I paid for a washer, dryer, and a refrigerator around around February of 2021. Everything is now broken!!! And I mean everything! And then they want to charge you to fix it. I wasted my money. 0 stars.

SS Appliance is great! We bought a washer/dryer set from them and had it delivered within 2 days. Our washer was experiencing issues, so we called SS Appliance up and they had someone out to pick it up and bring it back fixed all within 24 hours of our call (charge free!). On top of that, they ended up just replacing our washer for absolutely no charge to a newer model to ensure it would be working in a timely manner. We will 100% be buying from them again! I have never had a better customer service experience.

This a very nice place, the guy that work there was really helpful. He helped me pick a dryer out the fits my needs. I purchased the dryer and paid for the delivery fee and the next day they delivered the dryer. The guy that delivered the dryer plugged it in and said the dryer is not going to heat up because you have a short somewhere in your house. He was able to tell that just from plugging in the dryer! So I had my wiring looked at and turns out my breaker needed to be replaced, replaced the breaker with a bigger breaker and the dryer is working GREAT! There customer service is wonderful in store and out!!!!!!

I have had the same dryer for 10 years. I bought used and had parts replaced a couple of times but I have gotten alot more than $150 worth of use out of it. Best service in town!

I understand they sell used appliances but they claim to service them before selling the appliances. Total lie!!! I bought a washer and dryer from them a month ago and have already had 2 problems with the dryer. The first time I was told it was my dryer vent that needed to be clean so that’s why my dryer stop working. The dryer vent was cleaned and the dryer started back working. Well now the dryer has went out again tonight. The warranty was only for 30 days. I should have just purchased a brand new set from reliable store. This place is a complete rip off. The appliances work for a short period of time. Don’t waste your time going here.

Do not do business with this company!!!Paid to have Washer and dryer installed 30 min later my living room was flooded. I contacted store manager Richard and he stated that they do not clean up water damage and that they are unwilling to provide any cleanup services nor copies of insurance. Do not do business with this company.Please expect a call from my lawyer because all I asked was for someone to come cleanup the water.
