Had a family member go there a few days ago, he was overcharged for the phone he got. He paid 100 dollars while I have gone to a different location and they only charged me 70 dollars for the same phone. I feel like they were very dishonest about pricing to him.

I have 3 lines from metro by T-Mobile that I switch last week from boost mobile by far the best decision I made!!! Let me tell you this guys Gustavo took really good care of us gave me a great deal for 3 lines and also gave us Amazon prime and google one the way he explains the promotions is so smooth he really cares about his customer!!! Not like boost mobile all they care is about money here at metro by T-Mobile they put customer first so I like that about them just look at there ratings they dont lie.

I had already had a line with the company and wanted to include other family members to 4 for 100 dollars program. Not only did one of the employees help us, he went above and beyond to get us the best deal he could. Including getting us 4 new phones and 5 lines for 125$!! Amazing customer service and great phone service all around!!!

Gustavo was very helpful and knew all the products well. He made switching from Sprint to Metro incredibly easy and was very patient when I was on the phone with Sprint attempting to switch. Will definitely being looking for him when I need help with anything else.

Switch from cricket due to the fact that it doesnt work in town my uncles recommend me to try metro by T-Mobile. they told me that metro has great service and super fast 4G LTE in and out of town so I decided to give then a try and let me tell you they werent lying by far I am really happy with the results I was put on a $50 everything unlimited w/google one and 5 gigs of hotspot I cant ask for more there customer service is awesome reps will explain the plans detail by detail. thank you metro team

Great customer I switch from straight talk to metro pcs this month and I got a great deal. I got a free stylo 4 with hand set protection for only $58 a month everything unlimited I used to pay 60 with straight talk and no hand set protection Jennifer was very helpful a plus customer service

I switch from boost mobile about two week ago to MetroPCS I was a little worry about the switch since I been with boost mobile since 2009 I went to the Culpeper location because of the reviews I seen about mr Gustavo and his outstanding customer service and the way he is able to put you in the right plan and phone. and let me tell you this guy is great at what he does he made the switch transition smooth and what is really awesome is that he was able to recover all my old contacts from my old boost mobile phone he also put me on a $50 everything unlimited plan which I love since I stay on youtube and pandora I was paying the same with boost mobile but by the 18day of service my data got really slow and with MetroPCS I stream for the full month and my data is the same I never buffer or lag so people dont be afraid to try something new and once again thank Gustavo for all your help and determination to help me and customers.

I went and got a new line from metro by tmobile Gustavo set me up with the $60 plan and the new j7 star great combo for a great price thanks you for the information and the great customer service
