I this company replaced my cars windshield less than 2 years ago and is now leaking when called about the so called warranty ...no response .....Ive left numberous messages and nothing. If you want quality work and responsive company that does what they promise i would look somewhere else.

They arrived promptly and worked quickly. They were very professional and answered any questions I had. They even wore masks the whole time which was really appreciated. A mess was made with the glass but they vacuumed it to the point it wasnt even evident there was a mess to begin with.

This will be my second time using these guys. They do great work and very professional. Prices are very reasonable and they are quick!! Thank you guys, I’m never disappointed!!

Did fast service physically and decent price. but had some issues with window I had to get fixed somewhere else due to me being on road. Hector the supervisor customer service unprofessional, dont give receipts when suppose to or ask for them. I had them do my company truck a month ago and been asking 2 to 3 times a week for receipt and keep getting blown off like it dont matter very unprofessional.

They were fast and efficient, Great price which I was extremely happy with. They even came out to me a little confusion because of the downtown streets and where my apt building is located but the guy found me had a wonderful attitude despite all the roaming he had to do to find me, and he was very fast. Wonderful communication.

Ordered a windshield install from GlassXperts and for some reason A1 Automotive Glass showed up to do the install. The windshield install is good, but now my car door doesnt shut properly. Which is a bummer because Im getting ready to sell and now I have to go to the shop to have it fixed properly. Door closed fine before and now it catches really bad. Guessing they leaned pretty hard on it during the install. I looked out my window at one point and he had his foot in my seat. I would not recommend either GlassXperts or A1Automotive Glass for an install.

The price is a winner. These are quotes for my Ford FocusSafelite quote - $390 plus extra fee for mobile installationA couple of other places 30 minutes from Downtown - ~$250A1 - $175, tax included, mobile delivery includedI used A1 and it was great, they came right to my garage and it took less than 25 minutes. Paid 175 total.

Had an instillation done today on a 2008 Mustang Bullitt. I take incredible care of this car and have kept the mileage very low since it is a limited edition Mustang. But the value has taken a hit after today.First problem is the scratches and paint chips that are now on the car on the A-pillar and fender. This will not be cheap or easy to fix and could have been easily avoided with a little more care.The second problem is that the the tech stood on my interior to get to the windshield. It wouldnt have been much trouble to have a step stool. But now I have to clean the dirt from your feet out of my car and just accept the scratches on my limited edition sill plates. Which leads me to my broken dash cam mount. The dash cam and mount were set in the floorboard of the car in preparation for the windshield installation. This shouldnt have been a problem if the tech wasnt standing in the car to do his job.The windshield does not appear to fit flush with the body of the car. Assuming that the windshield fits right, I would guess that the old adhesive or weatherstripping/pad was not removed completely and the replacement windshield and adhesive were just laid on top of it. Again, thats just a guess since I dont install windshields for a living. It is not an OEM Ford windshield(I foolishly opted for an aftermarket brand) So there might be an manufacturer fitment issue.There is also adhesive on the interior a-pillar pieces. I specifically asked the tech to be careful not to get any adhesive on these pieces. I even offered to take them off. Very disappointing and difficult to clean.All of that being said, I was not charged for the installation(not that I would have paid for it anyways). I was told that due to the high cost of the repairs I could keep the windshield and was offered some touch up paint. But would not be reimbursed for any repairs to the body work. Much less getting my interior cleaned up.The entire job was done in about 20 minutes. They were very quick.I appreciate the gesture of letting me keep the windshield and not totally leaving me hanging. But I cannot recommend an installation by A1 Automotive Glass to anyone that takes pride in their vehicle.

I called them yesterday and was set up with an appointment today for 1pm. They said they would free all day and would come to me between 1pm-2pm. No one ever came, no one ever called me, and I keep calling them and no one is answering. I tried leaving a voicemail but their machine is full. Ridiculous. I wasted my time with these guys.

Friends cars were broken into, the thieves smashing the driver side front windows. A1 Automotive Glass carried both window replacements at a comparable price to other glass providers. The difference is in service - the big auto glass companies offer an 8-hour window, A1 Automotive Glass can tell you exactly when the technician will arrive - for us, it was within an hour of placing the call. They thoroughly cleaned-up all the glass inside the cars and the inside of the doors, replaced the glass and tested the install in about an hour.

Very professional. On time. Prices are competitive. Will recommend to anyone.
