Sales lady helped me fix my contacts etc. She was very helpful. I wish I had gone to the store first rather than try it myself.... I wrote down her name for any future help...questions or purchases. She made it very easy! Also purchase a case for my samsung a20!!!

Short lady black hair, Spanish maybe... Is a life saver! Over paid when I got 2 numbers ported on a family plan.. Paid my bill and got the overpaid hook up forwarded for the month after!
