I received an email updating me regarding the process for the repair for my car. It took a full month for the process but I have to say it was just in time to turn in the rental (so my insurance covered).They did an AWESOME job on my little car and a previous vehicle I had.Thomas went above and beyond to ensure my repairs were covered and complete.

I arrived earlier today at the facility with a minor, but quite noticeable issue with my front fender. Upon my arrival, I was tended to swiftly by Brian B.Given that today was a weekend, I was not optimistic that my issue would be resolved until later next week. But to my surprise, after assessing the issue with my vehicle, I was told that I could go and wait in the lobby until further notice. Little did I know, that in less than an hour, my car would be back to me with the issue completely resolved. It came as even more of a surprise that it was indeed Brian B. himself who attended directly to my car’s issue. I was honestly completely oblivious to this as Brian remained attentive and concerned for me and the other customers throughout my time at the facility.I am very content with the quality of service and the level of professionalism that was provided to me during my experience and will be using this as my “go to” place for any auto work.

Brian Buczynski was my service advisor. Great guy. Totally went above and beyond. So many positive things to say about working with him. He was in constant contact with my insurance company. He kept my vehicle locked while being stored. He even came out and personally helped me remove my personal belongings ( while wearing a nice suit!). I would definitely recommend anyone considering service on their vehicle to come to Park Place BodyWerks and ask for Brian!

Would not recommend their services at all.Its unprofessional for the rep to argue and go back and forth with a customer then hang up in my face. To say I am picky is a massive understatement. When I pick up a vehicle after paint or body work, I typically find little imperfections that need to be buffed out or worse. The last shop I used (high-end and highly respected) had to paint a bumper twice to get it right. Not this time. I am really impressed by the work Park Place BodyWerks did. Even though my job was only a front bumper replacement and respray, my advisor Brian Buczynski and his team went above and beyond. Example: Even within a specific vehicles paint code formula, there can be lots of variance in color and texture. When the standard chips for my car didnt match, they custom sprayed several new chips for Brian and I to choose an exact custom mix of GT silver that best matched my car. Young Brian is wise beyond his years-- he also suggested that since my damage was cosmetic, I keep my car. He ordered parts, had the new bumper skin painted and let it cure properly for a few weeks. Then I brought the car back in for the parts to be replaced. Genius. And they nailed the color the first try. They also removed some overspray from my wheel wells from the last paint job. Go there. Ask for Brian. (Actually there are 2 Brians and probably both great, but I used Buczynski.) My guess is hell be running that place in a few years.

Love this place...they really take care of you here. Serviced our care with care, and they kept us updated with calls and emails. My wife was involved in a collision while driving her 2017 CLS550. I had the vehicle tower to Park Place BodyWerks, as I always take my cars there because of the dealerships terrific service department. This was my first experience (and hopefully last) with the the BodyWerks involving an accident. I worked with Alberto Herrera and he was absolutely first class!! Alberto was responsive to all my queries, walked me through the appraisal and claims process and worked directly with my insurance company so that I received a very acceptable settlement. He was truly on top of everything, very experienced in the process and a super gentleman. I would not hesitate working with him on any vehicle body and insurance matter. I uneqivocally recomment BodyWerks and Alberto in particular.

Park Place Bodywerks did one fantastic job. Our car looks as if it just came off the showroom floor which is where it was when we bought it.One of the most impressive portions of the process was the daily communication between the manager and myself updating me on their progress. Im extremely picky when it comes to my vehicles, and Ive used other body shops in the past that never return my vehicles back to preloss condition. At Park Place BodyWerks its completely different. I had a wonderful experience at Park Place BodyWerks during the stressful time of getting my Volvo repaired. I bought my lease through Park Place. I enjoyed the lease and the service at first. My car was hit by an uninsured driver and Park Place handled it very poorly. They did not consult me for additional repairs and it took them a whole 43 DAYS for them to work out the payments and repairs with the insurance. I dealt with 3 different estimators and service in general was very poor and disappointing. No sorry or money back during my month and a half with out a car. Shopping around to not be tied to Park Place again

I took my vehicle to park place to be repaired. Davis was amazing to work with, he kept me communicated throughout the process, was extremely professional, and dealt with my insurance company who were being very difficult.

I worked with Jeff at BodyWerks to process an insurance claim after my vehicle was hit. In the end, I didnt have my vehicle repaired because it was considered a total loss, but Jeff was extremely helpful. He educated me on the entire process and kept me informed with each step. Thomas initially provided great service but when car was eventually totaled, I asked Thomas to connect me with a sales person so we could purchase another vehicle. I was surprised that even after leaving 2 messages, I never heard back. We ended up purchasing a Mercedes e300 4 days later from another dealer.

Best auto bodywork experience I’ve ever had. I called at 8:30, made an appointment with Brian Buczynski for 9am, waited in a nice waiting room with snacks & drinks and my car was ready by 9:45! I honestly don’t know what took this dealership 1 month to fix a a car and not even to a decent job in it ..... The taillight and the bumper are detached ..... see attached photos. Is this the kind of service park places offers ? I need y’all to fix this I have also let the insurance company know this is Unacceptable..... park place can’t even attach a taillight to a bumper correctly please explain how this happend!??? Also the trunk opens when I drive that used to never happen.its very dangerous just in case you didn’t know that. There is also a gap in the trunk I can stick half of my hand in it. You changed 17,300 to the insurance company to give this kind of trashy service. I Literally have no words honestly.

