Ive been taking my cars here since college in the late 90s until now. My newer model car will never see the dealer because they cross-sell and suggest non-essential repairs. The Leung brothers are top shelf, honest, reliable, friendly, and have never failed me. My 2006 Tacoma has 230k miles and I always tell people I am going to run this truck into the ground, but these guys will never let that happen. Definitely put Best Choice on your A-Team!

I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra and 2012 Lexus RX350, both of which have been to Best Choice Auto & Body for cosmetic work.Sam is one of the owners and is very straight forward and will give you an honest quote and timeline.Both of my issues were insured claims and, due to the natural conflict of interest, it was important to me to use a shop that did not have ties with the insurance companies. Sam and his team worked with the insurance companies to make sure that I got the right parts for my repairs.Most importantly, the cars look amazing!

Steve and his crew did a great job on my car repair and I will be using Choice Auto & Body in the near future for another car that needs repairing. My bumper was loose and my insurance didn’t cover that particular thing. The guy working here was very helpful in figuring out a solution without changing the whole bumper and it ended up being quite cheap for me. The end result was really good.

This place is a gem! I counted on the reviews and went to meet Sam to realize the best effort he puts into every car/customer.He is well informed about the mechanics and is more than happy to share the knowledge. My car had a damage in the front from a minor accident and Sam had been extremely patient with all my questions, worked with Insurance company for any supplements and the outcome was great! I feel lucky to have found this place and Steve. It is truly the best auto body shop in DFW. My car incurred some hail damage and a few weeks later was slammed into by a hit & run driver. I went to three different shops and they either were overpriced, missed damages, or told me I would need to be put on a six month wait list for the repairs to be done. Steve created a reasonable and comprehensive estimate, worked all the details out with my insurance company, and the repairs they did are perfect. I continue to refer friends, who are also very happy with the service they receive here.

I want to start off by saying if I could give these guys 100 star rating, I would. If you want your car fixed by experts in the industry, this is the place. My brand new car was involved in a hit and run last month and I decided to take it to Best Choice. I had no idea how the process worked, insurance worked, if my bumper could get fixed, etc. Steve took such good care of me, gave me his personal phone number, taught me everything I needed to know, and gave me a great deal on a new bumper. When I was hit for the first time, and told to find a shop, I looked at all reviews below and hoped for the best. And wow. It was the best experience I think Ill ever have.Not only were they communicating with me when the repairs needed extra time, keeping up with the claims adjuster, but they went out of their way to make my car (2005 corolla) just LOOK better than when it came in. They cleaned and buffed my wheels/rims and headlights. Looking at it from the front, its almost a brand new car. They also put back on my side mirror, which had fallen off at a different time, not related to the accident. This was really important to me, because Ive never felt comfortable asking for help. As a woman that can be hard walking in to shops and not being led into paying too much. I felt truly appreciated as a customer (though it was all paid through insurance) and will come back for all my work. They were sincere, quick and matched colors perfectly!This is absolutely the BEST CHOICE!

It was a cold day, and I had just been hit in a parking garage. I must say when I initially came to get a quote I was blown away by the customer service received from Sam. He found extra damage they didnt pay for, supplemented the claim, and fixed it for me without delaying the process. Great communication and the work looked great. Our car front fender was hit by another driver, and the other parties insurance was slow to act; but, when we turned the car over to Steve, at BEST CHOICE AUTO we didnt have to do anything else. He took care of the insurance contacts, explained the job and the insurance, and did exactly what he said he would do. A new fender was put on, with perfectly matching paint and stripes. It looks great!The drivers door had a scratch that had been spot painted, and this was gone--repaired and painted too.When we picked up the car, it was VERY clean and shiny, inside and out--another nice bonus. We were very impressed with the honesty and integrity of the folks at Best Choice Auto & Body.

Absolutely recommend. Car body estimate by Insurance was third less than what it cost to repair the complete damages, and they justified it very deftly with the Insurance Company. Found other unrelated issues and completed all the work flawlessly. Also did a week later inspection. Wont hesitate for future work.

