Reasonable prices. Lazy workers.Customer experience is priority to a successful business. Too bad for this branch.They didn’t want to look in there warehouse for a part to the change shipping on an order that was place 10 minutes ago. Unacceptable!Kept making nonsensical excuses!

I do appliance repair, and this was my first time ever using them, and I was NOT disappointed. They were extremely courteous and patient on the phone, and even friendlier in person when I picked up my part. I will definitely be using them again and again.

Its way down industrial area. called to confirmed part avail. was given a part no. told the part lady(rude old broad) of the part no. turned out it was their ppl gave me the wrong part. so asked to crossed check for that wrong part on the same washer model. i didnt write it down before heading there. the lady was not only no help but rude. so be sure to get the model #, bringing the broken part still they cant help you.

So, can you confirm or deny the downed systems and subsequent closings are due to a ransomeware attack? Inquiring minds are like, inquiring and whatnot

**[Note revision below. Despite being a pretty big criticism, I left the rating as is].On Friday afternoon near closing time, Jenny at the parts counter was friendly, professional and very helpful. I showed her the video of my crazy washing machine, and immediately she recognized the problem and made a recommendation. I even thought I had talked her into helping me do the repair, but she informeds me that she had to work. Thank you Reliable Parts (y’all should give your workers weekends off-jk).>> I wasn’t kidding when I asked if I needed anything else to install the bearing kit I was buying. Surely, the staff here is used to working with pro techs that have proper tools and know how. That’s not me. It was obvious that I wasn’t a repairman. Why wasn’t it obvious that I might not have the special tools for this repair (I.e.: the almost-essential highly recommended bearing puller/installer tool? Having that would’ve knocked off four hours and lots of stress. Guys please recommend all the necessary tools when it’s clear appliance repair isn’t our 9to5, especially for us newbies. Thank you.

This place is amazing! I don’t know where they keep all of their parts, but I have always been able to find the most obscure parts to keep my appliances going. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I tell everyone that I can to go here if you need the part today.

Super nice and they have all the parts you need for your appliances. If it isnt in stock they will have it within 24-48 hours. They even have coffee and popcorn for you while you wait. And it is a short wait!

These guys were great! I was replacing a washer door seal that cost about $70 but required 2 specialty tools that cost $150; rather than trying to take my money for the tools Id never use again (like everyone else I had checked with) they loaned me the tools so my cost was only $70 - plumber cost was going to be $350! Highly recommended.

Been going here for 5 years and everything has changed for the worse within the last 2 years. I run an appliance business and spend over $50k+ in parts every year and still receive ZERO customer service. Was late by 2 min on a Saturday and they wouldnt let me pick up $500 worth of parts that was already paid for! Its not a shock to see many of their long time and employees are quitting

I live in NC searched the entire East Coast for parts for my Thermador stove. No luck, contacted appliance parts depot Dallas Texas. spoke to Teresa J. She was very professional, researched our part, she stated she would keep on searching and would not charge our card until she located it. 2 days before Christmas a package arrived . It was the parts we needed. We were then able to have Christmas dinner due to her perserverience. She was awesome. A Christmas miracle. Thank you so much for the effort. Expensive.... not willing to price match slow on check out. I used to buy parts here in the past for home use but i am done way over priced for a dryer door switch. 3x as much as i found it other places. Be sure to shop around make some phone calls. They guy behind the counter was not exactly friendly either.

The staff here is excellent! They are very courteous and knowledgeable about the products they sell. if anyone is looking for a hard to find appliance part I would suggest trying here first instead of shopping around.

Best source in the DFW area for parts and/or help in repairing appliances. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean store, low prices for OEM parts so you arent left with a front load bearing seal that rubs the inner drum (ok so personal experience of mine ordering online from Amazon. The This Fits Your Model is not always accurate when trying to ensure you are getting the right part.) AP Depot will save you time, money and frustration for sure. It is also been my experience that their online store (in-stock) numbers are quite accurate, so you know without a doubt they have what you need whether they deliver to you or you pick up at their will call. Be sure you take a pic of your model number and/or part numbers with you. THANKS APDepot

Tanya was able to figure out the part numbers, and Chris found the parts in five minutes. Both parts I needed were reasonably priced and AVAILABLE ONSITE. Their only DFW competitor for the same parts (Servall Co) was WAY more expensive and had neither of the parts onsite.Ill definitely call Appliance Parts Depot first next time I need appliance parts.
