I walked in 20 mins before closing time. They offered me plenty of time to walk the store. They answered all my questions about games. This is important because knowledge of the games they sell helps one make good choices. The store was clean. And they managed to up-sell my wife, and let me tell you, thats no easy task. All things considered Id recommend this location above surrounding stores.

You will not find these deals anywhere else. This particular gamestop constantly has an associate to help with every question whether it be pricing or a question about level 42 of the specific game you are asking about. They are wonderful and always so welcoming and helpful. Keep it up!

I love my local game stop. Four of the staff know me by heart, especially the store manager Tim. I always love to stand in there and talk to him, he’s a very funny guy. Amanda, she’s such a sweetheart aside from Tim she’s my all time favorite. Jordan and Christian know me as well, Jordan is a total doll he’s so sweet and nice.They are some of the best people I’ve met, they are so helpful when it comes to explaining things and they always make sure you are 300% satisfied when you leave. I adore the staff! The prices are very reasonable too, just depends how you handle your money of course. I guarantee you’ll always be satisfied there, and the staff will put a large smile on your face!-Amanda B.

Overpriced on new games but reasonable on some used ones

Most of the time when I go here the employees are great and helpful, besides one who is rude. I bought a game plus the protection plan, went home and found out it didnt work. So I went back the next day and he would not honor it. The game and the case were in the same condition as I bought it the day before too.

Don’t know if he still works there but Donnie was awesome! Also Emily! Knowledge of all the games. Great ppl.

Great customer service and very helpful. Think she said her name was Flip, when she was calling other stores trying to find what we needed. And knew what to give back to us that wasnt included in our return! Very knowledgeable.

6AM is the only one who has ever read a novel that is not a good thing. Unfortunately the new law doesnt apply in this case because of a certain number of factors. Overall the price is higher than the average price for a perfect pair of cards.

I love that store. My grandsons always get games from there.

Have beem a pro member for 6 years and did go elite 3 years ago when elite was pulled and just this year they demoted everyone who was elite pro and didnt give them anything to make up for it. Gamestop has really dropped the ball on customer service and it is getting worse. Not a fan and will be ordering online more now. Its a shame that they lost such a avid customer by taking them for granted.

I wish I can remember his name, but hes always soooooooo nice everytime we go to the store, he even knows my name when I called over the phone. I called to ask if they had wario ware gold and he even put it away for me, I went there and it took me 15 seconds to pay and leave, and hes always so nice with a big smile and super welcoming. I really like this guy. Im pretty sure hes like the store manager or something like that