Prices are very reasonable and they will not tell you that you need to replace parts like other mechanics. They are great workers and get to the point. UDPATE: I was able to get an update from Steve and I know have my car.It took a while to get the work done, but they did a great job on my car after being in an accident and they even touched up some areas on my car to look nice without extra charge. Ive had the car less than a day so if anything changes Ill let you know but my car looks good as new and from what i hear they did what was best AND did so while keeping the insurance company from totaling out my car.(+): Great work, Steve is nice and thorough, went out of his way to do the small extras that make a big difference(-): communication was not always timely or proactive; may take a while to get the work done, but i had a rental paid by car ins so i at least had a way to get aroundthanks guys!

The owner was nice enough to walk me back to my car while they were working on it and showed me exactly how they were going to fix it. Im super behind on writing a review for this place, My apologies for my procrastination! Im not sure Ive ever posted a review about anything online but always seem to read reviews about everything! Since I had no idea what I was doing or where to start looking for an auto body repair shop, reading reviews is exactly how I found this gem to begin with! However, I know in my research I called one other shop and the wait time to schedule me to bring in my car for an estimate was like 2 weeks out but when I called here I spoke with the owner, Steven and it was simple for him to accommodate a time for me to come in for an estimate within 2 days of me calling and also spent a good amount of time with me on the initial phone call going over everything and explaining how the process works etc. I felt very comfortable speaking with him and felt a sense of relief. Brought my car in for the estimate and got everything set up to drop it off. I dropped off my vehicle and was going to get a rental from Enterprise up the street and was offered a ride from his father who was also at the body shop but had already contacted Enterprise and they were on their way to pick me up from the shop. ( I just thought the offer for the ride was an added convenience that probably wouldnt be offered by other body shops) I believe the time frame I was given for my vehicle to be repaired initially was 2 days unless other things were found that couldnt been seen until they got in to do repairs. Ended up finding more damage but after all the repairs ended up taking less than a week and I wasnt able to pick up my car for like 2 days after the repairs were completed anyway due to conflict in my work schedule. The night I went to pick up my vehicle Steven was their waiting on me after closing time and was so nice and helpful! He went over everything he repaired/replaced etc. my front end of my car was brand new and looked amazing! Not to mention the added touch ups he did on my car that had nothing to do with my accident. Seriously, Im not a person to write reviews but this experience has compelled me to do so even if it is 6 months later! Lol you will not regret taking your vehicle to this body shop and your car will look brand new again, amazing work! I also referred a friend recently who got her vehicle repaired here and paid cash for her repairs and she was treated the same way I was and said her vehicle looks brand new too! My experience at Best Choice Auto & Body was exceptional in all areas. The service and communication was terrific and timely. The pricing was very reasonable for the work that had to be done. We got a Rental Car for our daughter and it got a small egg size dent over the wheel well while her car was in the shop. Steve personally took care of this issue for us although it was not part of our claim on our daughters vehicle and he did not charge us for this minor repair! The work that he did on our vehicle was great and he went above and beyond to make certain that we were satisfied. Best Choice and Steve had made a customer for life. I have been going to this shop for nearly a decade now and I have never even considered going elsewhere for any sort of vehicle repairs. They have a full team of trustworthy individuals that are well trained and have a vast knowledge base. Steve, Wayne, and Sam will take care of you no doubt. I have used Best Choice Auto for over 20 years. They are the best. Not only they do a good job with reasonable price. More importantly, you can trust them. In couple of times, I were told to have oil leaking issues with my Accord when I had the oil changes in the dealers place, or being told of other issues in the other car shops. I always brought my car to Best Choice for their opinion. Often, they not only told me that statements were not true, but even took the efforts to uplifted my car and showed me what they saw and why the statement was not true without any charges. If they want to, they can easily make money from me by simply confirming the issue and pretend to have it fixed. But, they chose to be honest to protect their customers best interest.I wont go to any other places to fix my cars. The Liang brothers have me as a life time customer.

I was involved in an accident couples of weeks ago. My friend recommended Best Choice Auto to me. I called Steve and he was very kind and helpful. The insurance company towed my car to the best choice auto and it took quite a few days for the insurance company to figure out the total loss. Though the car was not repaired at the best choice auto, I do feel Steve is very experienced and cares about what the customers really need!

