and that was on the same sign. When I went to check out the cashier expressed that for $0.01 more I could get 3 apples or 1 apple and 2 of any other fruit and of course I took advantage of this. Along with that the facility was very clean with many COVID precautions. Very impressed (however maybe change the fruit sign a bit as it looks as if the bananas are the only 3 for $1.00 special, maybe thats just me) Either way great place

Terrance went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Not only was he kind, helpful and friendly, but when I left without pumping my prepaid gas, he made sure to cancel out the transaction before another customer came to pump, and then set me up with a new transaction once I came back :) !

Whenever I head south to Indianapolis or somewhere south of here, I always stop here to gas up and get travel snacks! Place is clean and has a large variety of items to select from and the gas is usually priced good.

Never in stock of anything, every time I go there there always out of stock. But there staff is really good, it’s nice and clean in there. All they need to do is restock more 👍🏽

Came for the restroom stayed for the pizza! Grabbed a slice for a quick bite while traveling and had to go back in to bring a couple more slices home. Staff were also very nice.

Unless Im desperate or in a city without a FE its toffee only convenient store/gas station that I will use. 💯% AWESOME

Love family express. The employees are always so friendly, but what really disappoints me and they gouge on the price of coffee when they used to offer a rewards member a steep discount.

Sunday morning we stopped during our travels to stretch, use the facilities, and grab coffee and a snack.The prices were fair, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and humorous.

Long wait at the cash register’s Every time

Took 5 times, 5 different pumps, to get one to work. Keypads and fuel selection buttons were frozen. They just needed to be cleaned. Multiple people having issues. Lot of people just left. Mentioned it to the attendant and he just said, I believe it, no action and no care. To top it off, receipt printer did not work either.

I just stopped in and the gentleman asked me to try the garlic bacon ranch bread. It was absolutely amazing!!

They neglect the family part of their name. No changing tables in either bathroom, and there are NO other options nearby. That plus the construction mess and line for pumps meant a very frustrating experience!
