Cant ask for much more than that.

I just want to think Hector and Chris for taking such good care of me. I came in without an appointment, fully expecting to have to make one at a later date to get my service done. Hector was very accommodating and was able to work me in immediately that day to have my a/c recharged. Also, Chris was knowledgeable and explained in detail my options for future repair options.

I brought my car in about a week ago for inspection. Later got a call that my car failed inspection and that it would cost over $1000 to fix and repair what made it fail. Dont worry, Precision Tune Auto Care is offering a new 0 down financing policy! lmao. I came back skeptical, picked up my car, and took it to another shop; it passed inspection. The other shop told me that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and that the inspector at Precision Tune Auto Care was either new, or did not understand what he was looking for/ at with my vehicle. Would not recommend this business as it seems they are preying on peoples naivety.

Hector is always pleasant and patiently explains the details of any issue with our vehicles. He makes recommendations but isnt pushy or over dramatic like some places that just want your money. Seth is a very good worker and always has my car good and running after, and I thank Hector the manager for always being professional and getting me in on time.

Went to get a state inspection, and got turned away with the gentleman claiming they were to busy for a 20min inspection even though 2 bays were open and 3 other gentleman just standing around. I was hopeful due to the great reviews but it seems they could care less to do something so simple even if it would of been a small inconvenience. Do not recommend if you are not a repeat customer, could of potentially given them more work but Ill take my business elsewhere

Very unprofessional, told me they will take care of my vehicle by tomorrow morning and it wasnt done until the evening due to their lack of time management. On top of that they couldnt even fix the issue with my vehicle, after making me wait an entire day they said they cant fix it.

Thought I had a larger issue that would result in a larger cost in repairs but to my surprise it was a way cheaper fix. Their staff was professional and I was kept up to date on the repair process. Would definitely recommend for any and all repair needs.

Took my car up for an inspection. Told they would call me when it was done. Kept the phone close, and kept checking. No call, nothing. 4:30 had come, my husband drove me up there. The shop was closed. My car was parked in the handicapped spot, doors unlocked, and no inspection. Took my car and left. Will never go back there again. All they had to do was tell me they could not do it today - why lie, when I could have taken it else where?? I am fuming still. Will never ever recommend that place, or ever go back there again. Horrible customer service, horrible. Wanted to post NO STARS- but hello couldnt. Dont take your car there or you will be greatly disappointed.

Simply Outstanding!I have been a loyal customer to Precision Tune for years. I have no need to go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced. The shops mechanics work ethic it is real good and their customer service is second to none.I I am also grateful for all the advice to give you on servicing a vehicle. I highly recommend the mechanics and the shop.

The service here is greatn but considering all that is going on I would think your company would shut down temporarily until the issue with virus is resolved. This is a major concern within our co.munitu. what is your company going to go to insure the safety in our community?

Let me start by saying I have been here many times and been pleased with the work done to my cars. That ends today. Went in yesterday for an oil change $24.95 on their sign. Nobody in the waiting room and no cars in any bays. Took me over 2 hours for an oil change. They come out and say my air filter is collapsing. I say go ahead and change it even though I know its at least a 30% mark up on price. I go to pay my bill and the person at the desk forgets to charge me for the air filter. I remind him of that and he says thanks for being honest. I go home and check my bill and there is a $4.72 charge for shop supplies ????? I return the next day to a new person at the desk and ask how I can be charged $4.72 for shop supplies for an oil change. He says to me no need to disrespect me what the hell is he talking about and states that is an across the board charge for everybody. I say what could possibly be a shop charge for an oil change. He says shop rags ...REALLY!!!So my 24.99 oil change is really a 29.71 oil change. He says if I really want the $4.72 back he would give it to me. I say keep my $5.00 and I will never be back here. Maybe honest mechanics... but the business practice of this company is shameful. Check your bills people. Whats disrespecting is bait and switch practices. It might only be $4.72 but its not right!!!!! This place will never see me or one of my cars again..