I think this place definitely lives up to its name. The staff was very friendly and caring. They were thorough and honest about their feedback in fixing my car. I also saved a lot of money that I wouldnt have elsewhere. I read the Yelp and Google reviews and was excited to see that this place had such great reviews, but then to experience their high level of customer service for myself was so exciting! I live in McKinney and there are good body shops but I will always use these guys from now on. A friend recommended Best Choice to me and I am so glad that I took his recommendation. Steve, one of the brothers, did a great job going over everything with me, keeping me updated and then taking care of things on the car that I didnt even ask for help with. Example, we had left a wet receipt on the passenger seat and the ink had bleed onto the leather. I didnt even show it to them, but when I picked up the car from its hail repair I noticed that it was gone! Wow, these guys are really good.

I would say Sam helps me fix my car in no way I could find any other place in DFW area. He was also honest in making suggestions based on where I am and what I can afford. As I need my car to get around, Sam managed to fix my car in only one day, which was a big favor for me. Will always come back to Sam in the future if I need to fix my car.

I had an accident that made some front end damage one rainy night. My insurance agent recommended me to Best Choice Auto Body where I met Sam who has been in business for 28 years. This guy will not only do the job but he cares even about the brand parts he is ordering for you. Many mechanics and shops will cut corners on quality parts to increase their profits but Sam did his best to make sure I got quality parts at reasonable prices. This shop negotiates well with the insurance adjusters no problems here. The entire process was smooth and they even cleaned my car out making it look like the day I bought my car. Sam did a fantastic job ensuring the insurance agent didnt completely undersell on the claim. Insurance originally quoted us $900 for hail damage but Sam got everything repaired for $8k, including a hood replacement. He also got the insurance company to cover the deductible so no out of pocket expense! I will forever bring my car to Sam if I need work done.

They looked at my car and knew exactly what the mechanic before him worked on and corrected his work on top of what was needed. So very honest instead of a complete installation of a part they charged me for what was actually required. Dont look else where they are the best of the best and honest people. My window mechanism broke in the middle off a Texas summer and the lovely people at Best Choice were able to help me asap. I was so lucky to find them as I couldnt wait with 4 kids in this heat. They are very quick and very fairly priced. I would recommend them to everyone.

On two different occasions when I brought my vehicle in for collision repair, I was beyond pleased with the excellent work and service I received. It was refreshing to put my trust/faith into a business and not be seen as just a means to an end, I was seen as a person with a different set of circumstances. The staff was extremely welcoming and forth coming with any and all information linked to the repair of my car. Once the estimates and all the costs of the vehicle came into play, they worked hard to give me the best options and prices. Not to mention, once it was time to do the work they took their time but still did everything in a reasonable and timely manner. I absolutely can not say enough about Best Choice and the quality of work in which they approach not only the repairs and maintenance of vehicles but also the customer relationship aspect. I got an estimate from Sam about my sons car that was hit by a hit-n-run from behind. He was incredibly helpful and I highly recommend talking with him. While I have not decided yet what to do, he gave me very helpful advice. He took lots of pictures and pointed out all the work that would have to be done to restore the car to before crash condition.

They are very good at letting you know how long the job will take and keep you updated if any issues pop up due to insurance adjusters, etc. They also stand behind there work which is refreshing in todays age.This is a family run business and Steve and the rest of his family seem to take great pride in what they do. I have had great experiences in both Body Work needed due to accidents & periodic Auto Maintenance over the years.

Before finding this place, I went to Firestone to get my car checked out. They looked at my car and decided that I needed to have my left lower control arm and other various parts replaced, resulting in a grand total ~$1800. They said it was dangerous to drive my car in that condition, and stated that it was very possible that my wheels could fall off while driving. Needless to say, that was a load of nonsense, and Best Choice Auto was able replace only what was necessary at a fraction of the cost. They were informative and made me understand what was wrong with my car, and what needed to be done. Best Choice Auto knows how to do business honestly and they respect their customers. I highly recommend this establishment, and give it 5 Stars!

I recently had my car in this shop to repair some damage caused by a senior citizen running into my parked car in a parking lot, and to fix a prior dent from a similar situation. The owner of the shop, Steve, gave me a lot of good advice about dealing with insurance companies. He was also very honest in telling me about the poor quality of a prior body repair done by Herbs. The standards of workmanship at Best Choice seem to greatly exceed those of many other body shops.I would totally recommend Best Choice. While I hope I dont need the services of a body shop again, if I do, I would not use any shop other than Best Choice.

