I was looking for bed risers.I was helped as soon as I walked in..and I found other stuff on sale ..lots of good markdowns..service was great.

I will not buy from Bed bath and beyond until this is resolved.I will share with my network that Bed bath and beyond does not accept returns.I am likely not the first customer to interact with “the retail exchange”, John btw is the last person you should have interacting with paying customers.Bed Bath and Beyond will continue to bleed cash like they are now if this is the service offered.I’ll be shorting the stock tomorrow, oblivious leadership to enact a no returns policy in retail.

Saddest bed bath and beyond Ive ever been to. Store didnt have anything in stock and what it did have was damaged. Mustve passed at least 7 employees who didnt offer any help and the girl at the counter was rude. This stores service is so pathetic. Everyone acted like they didnt want to be there and it showed. Youd have better luck shopping online which is what Ill be doing.

Always friendly and neat and tidy store, easily accessible and finding things is simple.

I do online order for in-store pickup. With RA and 2 spinal fusion surgeries shopping, bending and stooping, and being on my feet is limited now. I can always count on them having the order for pick-up quickly ready and I am in and out of the store within minutes. Cashiers are helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Product availability is convenient to locate. Found several discounted items in stock. Customer service above & beyond. Cleanliness of the store; excellent. Restroom; clean. Location near Galleria Mall.

Basically you walk in and you just wonder around if you are familiar with the store and / or until you find what you looking for, The store has good variety of home products as well lamps and chairsMy wife and I Enjoyed the whole storeAnd other than that. We loved itOne observationDont expected to be greeted as you walk into the store nor any help in throughout the store its hard to find anyone to ask for help or directions where can you find certain itemBut store its ok

The cashier was very friendly and helpful. They had everything we were looking for. The loss for a star is for the lady we asked if they still carried the corner shower stool. She stood there, looked at us and said Oh, no we dont have the corner stools anymore. We walked down one more aisle to check despite her telling us that- and found one. I think her name tag read Kim. We feel that was very lazy of Kim.

B B & B continues to sell a wide assortment of merchandise principally including domestic merchandise and home furnishings, as well as food, giftware, health beauty care items, and infant and toddler merchandise. They still accept their expired coupons for discounts of $5, $10, and 20% off any single item, and allow multiple coupons to be used for each item in your purchase!

They seemed to have 2/3 of the inventory they normally have this time of year - understandable in light of covid and declining in store retail sales. In mens slippers which looked like a nice buy, they had no medium sizes at all - only large and extra large. Prices are good on everyday toiletries.

Great store for everyday household essentials, home decor, and gifts/gift cards. I learned from an associate that BB&B will no longer mail out their coupons but will ask for your email address at checkout so you can receive them in your inbox.

Great selection of kitchen, bedroom, and bath access. There is even a section with personal products like toothpaste, lotion, and so much more.

Oh my goodness.... this location near Dallas Galleria is wonderful!!!! The selection is enormous. The store is clean. Etc. Definitely worth a visit.

Helen was not helpful at all, she was not knowledgeable with all that the company offers concerning returns, and she was completely unmotivated to get a manager to assist her. I had to ask her twice to page a manager and she never did. I am shocked she works at the customer service counter. Chad was very helpful and was able to get things moving. Thank you Chad.

They don’t know where to find their own stock. Most of the items are showing available in their store online but once you get there you will be told that it is not available and they can’t find it. Staff are clueless where everything is. If you need something there, go find it yourself. Don’t rely on the staff !!!

Very unhelpful and rude staff. I went to return gifts that I had gotten from a registry that had been damaged and they said I would have to take it up with the manufacturer instead of doing an exchange with them. I ended up trying the BBB off 75 (because the actually had the curtains that I needed in stock) and they had absolutely no problems giving me the exact same exchange, and were not rude like this employee and manager were.

So much to see. Love the store but its hard to know where stuff is at times

Great location. Store is clean and well stocked. The employees are very helpful. I love that they sell beyond. I needed ibuphrophen and instead of making a seperate trip I was able to get it here at a great price.

It was a great experience I had never been there before and I was so excited to see all the things that I didnt think that would be there so I will make sure I let everyone know that is a fantastic store

Had a problem with misunderstanding on where pick locations was. Other then the fact I had to drive to the other side of Dallas to pick up my purchase the rep I called at the 800 number was helpful and compensated me for the inconvenience with me being a good customer.

I love this place! Whatever you want that has to do with the bed and bath, you will find and beyond. I found a Christmas village last December for a little over $100.00. That is a bargain for a village and it had the frozen skating pond and figurines and it entertained me and my family for the whole season. I cant wait to set it up again!

I cant say enough about the excellent customer service I received at this Bed Bath & Beyond location! Great staff that were accommodating and informative! I was helped by an associate named Lynette and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift I needed even though I came in 10 minutes before they closed. Love this store! Great for bedding, cookware, and other household items. They also have a vitamin section. Hair care, and skin care items available. Mini fridges, coffee makers and As seen on TV items can be found here for reasonable prices. You can find online coupons available sometimes. If you sign up for rewards program you get a coupon instantly.

Havent shopped here in along time and came back to give it one more chance. I remember why I dont shop here. Items are way over priced compared to other brick and morter stores/online shops and customer service is very lackluster.

They really have everything. Super organized and clean stor and associates are all nice and knowledgeable. Love shopping here.

I wasn’t having a great day. Reed really cheered me up - so friendly and helpful. I ended up spending 3X as much as I had intended. He had wonderful suggestions - 1 item was the egg. It was nice to see a familiar place - so often associates come and go. I’ll be back to see Reed soon !

The customer service at this store is horrible! We tried returning items that were bought during the pandemic and they would not let us return them. They showed NO compassion despite the fact both me and my husband are healthcare workers! John (the store manager) was RUDE and would not know the meaning of customer service if it hit him in the face!

As always they have the best quality bedsheets that you can see and feel before you buy. They arent the cheapest price in town, but they are the best quality. After all, who wants cheap scratchy bedsheets?

The best spot for quick home shopping and they have great service here. The manager has checked me out twice and was very kind.

I like it when everyone is wearing a mask and are social distancing...oh yaw...and all of their shelves are stocked full.

Ive never been to one of these stores before and for a newbie it was pretty nice. There were allot of great deals and the prices are very reasonable (not cheap but still not so expensive that my pockets needed a bail out). I definitely want to make a trip back again especially since Im getting my own place again.

The products available are from medium to higher quality without the usual junk (wears out quickly) I find at most discount stores.

On 11/02 the store manager at the customer service desk told me they can’t price match to their own website. What he told me does not make sense at all. It clearly states on the website price match guarantee and yet he said he can’t price match to their own website. Ridiculous. Called another location and was told they will gladly price match.

This store just got a new manager and he is absolutely lovely! I used to go to the park lane location because of their good customer service and great selection, but this location is a lot closer to my house. It’s so exciting to see a staff so eager to be at work under the nicest man I’ve met in the BBB DFW area.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bed Bath & Beyond location. One of the managers “John” is super rude and disrespectful. He does not know how to treat customers and he is the least eligible person to face clients and manage the whole store.

Went to the wonderful world of just about everything and accessories for the kitchen sink. Lol I purchased a Sparoom Piccolo, Essential Oil Diffuser to use in my bedroom. This place has it!!! Name it they may have it. Happy shopping!!!
