I had my oil changed here and everyone was so awesomely nice and friendly. Definitely a comfortable place. They checked everything as a complimentary service and told me what they noted about my vehicle and asked what I would like to get done with all the information they gathered and also threw some suggestions. Their services were fast. Will come back again.

The guys here were nice and professional, however, when I brought my 2017 Toyota Corolla in for an oil change I noticed afterwards my oil kept getting low. Well, after looking under my car I found they neglected to put a washer which caused me to have an oil leak that could’ve turned out worse if I hadn’t caught it… so I had to pay to get an oil change earlier than needed and waste my money for their mistake. I was hopeful with the reviews this shop had but will never return after that.

I had planned on spending around $40 - $45 for an oil change, instead I ended up paying $90.My car only took 4 qts. of oil but these people added a engine treatment (an additional $37) without consulting it with me!I understand every store must sell a specific amount of certain products to meet your monthly quota but adding things without the customers consent is rude and unprofessional!This is NOT how you build a long term customer relationship, especially if its a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER!If something is needed (based on the techs recommendation or service interval) youre job should be to verbally inform the customer, that way they are aware of their vehicles condition and immediate/future service can get done.To my surprise, there were also a list of recommendations that were never even mentioned to me, its not like I was in a rush!A total of 5 (yes FIVE) service recommendations and not once did the cashier have this conversation with me!I believe his name was Dane (I could be wrong), an older gentlemen with a beard, it seemed like he was the manager or something.

Went in and what I thought was going to be a big A/C problem, turned out to be a very simple fix. Jeff was AWESOME and I would definitely recommend this place again!

I was 3rd or 4th in line when I pulled up and they still had me done in less than 45 minutes. The waiting room was comfortable, with a Keurig machine for coffee and such, and overall it was an easy experience.

They are always professional and fast. They also allow me to stay inside my car and guide me into the bay with precision. I like it there in Culpeper Jiffy Lube better.

Took my car in for an oil change end of January. 2000 miles before Im supposed to be due for another and my oil is solid black. The place I took it to this time says the filter wasnt changed either and showed me a solid chunk of black that was supposed to be the filter. I was also told this isnt the first time theyve had to fix things that this Jiffy Lube has done. I wont be back.

I always receive wonderful service at this location! The guys are friendly and always willing to help with large and small problems. When they found out I was a nurse at our community hospital, they donated several boxes of gloves to help with our limited supplies! They always make sure Im safe on the road and I appreciate all their help!

Great customer service! All the service techs are friendly, and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They offer other parts and services, but don’t pressure you into buying them if you don’t want them. My entire family are repeat customers!

Went in mid afternoon, not too crowded. Jarrett and the crew took care of the situation immediately. Had oil change done, and thankfully, they did not do a hard up sell (show you on the computer what else your car needs). Jarrett made suggestions, wrote them on the sales receipt for next time, but did not bug me to get it done now. In and out in a jiffy (pun intended). My regular car maintenance place, highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Culpeper VA!

I visited this Jiffy Lube location last week for an oil change before making a long road trip. I had my two small children in tow and sighed when I saw there were two other people there, thinking it was going to be a long wait. I was amazed when they had my car in and out in about 30 minutes. I was asked if I wanted my air filter changed before they proceeded to do so, which I appreciated because I have been scammed into them automatically being changed at other places. No one was pushy trying to get me to purchase any other add-on’s, which is another plus. I’ll definitely return to this location for my next oil change.

Fast and reliable service! The staff are always friendly and the services are decently priced. They always offer to check additional items but they aren’t pushy about it and are honest whether you truly need something or not.

The guys here were super helpful. I know they tell you not to accept any extra things that need done to the car. But upon looking at my car the guys seemed actually concerned about my brakes and rotors. After changing them they took the time to show me the old ones and they were crumbling to pieces in his hands. It was absolutely not safe to drive like that and these guys fixed me up in under an hour. The only reason I put 4 stars is because the price is a little up there with having spend over 400$. But my brakes are new and much better.

Change tires pretty quickly

Had a slight problem finding it - it is located in a different spot on Google maps. Once we did though, the team was able to get us in and out fast. They also listened to us when we told them what we didnt want them to touch. We use special cleaners and do most of our own maintenance, so we know when and what was done.

Really great customer service while also doing a great job fixing/servicing my car. Never have to wait long and in the event of small problems they took the time to explain the situation and double checked everything was right before I left.

I have used this location since owning car in 2018. Its a convenient spot and the customer service is above average. I appreciate that they check what matience is needed based on manufacturer guidelines. I highly recommend them!

