The first time I went there to get my radio fix they didnt have the parts so they told me to come back once the parts came in and that it would take a week and a half to come. After 7 months of calling them they said that they canceled my order for the parts for no reason and didnt even inform me. So I go back once the parts came and waited 5 hours for them to tell me they ordered the wrong parts. I came back for the third time today and fixed my radio but they still had the repairers phone hooked up to my car so I was not able to connect my own phone to my car. I called them to try and fix this and they told me to come back. I said I live and hour and a half away and I will not be returning for a fourth time to fix my car. He said that I should go to another repair shop and get it fixed and then hung up the phone. The manager called me back and there was a lady in the background running her mouth saying I should have never drove off knowing my phone didnt connect. Newsflash If I knew my phone didnt connect I wouldnt have. Train your people to do things right the first damn time and then maybe you wont have unhappy customers.
