Inquired, about a particular unit for my car. Was informed that the part could be ordered and received the same day. Upon passingof that day, and the ushering of the second day. I still received no part. I asked fora refund, and was berated. After further confrontation, I received my refund. This place only accepts cash. It could make it impossible to dispute a service if unpleased with a service received. The owner or representative is unorganized, rude, illogical, and extremely aggressive. I do not, recommend anyone to enter that filthy, place. The abusive speech could be intimidating to most. Enter at your own risk.

This place doesnt stand by their mistakes, my brand new bumper out of the box new is still falling off. I went back twice and they assured me it was fixed. I give up on them ever fixing it right, now I have to go pay someone else to fix the problem. Dont like liars and cheats.

Run as fast as you can. This place is the biggest joke ive ever seen. They have no structure and no communication. They lied to me seven times about when my car gonna be ready . And if they werent lying then they really didnt know what was going on in there own shop from day to day. Its my understanding that Public Auto Sales owns them and that should give you enough incentive to stay away theyre just as crooked. Do not purchase the insurance threw Public Auto Sales (CPI). They are the biggest rip off. What a nightmare these people are. Save yourself a huge headache and stay away from both organizations!!!!

They took over 2 weeks for them to replace a bumper and fender and they done a bad paint job they dint even paint the inside of fender and paint had a scratch all the way to the metal and did not paint behind plastic a professional shop would of painted it and then place plastic over fender and all the parts that Mount on fender were loose i dont recommend this place stay away

Horrible experience Rodney the owner is rude and disrespectful my car was not ready when they told me to pick it up was told that they take debit but really they take cash then try to argue with me and told me that he didnt say that I would not recommend this place to anyone they are crooked they lie and disrespectful dont know how to talk to people and dont know how to treat people right do not go here the other part for my car was not going to come in until Thursday or Friday told me to take my car because theyre not responsible for being in their lot and they dont want it in their parking lot
