One star is being generous. Bought a DCS BBQ over $7000 four months ago. I received the BBQ in an open box, it seems that it was a floor model. I requested an explanation for the open box and they guaranteed me that its brand new. The Side light does not align and it its blocked by the door, the Rotisserie bar does not align on the track wheels. Ive been trying to resolve this for over 4 months ....dont ever buy anything from them

Awesome experience! Matt took his time explaining features and answered all questions that I had regarding the griddle and grill I purchased. If the equipment matches the customer service, Ill be one satisfied customer.
Rob was great! I purchased a Big Green Egg for a charity auction. He was nice enough to donate a cookbook and give me a slight discount. I will recommend him to anyone needing a grill or anything needed to cook outside!
Meh. The grill is fine so far. As a couple other reviews mentioned, they are not the friendliest bunch at BBQ Galore. I would probably expect better customer service for the price.

My 3 is as of this date. Date of purchase went out of the way to show me everything and buying was simple enough and would rate it a 5. I purchased a Pizza Oven and a door for the outdoor kitchen build. I took the door home same day. Ive yet to receive the oven. Summer is nearly over and at this rate I expect it to sit all winter. I called 2 weeks ago was told the cover had come in 4 days ago and not sure what deal is on oven. But someone call mi day to find out and call me back. Forward to today and I had to call again. A pleasant man named Matt looked it up put me on hold came back said sorry I dont know whats going on but Ive called the Alfa rep. As soon as they call back we will call you. I went to BBQ galore to touch&see not internet shop. But I could have gotten on Amazon and it had guarantee delivery of 2 weeks. Im going to wait on this call and gave my wide do another review. If my oven fails to make it to my home or satisfactory result I will take complaint up with Alfa,and my Black Card regarding the charges
They do NOT stand behind their merchandise.I purchased two ceramic stands to smoke chicken on my green egg on 4/20/19. The first time I used them, one cracked from the top edge all the way through the side and across the bottom. I took it back to the store on 5/12/19 with great confidence they would just give me a replacement. Nope. In order to return something, it had to be unused, in original packaging. My response was that this was defective, used once and I’m returning it within 30 days of purchase.No dice. He told me I could contact green egg and try to get a replacement! No dude, I bought this from you and have the credit card receipt to prove it. He wouldn’t budge.Fortunately it wasn’t a high dollar item, for me or them. But they could have created real goodwill if they had just been reasonable about replacing a defective item. Instead, I will never go back and will buy from Amazon next time. Who ALWAYS stand behind everything they sell. They only way a small guy like this can compete is with customer service, and they completely screwed themselves on that front.

Excellent service, even after the purchase. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable. We drive 30 miles out of our way because of our great experiences on multiple occasions here.
Awful. Spent over $10K on a custom outdoor grill area, including a top of the line Lynx grill. Although the grill area looks nice, and the grill is nice, Ive needed repairs on the grill since day one. Barbeques Galore could not be less helpful. The extent of their assistance was to tell me to call Lynx. Worse than the lack of help was the manner in which they spoke to us. We telephoned them and went to their store seeking help and both times they spoke to us with such contempt that we simply left. Never again. Never again.
They were very helpful in explaining how to prepare and reset the logs and rocks for a gas fireplace. I have only had real woodburning fireplaces in the past and had no idea about gas. Thanks!!
The selection is lovely, the staff is very knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable. Im not a big fan of high pressure sales tactics, which is why they get 4 stars instead of 5
