I decided to purchase a new electric coil range since they are better for cooking if you dont have gas. I was helped by Rich who was really nice and answered my many questions. I will have to purchase a refrigerator in the next 6 months and I will be talking to Rich again.

We opted to buy from Ed Kellum vs Nebraska Furniture Mart to replace the 15 yr old Maytag washer and dryer that had served us well. The dryer had an issue with a horrible rattle, yet worked fine. After two service calls with no luck fixing the loud rattle, they offered to swap out the dryer. It took some complaining to get to this point but I can honestly say they made right on an issue and I am a satisfied customer.

Purchased a standard countertop microwave that stopped working 3 1/2 months later. Kellum wont replace it and they offer no refund on a clearly defective product Instead, they have put me in touch with the manufacturers (Whirlpool) 800 service line. I now await a callback from the Whirlpool Product Review Board. ..which is supposed to come in 3 days. Then they will discuss what to do about my microwave.Isnt this the sort of thing we seek to avoid by overpaying for stuff at Ed Kellum?? I could get better service at my local Lowes or Home Depot. And likely a better price.Dont waste your time with these people. They may have been a thing back in the day but no longer.*****UPDATE*****The thee days came and went. No return contact from Whirlpool. Four days. Five days. Nothing. Called again and the specialist had no idea why there was no contact. She put me in line again to be contacted by the Product Review Board. In the BACK of the line. Three more days....IF they even call. That takes my family and me right through Thanksgiving...with NO microwave.I would say the Ed Kellum claims about customer service border on fraudulent. If I could take back my one star I would.

I changed my Rating to a 5-Star as they made right on what was wrong. Should we have had to go to this trouble at first, no. I hope that they review what happened and make the appropriate changes in their communications and the way they resolve defective product issues.

Mark was great as our sales person assisted with measuring during kitchenremodel. Installer did a great job also with making the necessarymodifications for all new appliances to fit perfectly. Really helpedcomplete our kitchen remodel project . Used Jenn aire appliances

This store has a good selection of quality appliances witth friendly salespeople. However, they rely excessively on staff specialists and the internet for product knowledge and financingThey have very little stock available so there are delays in getting what you want. It took me three visits and several hours to set up my order and I still dont know when my items will be delivered

I am sure the Kellum family cringes at the thought of these crooks taking over what they built. Bought an Ice Maker from Kellum, (Starpower), the water valve breaks in the first 3 weeks of having it installed, absolutely no help from Kellum. U-Line will service the unit under warranty ( I thought they should replace the machine since it was brand new). There is no reason to purchase through Kellum unless you just want to pay more for service you wont get. Buy online or from anyone else- bad experience.

While we ended up with a great Wolf cooktop, the customer service was subpar. I had to follow up on the installation and no call from the company to make sure we were satisfied customers. Again, great product, just ok customer service