Smart, efficient, detailed. I cannot say enough good things about Park Place and Brian B. who handled my auto repairs. My vehicle was hit by a truck and the owner’s insurance company did not make it easy but Brian knew exactly what to do to make sure the cost was covered & my vehicle was fixed properly. He also worked to get the Mercedes OEM parts and repairs covered when my insurer suggested after-market/refurbished parts and limited-scope repairs. I highly recommend this place due to one person, the General Manager Brandon G. He made me feel confident in bringing my car to them due to the fact that the standards for Mercedes is higher price wise then a MOST insurance companies are willing to pay. I shopped all Mercedes dealers including ones not place related. The one in Plano most likely uses aftermarket because they use the gmc body shop. And all the other park places were quite rude. Brandon gained my trust and I will recommend them to anyone because he understands that when you get your car back it’s supposed to look like nothing happened and if it does he’ll make them do it again. And he is so polite 😊

Park Place Bodywerks did a great job in repairing the damage done to our car from an accident. Israel Vazquez was outstanding in coordinating with the adjuster (called them back out 2 times) to insure everything damaged was repaired and kept us informed of the repair status. You can’t go wrong using Park Place Bodywerks and their excellent staff for your collision repair needs.

I love the team at BodyWerks. They have repaired my Lexus twice. The 1st thru 3rd time, My insurance company Geico set me up to take my Lexus ES350 to a Ford repair shop, but I insisted on taking my car to Park Place BodyWerks every time, because I know for a fact that they will do an excellent job, compared to Geicos recommended shops. Even though Geico totaled my car the 3rd time/didnt want me to get my car repaired/tried to devalue my Lexus, the team at Bodywerks provided great advice, helped me more than expected, were stellar in service and did not disappoint. This was an uncustomary experience with Park Place, which is typically 5 star. Our CX-70 was in the shop well over 40 days for a rear fender bender. Apparently the recent tornado in Dallas elevated the work load, but still this is a long time. The part were difficult to source, adding to the anxiety.Ashley keep us appraised and did a good job of promoting our interest. Possibly this was the “perfect storm. We received the car this week and it looks super. Should circumstance occur require a body works facility we will employ Park Place. They do what they say.M Hays

I have had the unfortunate opportunity to be in a few finder benders in all of the Lexus vehicles that I have own to which two were not my fault and one was due to ice in a parking lot which was out of my control. Each time it was highly stressful and require me to choose a body shop. Each time I choose Park Place BodyWerks because of their dedication to providing excellent customer service. Brian worked diligently to return my vehicle in a timely manner, quality workmanship and work with the insurance company to help work through the process of completing your claim to have the work paid for upon completion. My first two accidents it seem like the claim process was a breeze with the insurance companies responsible for the claim. This last time I brought my car in the person that rear ended me had Elephant insurance coverage. The insurance company wasn’t very good at customer care. Their client hit me from behind so it was definitely their responsibility to make me whole from the accident. Throughout the entire process Brian kept me informed, management supplemental updates on work promptly and provided me a car outcome that I was extremely satisfied with. My car never looked like it was ever hit, plus the fixed fitted a screen that was loose on my front bumper that I did from Parking to close when pulling in. I would recommend this shop for their care for details and total customer service.

Very poor customer service representing us as the vehicle owner - refused to provide simple service to insurance company resulting in us as owner perform the simple service (less than 5 minutes to complete) to avoid a delay in repairs of 2 or more days. We aren’t pleased with the insurance company either. PP web page for body repair states “we will work with your insurance company to represent you” supposedly to advertise making the process easy. That may be true as long as it is convenient for PP personnel. The repair also took an inordinate amount of time even though the rep indicated the work was “slow” the repair was done well, but when we picked up there were marks on the car that were not previously there. Fortunately, a kind service manager had them buffed out in 10 minutes or less. An inspection prior to finalizing the work would have taken care of this. These marks weren’t on the repaired parts, but as with the insurance company, it appears the repair shop took a minimalist approach and didn’t do anything extra or not required.Overall, the repair looks good, but the experience was not pleasant. We did not feel the repair shop had our interest in the forefront, but their own “pride” in “making the insurance company do their job”.Not sure if we would use the Park Place Body Repair Shop in the unfortunate event of another collision.Bob Johnson for Cathy

My name is Sam Logan I am sending this text in response to the work that was taking place at Park Place.I was not satisfied with the response that I received my car was ready approximately 4 days before I had to call them to find out about it and I have not been able to receive the $50 deposit that I made for the rental from Enterprise and Ashley my service advisor has not been returning my call. When I did pick my car up after my husband had called to see if it was ready, Ashley was there at the Enterprise desk the whole time the young lady pulled me up and told me I had to pay a extra $90 because I did not return the car on the day that it was supposed to be returned. my respond to that was I did not even know when the car was supposed to be returned Ashley was right there the whole time she told the young lady dont worry about it that they will take care of that. I asked her about my $50 deposit and the young lady told me she would put that back in my account as of today November 14th it is still not in my account Ive never had a problem like this before in my life so. I am dissatisfied with the service that I received from Ashley and Enterprise. As for as the body work on my car they did an excellent job.

Everyone is very nice and the repairs were done well, however, don’t expect for anything to get done quickly or for call-backs to come in a timely manner. It took them over 3 weeks to repair my vehicle. Would be a 5 star experience if they improve on these.
