I cannot explain the satisfaction I received as a customer with Service King. The time it took to repair my vehicle was very short and the person taking care of my claim (Carlos) did an amazing work explaining and walking me through the entire process. This is my first time dealing with the shop at Estate Ln but not my first time dealing with service, got to say this has been the best shop I’ve dealt with overall. The staff is courteous including the front desk receptionist (Yasmin) as they also went out and about to make sure the process went smooth on their end. Carlos made sure the repairs were done correctly and also went out and about their way to assure satisfaction on the service.

Should have brought to My Manufactures dealership... was recommended by my insurance company. They didn’t get all the parts ordered correctly so added an extra 3 days, after finally getting the car I noticed replaced parts were broken in areas and some not installed correctly! They had to order a new part and then take another hour to put it on...Alex was really the star here, I think he was just covering up a lot of mistakes but his communication and honesty is what smoothed it over really

I bought the car in on 4/6/18It took time for 6 days to fix this front bumper.However, the service from Amy(liberty mutual insurance) was totally awesome.She kept updating my car everyday which is good thing.. I dont need to call for update.I like the way she worked...Moreover, this location is easy to drop off and pick up.They will provide rental car immidiately after you drop-off.I would recommend this place to my friend and relative.P.s. I also attach the works that they had done with my car as well.

I got my car returned with over sprayed body parts, body parts that still damaged from the wreck. Parts of the car were not even touched on that shouldve have been fixed. I trusted this body shop with my car and was completely unsatisfied.

This was amazing their customer service is second to non they called almost everyday with updates my car was ready early and siting washed and filled up right at there front door they even payed for my Uber to bring me to get who does that service king does simply great even touched up a scratch I noticed on my drivers door for me befor i left at no cost these guys are the real deal and will bring my car knowwhere else from now on they have my business for life. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I picked up my 2019 Mazda 6 on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 and I wanted to be sure and let everyone know how happy I am with my repair. The quality of the work is amazing. Youd never guess I was in a wreck or think that my repair cost over $15,000. Id like to give a special shoutout to Yolanda who consistently kept me updated of the progress of my repair. Id also like to give a shoutout to Alex who has an amazing gift for customer service. He took his time to make sure I was completely happy when I picked up my car and made sure to wipe everything down with sanitizer and even shined my tires. He was also sure to let me know I could call at any point if I had any issue at all. I completely recommend Service King for your repair needs. I am more than pleased with Service King. My mustang had a mysterious water leak. The floorboard filled with water every time it rained. Nobody could figure it out until I took it to John at Service King. He and his team went above and beyond to find and fix the leak!!! I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family and, even though I live in Mesquite, I will gladly use this location for any future needs. Thanks to John and his awesome team!!! I appreciate it more than you know!!!!

They have had my car for a month and they still have it

My vehicle has been in the shop since 7/13/2017. I went to pick up my vehicle twice, to find out that the completion date was pushed back. I feel the customer service could be better especially on the communication end. Its now 8/14/17, after calling to see what time to pick up my vehicle, with no answer, I traveled to the location to find out the date has yet again been pushed out, without notice. The repairs look good though.

They promise you that will give you a call frequently, they never do. The GM of this location is very defensive and he dosnt know how to handle customer complaints, he only provide you with excuses.

They were very prompt in getting the estimate, the did the repairs in the exact time and price they promised, and they did an excellent job, car looks like new, the paint is an exact match, could not be happier, I would reccomend them to anyone who needs paint and body work.

Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I will recommend Service King in the future. My car is back to new, I can not tell any damage was done. Your company has excellent customer service which is very important to me!

On Tuesday 20th i went in for an estimate on my car from my wreck . The state farm estimator was very rude. I didnt catch his name I believe it was “charlie” an older white male . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET AN ESTIMATE. I repeat do not, he is very rude & lies about what happened to your car . Unpleased on how this all went down .You can tell he had no customer service experience at all. So please if you are reading this do not go to this service king . Thankyou !

Shady business, avoid at all costs. Horrible customer service with no updates on your car, you call and they never pick up, then they lie about the status of your car just to shut you up, they increase the estimate for repair costs every week its there. The only thing they are capable of repairing is a small fender bender, otherwise your car will be considered totaled.

Worst experience all around. Absolutely trash customer service, time management, and professional ability. If I could rate it “no stars” then I would.

Happened to be driving by when I got a Low Tire indicator on my dash. Even though it was close to closing time, and they are not a tire shop, they helped me no charge. Really impressed by their willingness to help. Great people.

My experience at this location was the worst ever! Customer service was non-exsistent. Amy Wood and someone who said that he was the General Manager (which I hope not) found every way possible to disrespect me, humiliate me including throwing my keys at me. I had questions that I could not even get answered and while Amy wore a smile she literally smiled while speaking condensing to me in front of my son and both even tried to ignore me and speak to him. It was the worse feeling ever. NEITHER LISTENED TO ANYTHING I TRIED TO SAY AND I DOUBT THAT THEY EVEN CARED HOW THEY MADE ME FEEL OR THE WAY THEIR TREATMENT WAS OFFENSIVE. The general manager exasperated the entire experience.

Unfortunately Im familiar with Service King. Over the years they have worked on multiple vehicles Ive owned. They are the go to place to take your vehicle for any type of collision/hail repairs.

DONT BOTHER GOING TO THIS Service King location, based on my visit, just move on and go some where else, Service Advisor ALEX PEREZ REFUSED to write estimate and send to email address as stated he would. Complete waste of 2 Hrs of my time.

Only reason i gave a one star cause the auto body. Cause bruce some auto body guy didnt explain right on how things were gonna plan out..he charged me extra for a tailgate when he said he was gonna put it on my insurance..they like to trap people here so i wouldnt do my business here again..i warn u do the same

My car has additional chips that werent there before. I had money and clothes stolen from my car.

Sloppy and unprofessional. Had to take my car someplace else to finish the job. Wouldnt trust them to wash my car, let alone fix it.

I took my van for repair, it took a month when I received it, the work was wrong, they shifted the left side of the box (it did not match the cabin) when they delivered it) the cover or the defense coincided on the sides of the door (which is new) ) does not close broken packaging and improperly installed it returned for the warranty took 15 more days ... And half solved the box aesthetically it looks better but if we measure and compare with the other side that is good of the truck does not match the others There are still problems that are not going to solve that problem if you started badly from the beginning.
