If zero stars were an option... I paid $244 for my windshield to be improperly installed. Every time it rained, there was a flood of water entering my car from the windshield not being sealed properly. The owner/manager avoided us for weeks, giving us the run around, promising to replace it. I ended up having to pay an additional $350 to have that windshield scraped off and replaced correctly by another company. By the end of the experience, my carper was completely molded from all the rain.... AVOID AT ALL COST

Cracked my windshield during installation.. The technician that was supposed to come out and fix it was terrible about communication. Didnt show up twice when scheduled without a call or explanation. Was scheduled at 9 am Didnt show up until.12:30 without a call text or an explanation. Only to realize the tech was actually the owner! Then we discovered the windshield was also chipped! He insists the windshield is fine and doesnt need replacing! Are you Kidding me!!!!

I shopped around and found Kar-Glass to be very competitive with their pricing so I gave them a try. The service was great!! They sent Louis out to my house and he was fast, courteous, knowledgeable and informative about the installation process. He did a quick, quality job and I couldnt be more pleased.

They were great! They told me what was going to happen and approximately how long they would take. I loved that they gave me a plan ahead of time and they were spot on. Walked me through step by step what would happen and politely answered all of my questions.

Had a broken rear glass replaced by David. Found out it is incorrectly sealed and has been leaking for months letting water into my truck. Now I have spent a full week trying to get them to correct the issue. They just say ok we will fix it and then never show up. Now they have just stopped answering my calls. This business is a joke, I don’t know how they have good reviews. Don’t trust these people!!!

The whole process was smooth from the time I sent a text message to Mr Owuori requesting for their service. He passed on the info to the Office Administrator who scheduled us for the following day. The Technician came to our home at the appointed time and explained to us the process of windshield replacement and how to take care of it thereafter during the curing period.
