I had a broken passenger window while I was in Dallas. I contacted this company today and they were able to replace my window for a reasonable price. Alex the technician was on time for the appointment. He was also very nice to us and he did his job very well.

Ive used this company for years but it has new ownership extremely bad service now, Ive changed most of my rigs windows there for years I will never go back I mentioned how the last installers been removing outside bracket. The installer lost it...find another installer

Was in town from Austin to visit family and had some bad luck with a rock damaging my windshield, scary stuff. With kids to get home safely, I wasnt going to risk driving with the cracked windshield so I found Safe Auto Glass... and they literally saved the day! They arrived early, finished pretty fast, and did a very thorough job. My favorite part was how nice they were; didnt expect that. Highly recommended!

Got broken into at lunch on friday. Company van full of tools. Called 5 places and they not only were cheapest but could get me done same day. Others all said monday. I highly recommend them.

I called to have a side window replaced. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and came up with a quote quickly. Since this was the only place I found that worked Saturday, I scheduled an appointment. She told me that the tech would give me a call when he was on the way.When the time frame came around, I hadnt received any calls so I waited a little longer. I later received a call that he was already outside. He replaced the window pretty quickly and I paid and didnt think much of it. There were bits of glass still all over the place and glass rattling inside the door but no big deal.The problem came when I drove the car the first time and realized that the power door lock no longer worked on that door. I removed the panel to inspect and thats when I found that all but 2 of of the panel retainers were broken and the vapor barrier had simply been cut/ripped out and thrown away.Its nice to have an in tact window, but not quite worth having to replace the vapor barrier and kinked lock cable. Not professional at all.

This is high quality, excellent service providers! Get in and get the job done! Mobile was a big plus. I rate the team as a whole a 100%!

I would definitely recommend Safe Auto Glass. They told me that they would be at my place at 10 and showed up and completed the job BEFORE 10. I thought that was really awesome. They provided me with a really good service. I only put it as 4 star because they didnt exactly do a great job of cleaning the broken glass, but for the price, convenience, and service, I think they did a great job. Hopefully, I wont have to call them again, but if I do they will get my business again.

Probably the best, easiest, and quickest experience ever! They had my hard to find windshield and within two-three hours from calling I had my old one replaced at a pretty awesome price! HIGHLY recommend!

An 18-wheeler carrying improperly-secured gravel left my windshield with a pretty substantial crack as I was driving to work this morning. I called Safe Auto Glass and spoke with a very friendly woman, who said she could have someone at my office in a couple hours. Alex showed up, was very friendly as well, explained the process to me and was finished within the hour. I saw reviews indicating that the replacement windshield was subpar to the original, but I have not noticed any waves or cracks so far. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick, cheap fix.

From a place that replaces windows all day I find hard to understand them not knowing the difference between laminated window. You can clearly see the difference when you roll down the window. There is no need to remove the whole window for that and get charge for it. After asking if they had the correct window in stock and been told yes....

They came to our home, seemed to have done a good job. Until we were caught in the rain and the new front windshield suddenly was allowing water to flow in. This caused the headliner to sag and pull away. They fixed the leak but refuse still to take responsibility for their poor work. I am disabled and money is hard to come by and they do not care . Stay away, find some place else to give your hard earned money to because they dont care after they get your money about making things right and especially the woman office manager, sorry. I cant speak for the whole company, but for Ciro (Zero) and Steve I fully recommend . Ciro (installer) was very professional, quick, and HONEST!!!!! A trait you hardly find in customer service now days. He was very informative. I asked question after question and was given an honest and accurate answer every time.he also inspected my other vehicles while here at my home. Noticed damage to another windshield and brought it to my attention. $20 now or $300 plus later. Needless to say gonna take $20 route. Highly recommend call ask for Ciro to install.CIRO!!!!!!

Had my side window replaced by this company. Technician stripped out a clip and decided to just leave the screw out that I found on the ground after he left. The door interior was reinstalled incorrectly and does not sit flush. Also dented and chipped the paint on the exterior. I went to the shop to have these issues fixed and was told the clips were damaged during the process and there’s nothing they can do. Sad excuse for a repair shop. Only positive was the staff was very friendly.

Caroline and Candy went the extra mile to help me; working to ensure my glass claim with the insurance was set up, minimizing my out of pocket.The repair was unplanned after traveling in from out of town, but having our vehicle vandalized at our hotel overnight, and needing the work done right away. They called their technician in early to help get me on my way, after an obviously frustrating morning. The big named glass repair (I won’t name them, most will know who I’m speaking of) could not fit us in, and only offered to tape up the window. Mind you we are 4 hours from home, so that was not a reasonable solution given the situation.Their technician did a great job cleaning up the rest of the glass in all the places that stuff gets into when a window is busted in and made quick work of the replacement, They had me back on the road within 40 minutes of arrival, allowing us to continue with the rest of our planned weekend.Thank you to the team at Safe Auto Glass for helping turn my day around with your exceptional service!

Do NOT recommend. Glass was installed late Monday and broke early Wednesday morning without even driving the car. They did not take responsibility for the issue and wanted us to pay again in order to get it fixed...ridiculous.

Fast and cheap windshield chip repair. Theres an additional $5 charge for using credit card, so bring cash if you want to save a few bucks. I had a small chip repaired here and while the repair was quick and easy, the repair is still quite visible. Just a week later I experienced another chip and repaired it myself for $13 (RainX repair kit) and my inexperienced repair is much less visible than the Safe Auto Glass repair.

Had windshield installed on Ford F250 and after two months it started to crack down the middle of winshield when the weather turned cold. I never drive truck and it only had been driven 1000 miles since install. Called to find out if they stand behind windshield and they said sorry about your luck. Not Happy with their customer service. I would highly recommend buying from a legit company.

Do not trust this place. They put dents in the roof of my toyota fj. The dents were covered by the blue tape that they put on until the glue dries. When I called them to get it resolved, it was deny, deny, deny. They are the lowest price for a reason. Pay the extra $50 for a legit company.

Ive never felt so unwanted when my insurance paid top dollar. Especially when I found out they put cheap aftermarket glass in my car then had to have it redone. Asked for the manager Steve and he refuses to call back and the manager wouldnt help either

Good: Very quick and very nice and cheaper than Safelite.Bad: They did not tell me they were going to use a knock-off brand glass. I have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma with the GoPro mount in the windshield. They asked asked if I had that option and I said yes. The new glass has a generic mount and I can see waves in the glass (big time) when viewed at an angle. My original was not like that. It just looks cheap compared to the original. I never would have ordered the service had I been told they were not going to use OEM equipment with the same quality. I guess I should have asked, but did not know it could be an issue.After I drove it I really noticed the blur when looking to the right out the windshield. I expressed my concern to the installer but assured me it was like the original, but it is not. I compared it to my neighbors truck and its like night and day. I called to have the shop replace it and they wanted an additional $808.06 to give me a quality glass. They seemed to have no desire to resolve the matter.Bottom line, if you want to keep the wind off of you go with these guys. If you care about your car and want quality glass run for the hills.

He gave me a window between 4 and 6pm, to expect their technician, and to my pleasant surprise, Cirro, from SafeAuto, pulled at exactly 3:55pm, with a smile on his face, and a clipboard under his arm. He was pleasant and efficient, and within 30 minutes, he had my window looking as if it had never been damaged. He did great work, was professional, polite, and he came to MY driveway...not to metion it saved me about 40%, and that was just the next lowest competitor...thanks Cirro!!!
