This company sent me a fake check in the amount of$7000 on an investment with one of their employees.I deposited it in MY account and the bank returned it due to it being suspicious activity and labeled the check as fictitious/fake!This action by this company cost me my bank account!I still have the check,if anyone wants to view it!Be VERY CAREFUL,IF YOU RECEIVE ANY CHECK FROM THEM!!!!THAT IS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES!

Large selection of bathroom fixtures, faucets, and stoves and refrigerators. Only 6 kitchen sinks and basically the same style. I assume that we looked like we didnt have money because no one even asked if we needed any help at all. Doing an entire kitchen remodel. Poor choice.

I purchased a suite of kitchen appliances from The Jarrell Company. They are authorized dealers for multiple brands. I am very pleased with their service. My sales representative, Taylor, is excellent. She responds with lightening speed and makes sure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend The Jarrell Company and Taylor in particular.

We are so glad we bought our Bosch refrigerator from Jarrell vs one of the big box stores. We almost went with a freestanding Liebherr but couldn’t find one to view in person and didn’t feel comfortable biting the bullet on something we couldn’t see. Our sales rep, Taylor, was still amazing even though we ended up going with a less expensive model and worked with us on delivery. Everyone has been very responsive and acted quickly to have a door replaced on our fridge since it was delivered with a small ding. Delivery was way more professional than when I used Home Depot on my last fridge. Due to our experience we are ordering a matching dishwasher even though ours works great and will use them again when it is time to replace our 36” range.

Very satisfied with this company and their showroom. Very friendly and professional ales force ready to make your dream come true. Be prepared that covid has caused shipping delays, and factory delays when ordering. Our order has been delayed till the end of October, 2020, when we were told our dishwasher would be delivered next Monday, 10/12/2020. 😒. So were washing our dishes by hand till then.

He was a huge asset in providing us with valuable insight that assisted in our evaluation and decision on the kitchen appliances that would best match our needs. Recently had a built in microwave go out. Called the Jarrell Company, talked to Donna and shes amazing. Turned out they had a new model in stock (got the same microwave after 15 years of heavy use) and they were able to deliver and install it the next day! It was seamless! I will call them when its time for other new appliances!

This place!! The sales team, the show room is top notch!! From High end kitchen and bath selections all under one roof right off 75N right in Dallas. A vast array of unique, eclectic to modern and everything in between with the most knowledgeable sales team I have had the privileged to work with. They also provide single units vs full appliance package options with full installation including working directly with several contractors throughout Texas.I opted to checkout multiple other top recommended appliance stores, but after the customer service experience at Jarrells I just wont be going anywhere else ....Thanks BRAD from the Luxury Appliance Division (whom made my experience so remarkable I wanted to return for future purchases, not only for the customer service experience but @JarrellCo. beautiful showroom) and DEBBIE from the Gem-LUXURIES Plumbing Division (I think i have found my new calling in my next life, lol. John Vernon is a fantastic sales rep. We have been very pleased both with everything we purchased and with their service and support. The install was also immaculate.

Very, very bad customer service. I purchased a viking fridge from its grapevine location. and the fridge turned out to be defective. But the company is refusing to have it replaced and said I should let viking try to repair it. The fridge was purchased in March and now it is already late April. No any updates from viking. The sales person from the Company basically said once it is sold, it is not our problem any more. Very bad experience!!!!! Dont buy things from them. It is better to go with a more reputable company!
