I have been trying to see if leasing is possible for me through D&M Leasing. So far every time I call all I get is either a voicemail or I am told I will get a call back and have not heard from anybody yet. This has been going on so far for 4 days. Not exactly great customer service.

This was truly the best car buying experience that I ever had. I opted to lease this time instead of buying and the process was so easy and stress-free. It has been over five weeks since the first time that I talked to an agent here about getting a lease. I have talk to two different agents there which both tell me that they will call me back within the day and I don’t hear from them for another week. Do not share your Social Security information with them till you are ready to sign on a vehicle. They will run a hard credit check over 1 phone call and refuse to remove the inquiry even if you do not get a vehicle.

I called around to 5 other high end dealerships prior to contacting D& M Leasing, it was the worst experience trying to get information over the phone and other dealerships dismissed me because I was a female asking intelligent questions all of the dealerships were rude and short with me their loss!!Being in the medical field, I have a very busy job and from the first time I contacted D&M which was via instant message, they put me in contact with Missy Duffle. We have used D&M on multiple occasions. Our first experience wasnt the best. The person we worked with was very pushy. My husband ended up with a great vehicle that he loved, but I ended up with a car that I didnt love. After a couple of years, we went back to see what we could do and we were paired with Marie. She went above and beyond to get me into my dream car and out of the original lease. She also worked with my husband to get him a different vehicle that he loves even more and works even better with our budget! Marie is the one to work with. She worked hard to get us into some amazing vehicles!

If you want the insider scoop, this is a Broker service. Most broker services offer no haggle pricing and charge the customer or dealer a fee thats tucked away into the payments or taken up front. This service tucks away thousands into the numbers that is tacked onto the lease end payoff if you decide not to lease through them ON TOP of the inflated payments they advertise and get for you. That is how they can pull you out of their lease early if you go through them. Moral of the story is go to a dealership and negotiate your own deal.

AVOID at all costs... Post sale, expect to be ghosted...In 2019 my (then) wife and I leased a vehicle through D&M. The experience was great and got the paperwork and vehicle in short order. Following a divorce I and my ex both have been trying to get the vehicle out of our names and refinanced in her name but we have been ignored, not responded to, and left out to dry. We have called and asked to speak to managers. We get promised a call back but either never get called, or they call when we are busy and then we again cannot get ahold of them.

I went to their website and started chatting with someone right away. Within 15 minutes of my chat online I was on the phone with Bryan Roth. From the very beginning, he was friendly, personable, and super helpful. He made my car buying experience the best I ever could have imagined. I never once doubted him. Lack of communication. I dont understand why there was no call back when promised. Its like they dont want your business. I gave you a chance and you blew it. We havent even gone through the qualifying process. Whatever. I already had a credit union approval for a very generous amount to buy anyways. Great first impression 👍.

If you are in the market for a lease, save yourself the headache and hassle of the dealerships and go to D&M. I wasnt so much time getting double talked and the old bait and switch at the dealerships, I was about to just give up.I called D&M with a question about taxation on leases, which they happily answered. Then Michael McCrary asked what I was looking for and looking to spend. I told him the details and he went to work.In no time at all, he located the exact truck I wanted and had a deal I could live with. It was so easy, I was almost worried it was too easy. He personally delivered my latest vehicle to my home, walked me around the vehicle, had me sign a few documents, took a picture of me with the vehicle, and left me with a big smile on my face. Everyone should have the opportunity to tell someone about the vehicle they are interested in, find it for you, explain all your options, and provide you with a new vehicle at a great price, personal service, and most importantly, no hassle. Also, I have referred many of my friends, co-workers, and neighbors to James, and everyone has been extremely happy with their experience.

This has been one of the worst experiences of car buying we’ve ever had, the cars already need service only about 2-3 months after purchase, then the used car I bought already needed new wipers(the ones on it looked like they had never been replaced), breaks are horrible and the key fobs both had low batteries when purchased, my husbands car had a horrible rotten old spice smell that lingered until we got some charcoal scent removal bags to put in the car and still has a faint scent in it of that, and stains on the seatbelts of that car, piece of paint chipped of the roof of the car after about 2 weeks of having it, and D&m wouldn’t help at all! We used them thinking it would be a good experience but definitely going to be using other purchasing/leasing company’s in the future! We asked like 3 days after getting my husbands car if we could work something out on getting something different because it was not a good fit, and because the sales person we worked with wasn’t in and had a hard time getting ahold of him any time we needed to speak we had to wait another couple of days for him to respond and by that time it was too late to do anything according to tx law! So we got stuck with a car we aren’t happy with and no help from them at all!!! Not a happy customer and will definitely be going back to Carvana or similar in the future! I do not recommend D&M at all!! Please go somewhere else if you want to buy a car cause you can’t lease according to them, but other places offer leases to you!

This was my first time using D&M Leasing and I will recommend them to everyone. I have been driving mom cars for the last 20 years, and it was time for me to have something I loved. I had already shopped around, so I knew exactly what car and packages I wanted. I had to have the Dodge Charger Scat Pack in octane red with a sunroof plus. Tobin was amazing, within a day, he had located my car. I am in the Dallas, Texas area, and to get me what I wanted, he had to go to Kansas City, Missouri! Tobin had my car shipped from Kansas City and he delivered it to me at work so I wouldnt have to wait for my new baby. I have purchased many vehicles, however, this was the absolute easiest ever. Tobin was extremely communicative with me, answered all my multiple questions, and the paperwork was done online in five minutes. The price was better than any of the dealerships I had been in talks with, and I didnt have to waste a day of my life doing paperwork. I know that if I have any questions or issues, I just have to pick up the phone and Tobin and his team will take care of me. I wont purchase a car any other way ever again.
