I wanted a new washer and dryer but preferred front load washers. I had an amount I wanted to stick to for both which I told owner. He offered me a brand new LG set close to this price I wanted to pay. I had issues with dryer installed unsuccessfully before going to Made Appliance. However, Made Appliance figured out it was the fuse to the dryer which was the issue. After an electrician fixed the fuse, everything was in working order. I am enjoying the brand new LG washer/dryer set I purchased. It was a quick delivery 2 days later after I purchased. For $99 the delivery included set up with new hoses. I highly recommend Made Appliance for washer and dryer sets at a good price for high value and quality customer service.

These guys run a good business. Since I was a little kid, I dreamed of my KitchenAid stove one day. When I bought my first house, I knew that that was going to be the thing that made it feel like home. However, I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford one. I happened on Made Appliances by accident in a desperate attempt to locate an oven and microwave so we could complete a kitchen remodel. It’s a familiar covid story, but we had ordered Kitchenaids in April from the huge furniture store in Frisco and each month we would find out delivery had been delayed another month - and that only when WE contacted them to get an update.By August our contractor was getting desperate to wrap up the job so we cancelled the order and went looking for something in stock. I couldn’t believe when I stopped into Made in a last ditch effort of a fruitless day that they had exactly what we were looking for at a great discount! David was fun to work with, very transparent, and we had a great experience with the delivery guys as well.Due to some electrical issues, we didn’t get things installed for about a month. At that point, we discovered that the microwave was missing the ring and glass tray. I texted David and he got it taken care of right away no questions asked.Sorry for the long review but bottom line is Made has great selection, great prices, and great customer service! Anyone looking for a new major appliance has likely faced the same frustrations we did. Out of stock and long delivery dates. Even orders cancelled after long waits. We didnt know what to do to find a replacement for our 24 Double Electric Oven which stopped working, when I found Tony and Made Appliance Outlet. His reviews were all excellent. I called Tony on Saturday morning and he told me he had 2 24 Double Ovens in stock. We went to the store and found the perfect Whirlpool Oven. Much to our surprise he even arranged to have it delivered, installed and our old oven hauled away ON THE SAME DAY! So we went from a broken oven to a new Whirlpool oven within about 4 hours. I cant recommend Tony and Made enough. Very polite, professional and great prices. We will be buying all of our future appliances from them! The delivery gentlemen, Easy and Wally was extremely professional and efficient as well. They made sure everything worked perfectly. What a great experience!

We started our journey to buy a new refrigerator, washer, and dryer for our new home at a couple of big box retail stores. They had little to no inventory and weren’t willing to work with us at all. So buying hi end appliances is great. They all look good in the showroom. But ultimately who you do business with and what the character of the owner is matters the most. I bought a panel ready dishwasher for a custom built home almost a year ago and discussed the time gap with David when I purchased. He stated if there is any problem let us know we will make it right. I never imagined this check would needed to be cashed. Fast forward 9 months and I just installed all my appliances in my new home. The dishwasher populated an error and I had the tech come look at it and once we called Bosch for the warranty work we found out this d/w should have been taken out of service. I called David worried about would they really do the right thing. I never had worry. He called his supplier, got an exact replacement and had it installed in my house yesterday all in under 48 hours. Thanks to made appliance our Thanksgiving was saved. What a great experience working with the team at Made Appliance outlet! We were tasked with what seemed to be a near impossible mission by our contractor to find a 36” gas ONLY range to be delivered Monday (it was Saturday at 3pm when we got this mission). After driving around to nearly every appliance store we could think of in Dallas without any luck and everyone looking at us like we were crazy for what we were asking for, I found Made Appliance, called them and spoke with Tony and he told us to head on over and that he actually had some stuff for us to choose from!Upon arrival we not only found the ideal range but also the fridge we had been in search of for a couple weeks and a dishwasher! My husband and I spent $100k completely remodeling our kitchen a few months ago. We were looking for ways to cut costs and I found Made appliances. Tony and his brother Dave are the owners and the are very nice and helpful. We ended up going with all BRAND NEW, mind you, at around half the cost: a Thermadore gas range and oven, a Jenn Aire combo microwave and oven, a Jenn Aire wine fridge and the Thermadore Sapphire Glow dishwasher. We put a deposit down until we were ready for them and Tony happily stored them for us for a few months. Upon installation, we realized the amps on the Thermador oven and Jenn Aire Dual ovens were greater than what we currently had. So, for the Thermador oven, Tony exchanged it for one that was similar and that would work. A word of caution, CHECK the amps of new appliances if youre doing a remodel. Ha! Most of these new appliances have wifi and require greater amps. For the Jenn Aire, we were able to drop a new line with the correct amps to make it work. All of the appliances were brand new and they work beautifully after seven months of using them and no problems. You could not find nicer guys to work with. Tony will text you if you have questions or he is available by phone. He has A LOT of appliances and it was a pleasure working with him and Dave. I highly recommend Made Appliances. I was not sure initially if this was the direction we should go but Tony assured me he could store, deliver, install and that hed stand behind his products. Which he did 100%. Also, he ships out of state as well, just FYI. I did not know Tony or Dave before our remodel and no money was received in exchange for writing this review. I seldom write reviews but I want people to know who are looking to save $$$, this is a great place to go. They have TVs, washers, dryers, fridges, cooktops, really anything you might need!!