These are the guys you want working on your vehicle. Honest, fair, diligent - sadly, qualities that are hard to come-by in this automotive repair industry, but truly describe Best Choice and how they handle business. My Grand Cherokee had a coolant leak and overheated on me and threw a battery light before taking it in to Best Choice. Not only did they diagnose the real issues and the source of my issues, but they went as far as driving across town to pick up a part to get my repair done the same day I dropped it off. When I came to pick it up, they showed me the faulty parts that were removed from my vehicle and where the part was failing, causing my issues. Havent had a single issue since. Very impressed to say the least.

Honest, reasonable, and high quality results. I appreciate the attention to detail and making me feel as if I was family.

Sam Leung from Best Choice Auto & Body was the most experienced and best auto body guy I met. Upon meeting him, I could already tell he has the most experience under his belt. Very professional. Upon meeting at the front desk, he took his time to explain the car damage and accident situation to me (since im not a car guy) and has answers to all pathways of questions relating to insurance and vehicular damage. But seriously, dont skip out, they are the best Auto body I have come across so dont take it lightly. They have very reasonable pricing, and they will take care of you. Its really happy to know this place.Ive met a big problem, that another garage charged me 500 buck but did not fix it.Some garages are only think about money. Some repairmen only look at error code, and see the computer report, then decide which part to replace.But Steve is different. He consider what you worry about. Trying to solve your problems and save your money. He is really kind, helpful and professional.Although my English is very tough, I write this comment because I really extremely very thank him.

The local Richardson TX Nissan dealer service center had troubleshot my car problem to a leaky steering rack and recommended I get it fixed right away. If I had left it alone, the power steering fluid my land on the catalytic converter etc. and cause a fire.I wanted to get a second opinion from Best Choice. They troubleshot the problem to a bad high pressure power steering hose. I approved the work and this saved me several hundred dollars (2X) versus Nissan.I recommend Best Choice for their unbiased opinion, professional and quality car repair work.

Recently I had met accident while parking, right side doors were completely damaged. Just picked up my minivan from the shop after a fender job.I am extremely happy with the service, although I could not get it done it as soon as I would have liked due to all the hailstorm damage jobs ahead of me. I would recommend this shop. Hopefully I do not have to do go a body shop again, but if I have to, then this shop would be first choice.

First ever auto body shop experience and it was SO stress free & amazing! Steve, one of the mechanics, basically walked me through the claims, repairs AND rental process-even though his job was just to fix my car (: He laid out facts, told me things to avoid that would have really gotten me (like dont take a rental car on the toll road!), pretty much laid out the path I was about to embark on when I called him after being referred by my brother & mother.Also, when I took my car in, she needed new wipers put on (which were in my trunk) and an oil change. She was also pretty dirty. When I went to pick up my car she had clean oil, new wipers and they were just finishing the detail and wash. They really took care of my car & me!Great Prices. Friendly & Calm atmosphere.

My car was hit while sitting at a stop sign and had significant damage to the front end. I ended up going to Steve after a nightmare of insurance fiascos and a repair shop that did an estimate causing insurance to total my car. Steve looked at pictures and the estimate from the first repair shop and told me he thought he could fix the car for a reasonable amount of money. He noticed a double charge on the estimate from the first company and wisely suggested a couple of other items they did not suggest. From the moment I contacted him and told him the car was headed his way, he stayed in contact with me. He provided an updated estimate once the car arrived and had the repairs completed within a week and a half. I have been driving the car since that time with NO problem and it looks just as good as it did before it got hit!! I cannot say enough positives about my experience with Steve and his team. I have recommended them to others and they will be my FIRST stop should I ever need that type of service again!!

The worse experience ever, got my money but havnt fixed my car... They want to keep my car over night and do something that a lock smith can do in a few hours..on top of that they wanna charge me $391 for a radio they didnt install, saying its s 25% stereo fee...they are thieves..I would recommend you go somewhere else

This is one of the few body shops that excel in customer service. Steve is a wonderful customer facing guy. He fixed my car, talked to my insurance company, talked tomy car rental company to get all issues resolved. The only thing I did was drop my car at his place and pick it up. Almost magic.