I was very happy with my experience with Precision Tune Auto Care. The employees were friendly, helpful and honest about what repairs were needed. My car is now running very well (and its an old car!) Their prices were fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Great place got there at 7:30am was first in line they opened at 8:00am finished my inspection at 8:26am talk about fast. I went to three different places in Culpeper to get my SUV inspected yesterday and every last one of them wanted me to wait until the next day or the technician went home early. Drove thirty miles to Express Auto services in Fredericksburg to be told that the technician had surgery on his knee went home early also. Yall need to change your name to employees going home early! 😡 go some were else.

This is by far the best mechanic shop weve been to. They are extremely honest and dont just try and sell you things you dont need. We take both of our family cars here and have been satisfied every time. If you need a mechanic, I recommend taking your car to Precision Tune Auto Care in Culpeper!

Trust. That is something that is hard earned, especially for a vehicle repair center however, Precision Tune far exceeded my expectations. After I used up all of my AAA calls to jump my car and asked AAA to replace my battery (also sold by AAA), AAA made it impossible for me to get a replacement battery. I took my vehicle to Precision Tune the first time to get a complete check, they told me that my vehicle had no issues other than a (very) drained battery as I suspected and now confirmed by Precision. AAA proceeded to recharge my battery instead of replacing it. I had to call them again on a rush and missed an important appointment. I paid to have them tow my vehicle to Precision (since I had used up all of my service calls with AAA). AAA told me there was a vehicle error code during their battery test. Precision did another full checkup. At this time, they could have followed AAAs diagnosis and try to upsell me or replace something that was not needed however, the status of their check was exactly as the last time, no vehicle issues, just a drained battery. I cut my ties with AAA and asked Precision Tune to replace my battery. I havent had any issues at all after the replacement. My trust level is very high with Precision Tune, they kept me informed, did all required tests based on their own recommendation and were honest in their diagnosis and swift with their repair. I was driving back in no time. A++ for the whole shop.

The stand in manager is very difficult to understand. Miscommunicated how much a repair would cost and we ended up getting a bill for way more than what was said on the phone. Horrible. I’ve taken my car to Precision for years, won’t be doing that anymore.

Yes I did come here to get my car inspected, and it did fail inspection. The list of things that needed to be fixed totalled almost $500. Same as the year before when I went to Precision to get my car inspected. Last year I paid for the necessary repairs without question. So this year when my car failed again and I get another almost $500 bill for repairs I questioned it and took my car to another local mechanic/ auto care business and my car passed inspection without the repairs I supposedly needed.

Its a very good mechanic shop with reasonable repairs or maintenance for good price

Precision has become my new local mechanic. When I moved to this area a while ago, I really missed relying on my local mechanic of 12 years back home. Its hard to find the right place that will take care of you without trying to pull tricks. Unfortunately, my recently purchased truck has had a host of previously unknown issues and Ive now worked with Joe and team on most of those issues. They have been more than accommodating with scheduling and the work that has been needed. They are clear on what is broken, why it needs fixed, and what will be involved. Will absolutely be returning for repairs and maintenance in the future.

Stopped at Culpeper facility in mid month to get annual inspection (previous place went out of business). Greeted by friendly service manager got signed up in short order got a magazine to read and waited while previous customer was completed. Talked to others there including a fleet truck owner and got favorable comments from everybody. Previous research showed favorable comments on their web page. Will use them for all service once truck is out of warranty.While basically true, I did not write this review - Google is writing this as if it was me.

March 2014. I was there for an inspection, and quite happy with the time it took to take care of me and my MR2. Especially at the End of the month.March 2015It was very satisfying to see the technicians appreciation for my 23 year old Toyota MR2. During the inspection process they handled my Baby as I would. Joe is one of the best, most reliable and honest mechanics in VA. His staff is held to that same standard. This shop is part of a larger company that has shops closer to me. But I travel an hour and a half to get to Joes shop simply because I trust them to do good work and they dont charge you your firstborn. I recommend them to everyone I meet. You wont find a cheaper oil change anyway. Thid shop is especially good for women as we have a tendency to get a bit taken for our money. Joes shop is honest. And that speaks volumes.