You dont get a warm and fuzzy that they are putting the correct oil that you are paying for in the car. Had them rotate my tires and they went straight back and forward with the tires instead of the recommended crisscross of the back tires to the front and the front tires straight back. When I asked them about it their answer was thats the way we do it. If Im paying $30 for a service do it right. Suffice it to say I will never take any of my cars to this location or any other location for the matter.

Took me in, asked what I needed, offered additional items, was not pushy, was very respectful and pleasant to interact with from start to finish. Gave me a fair price for the additional services I had performed. Did everything in reasonable time. I will be returning in the future for sure.

When I pulled up, I was told it would be 15-20 min before theyd get to my car as someone pulled in right ahead of me. They finished the other car and mine in 20 minutes. In and out quickly with a courteous, efficient crew. Wonderful.

The staff were friendly and professional and the necessary work was completed in a jiffy. My only complaint was that after I left I realized they had added too much air to my tires. The tire pressure was higher than recommended by the auto manufacturer, but that was a quick and easy fix. Overall I was pleased with the quality of my service.

On Monday I went in for tires at Jiffy Lube. A few months prior I had gotten two front tires put on and was told by another company that I didnt need back tires. This was not accurate because when I went in my two back tires were very very low in thread . A gentleman his name is Dane is the one who is helping me figure out the tires that I needed. He comes to me when they are taking the tires off seeing that my rotors were very very bad. My brake pads were not bad however whoever put my brake pads on did not change my rotors. My brakes were done somewhere else. Dane came to me showing me the severity of the rotors instead of just telling me, he wanted to show me so I understood how bad the back rotors were. I absolutely recommend this place I felt like I was not being taken advantage of at all by Dane when in fact he went way beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was okay with my Explorer. He had excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and was very nice to me! Thank you Jiffy Lube for making sure your employees are good with your customers!

Ive been going to the Jiffy Lube in Culpeper for a couple of years now and have always been pleased with the service I have received.The other day, the oil warning light in my 2013 Volvo came on during my commute to work, so I immediately turned my car around and drove to Jiffy Lube. I explained the issue and the staff quickly diagnosed the problem, performed the necessary tasks and had me back on the road in no time.Service like theirs is alway appreciated.

Had to have oil change. Service quick and friendly. They do check all fluids, air pressure, vacuum car... I go to this same one routinely.

The service was fast and friendly. I’m giving two stars because one of the technicians was attempting to learn how to drive a manual transmission in my car. The other technicians were trying to instruct him how to do it while they all stood around and laughed. This is unacceptable!!!!! Learn how to drive a stick shift in your OWN vehicle. NOT MINE The manager was not going to do anything about it until I spoke up. Full well knowing what was going on. I won’t be going there with my car any more.

Went in for a oil change, came out with 3 shredded wiper blades. My blades might have been older, but they were completely destroyed from their inspection... the only reason for 2 stars is they did refund my oil change when i bought this to their attention. The Manager was apologetic and decent about the incident.

I was very pleased with the service and the timley manner it only took I personally think if you need service take it to them..

Such a bad experience!! Firstly, I had a coupon for $5 off a tire rotation, I got this coupon off the jiffy lube website and said it was valid at the culpeper location.... I get there an they won’t accept it. Then they try to tell me that something is wrong with and they want to fix it... $300!!! I declined, when I got home had my husband look at it and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it!!! They’re a rip off!!! I will not go back there ever again. They don’t even deserve one star.

Very friendly and helpfulI want to add to this review. On Friday October 4 2019 my brakes went out. I could barely get my car to stop. So on Monday the 7th I drove very slowly and cautiously from Orange to Culpeper to Jiffy Lube told them,and happened. They pulled my car pulled of all tires showed me the damage to rotors no pads 2 calipers stuck. The customer rep Jarrett said it was totally unsafe to drive but calipers would not be in until Tuesday. He offered to bring me home I was so grateful as my service dog had been diagnosed with cancer and I had no way home. He also came by Tuesday morning and took me back to Jiffy Lube on his time. I am so blessed these gentlemen worked on my car till 10:30 Tuesday morning draining the lines because water was in them. I had enough to get an oil change. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube and will continue to take my car there. I am blessed these gentlemen were concerned for my safety as well as my dog EstherThank you so muchEllen Mosher

Wish I could give a zero. This place ripped my mom off for over $200 to change out her brake pads. BRAKE PADS!!!! Not rotars, not calipers, didn’t even bleed the lines. Just straight up switched out brake pads. I can buy brake pads at advanced auto for $30 and put them on in 30 mins.They totally took advantage of my mother who unknowingly allowed them to treat her like an idiot and over charge her. If I didn’t live out of state I would be at this place with the news station and all. Never again will I allow her to do business here, and I hope you stay weary!
