Melissa was extremely helpful. She kept me posted on the progress of the repairs and took care of working out the complications with the insurance agent as well. She also coordinated the Enterprise rental. Its one of the three Audi certified collision repair centers in DFW area and I highly recommend it. Also, this review comes from a Level 8 Google Local Guide and is 100% genuine. They detailed my Audi Q5 on delivery. I hope you never have to go there, but if you do, know that youre in good hands. I also spoke to Audi Dallas Service Team regarding the feedback on service quality of Dallas Collision Center, and they had nothing but good things to say. I visited Caliber Collision because the insurance agency required it for the estimate, and I could clearly tell that they didnt know much about Audi repairs.

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to DCC! And especially my technician Raz. No one likes getting work done to their car and whenever you bring an insurance company into the mix its a recipe for stress and exhaustion. Raz and his team at DCC did everything in their power to communicate, set proper expectations and make the process as smooth as possible. I received weekly updates every Tuesday and Thursday like clockwork while my A7 was in the shop all summer. Though the repair process was long and arduous, (due to the insurance process, not DCC) I would take my car there again in a heart beat. My car came back to me in amazing condition and drives like new! Highly recommend them to anyone

Great experience - John Love frequently checked in with me on the status of my repair. I also wanted a quote on part of my car that was damaged (I was not sure how the crack got there) he then informed me it was a previous repair and to use my lifetime warranty. He could have easily taken advantage and charged me for the damage. I would definitely come back here.

I wanted to like this collision center. Audi Dallas even recommended them to me, so I knew they were doing something right. However, I gave three stars because the shop was not punctual with the repair of my car. They had my car in the shop for over a month, and the quality of repairs were poor. Someone ordered the wrong car part, which caused a weeks delay. There are white specks on my bumper from the poorly done paint job. For having my car in the shop for over a month, I’d expect it to be flawless- especially because the damages were minor. However, Raz was tremendous, and all employees were very professional and had a great attitude, so I give them that.

Not impressed with their working with a customer. They are basically geared to do insurance claim work, not client direct pay. Theyll get around to it attitude and lack of coordination disappointed me. Their captive onsite Enterprise Auto Rental was also disappointing. Ended up with a old, ash tray smelling, Malibu with over 40, 000 miles on it, having seen better days even though I had reserved a Ford Explorer about 4 days in advance. To top it off, they ended up initially charging for a three day rental, instead of 2 days for the 24 hr period I had a temporary rental initially. So beware.... Very disappointed since I went there because of their relationship with Goodson Acura.

J Love and the entire staff altogether were amazing. My car looked almost brand new when they were done with it. I was comfortable, confident, and completely satisfied with the entire process.

They basically told me not to bring my car there due to the situation with my insurance. After explaining all their fees (storage, admin etc..) and KNOWING the type of car I have, they go on to tell me they really only work on luxury cars and that I needed to go to a dealership. It was a total waste of energy and time. I finally went to Friendly Chevrolet and got the best customer service ever

DCC was recommended to me by the dealership as the Certified Acura repair shop to replace my shattered sunroof. Overall great experience. They worked directly with my insurance company to come to an agreement on the work that needs to be done. There is an enterprise car rental on-site, so getting a replacement vehicle while work was being done was a breeze. They detailed the car after the body work was done and when we picked up the car, the drivers seat and steering wheel were wrapped in plastic, so we didnt have to worry about COVID risk since we simply took off the plastic and drove away.

My brand new (still on paper tags) car was recently rear ended. No one was hurt but there was damage, not to mention the annoyance, aggravation and upset this caused; however, thanks to Dallas Collision Center, the repair process was amazing! Their professionalism, efficiency, quality and customer service is unparalleled. They earned my highest recommendation! They made certain the job was done fully, correctly, and covered. The work they did was PERFECT; I honestly cant tell anything ever happened. And they delivered my car cleaned and detailed. All of the employees were great and did a fantastic job on a car that I love. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. And the collision center worked excellently with the insurance company. My return of my rental was easy and quick however picking up the rental at the enterprise connected to the collision center was not so easy I waited for an hour because of separate problems with other customers and personnel issues.