Got a great deal on a washer/dryer and refrigerator. Walked in, got exactly what I wanted and was on my way in minutes (which is invaluable when you’re dealing with buying a new home and appliances and moving!). The customer service is top notch — anytime I needed anything I just texted and they got right back to me. Their delivery team is fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was right. I do not have an easy house to move things into and they did it no problem no complaints.

I was having difficulty finding a particular GE washer and dryer during the pandemic. I called made appliance to see if they happen to have the set I was looking for and they did. I showed up that day, they gave me a great price and had the set delivered in a couple days.

I purchased a refrigerator and washer/drier and Tony was able to have it delivered that day.Upon removing the protective packaging on the refrigerator we noticed a small dent on the right door. Purchased LG fridge from Made Appliances in May of 2019. fridge died, 6 days later. under factory warranty LG sent an authorized repair company in Dallas, they arrived 6 days later. fridge was finally completely repairedin July .more problems later on, no ice or water, no door power, these problems persistent intermittently, off & on over several months. then the whole door went, DOA..called David at Made Appliances. (they gave us a one year warranty when we bought the fridge) let David know about our experience with LG factory warranty. He reassured us they would fix the problem and immediately sent someone out from their store.The two repair men arrived, within one hour they completed the repairs and everything was working. We were amazed we had problems after trained LG warranty repair company people couldnot fix the problems. The techs David sent were obviously verycompetent. We are very thankful that Made Appliances stood behindthe product they sold and made the repairs at their cost, under their warranty.We certainly will purchase again in the future.

I woke up to my refrigerator not working. I had just bought groceries for the month and couldnt afford to replace them. I had to take time off of work to find one at the last minute. I tried 4 stores I found on Craigslist and all were VERY disappointing. I was about to give up and go to Best Buy or Home Depot, rent a truck and deliver it myself. I tried Craigslist one more time and found Made Appliance. I wasnt hopeful but it was on the way to Best Buy so I thought why not. Man am I glad I did!!!! They were so helpful and I found a great deal. I found a super nice French Door fridge for hundreds less than the box stores. It had 1 tiny ding on the side of one door and 1 small scratch on the side. It only took a few minutes (once I decided which one I wanted) and at 2:30 in the afternoon, they arranged for same day delivery. While I didnt look around at other items, they had a huge high-end inventory of everything. I highly recommend Made Appliance and will be back when I need another appliance.

Great selection of discount and new appliances. Most are out of box with nothing wrong, just significantly discounted. We were looking to replace all appliances in our kitchen and shopped around the DFW area. Made was by far the cheapest and the most helpful.
