If anybody need new glass work done on their car this is the place. Professional, nice, and they love God 🙌🏾. I tried Safelite and they wanted 4 times as much as this place was charging. I was blessed to be recommended this place, so now I’m recommending it to everyone else. Everybody in the building was nice and they actually smile, which can be uncommon in some places. Plus it only took like 2-3 hours for all the work to be completed. I’ll post some before and after pictures. Hopefully I won’t need to come back, but if I do, this is the place I’ll be returning to.

This shop was a very pleasant surprise. I needed to replace the windshield on a 2005 Ram 3500 pickup. Safelite quoted me at $459. These guys had me out the door for about $150. They literally saved me $300, and they did it expertly and with a smile. A classy, friendly operation all around. My dog like them as well. :-)

Great customer service. Initially had an incident where my vehicle was slightly damaged. The owner made it right by me. And it comes with warranty on their labor.

I dont typically leave reviews of places, but I was blown away by this location and their team. They happened to have my windshield glass in stock and it only took about an hour to get it taken care of. The man who I spoke with in the office was super friendly, and the prices were hands down the best around. I got a quote from other places for about $500+ and they did mine here for a fraction of this. The work done has a warranty, which in itself is amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing to get glass work done. I would go back again without a doubt.

I needed the windshield on my Altima changed last week, so I called them up and they told me that they have my windshield at the shop and to come right down. The service was quite quick, I was in and out in around 30 mins, their price was a lot better than all the other places I checked and the customer service was great too. I couldn’t recommend this place more, I had a crack on my windshield and wanted it replaced before it got worse. Called around for estimates all over $400, when I called here it was a fraction of the other places costs. Came in and had my windshield ordered within a day and when I came in to get it installed it took less than an hour and came out great! Very simple, very well priced and quick, would recommend!

I think this past winter was so cold that the adhesive that holds the windshield together somehow became unglued. I could hear wind and water would leak when it rained...came here purchased a new windshield and was out the door in less than an hour. I would suggest getting there early because they get busy quickly. Easy, affordable and fast✅

Wow! What an amazing service and find. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. Got there and needed a new windshield for my 2018 Dodge Ram 3500. Thought it was going to cost me much more. New one installed with about 45 minutes labor was only $155. Who does that anymore? Hell a mechanic is going to charge $100 an hour . They removed and reinstalled the mirror and toll tags too. They also guarantee their work. I highly recommend this business.

Update: Walter called and worked through the issues with the windshield part number. He ordered the it and I had it installed. They did a great job with a great price. I am very happy that he reviewed and researched the issue and took care of us.Requested quote on front windshield. Promptly provided the quote. I called the next business day to request the service. They do not make appointments. She ordered the glass replacement and said that it would be in by 1130 that day and would call. No call. My husband asked for me to check the following day. I called. They are unable to get the glass and never provided me this information nor do they know the replenishment timeline of the warehouse. I further asked what do they do in this situation. They said that they could do nothing.

I had a fantastic experience with Jacob’s Low Price Auto Glass. My front windshield had a pretty big crack in it. I called around 12:30 pm and even though they didn’t have my window in stock, they said they would have one in two hours. I pulled up and made myself comfortable in their waiting room. It only took about 30 minutes and I was on my way!The waiting room wasn’t fancy or anything, but the reason why I’m giving 5 stars is that the guys at Jacob’s were fast and friendly and the price was so much better than I thought it would be.

I forgot the guy at the desk name but he is very informative. He answered all of my questions and when he wasnt sure he went to look at my truck then came back with an answer. Ordered my windshield on Christmas eve(Thursday) and informed me it would be in Saturday between 11-11:30am and it was. As soon as I pulled up before I could even get out the truck I was greeted and they were ready for me. Windshield replacement was less than an hour. After installation care was provided to me before they started and after they finished. Also informed me of their warranty. Its been a week since installation and has rained several times. NO leaks have occurred. As far as their name, they did have the lowest price from the 5 or 6 other places I called and/or received an online quote. Thanks guys, great job!

Its okay reasonable glass and finish fast

So I needed a repair ASAP (as we all do🥴) The man that answered the phone was the most pleasant!!! He didn’t have my window but was able to have it by 2:30pm. I called at about 12:30pm. He says it’ll be a 45 min job. So I get there and we get to going. He asks for the keys and he leaves. Moments later he came in and told me that he ordered the wrong window. Let me say that it was my fault because I said driver passenger rear so I threw it all off. So I did get discouraged a little but he says let me see if I can find the right one. He leaves and I’m being patient and stuff ya know. 20 maybe 35 min later he looks up and says I’m sorry they are almost done. I found one. My price even dropped about 30$ because it was a used window!!!!! Honesty out of this world. My 10$ was still on the floor when I came back. Timely. Professional. And it seems like no problems to big. Even if we create the problems ourselves. Thank you so much for your service. Stop looking. You found the place you need to be.

First off, I dont live in Dallas. I am in town about four times a year. I contacted Walter and explained that I would be there on Friday upon opening.When I arrived he said that my windshield was on its way. His men quickly removed the old one and prepped for the new one. When finished prepping the windshield arrived and was installed.I highly recommend them to anyone that needs glass work done or window regulator replaced.

My power window was not going up and down. Found the shop based on reviews. The reviews were right. David was my expert technician, he had the window working in 30 minutes. The price was reasonable also.

I visited this place today on a short notice and was in and out as if I had an appointment scheduled. I received a quote over the phone for a window motor. Once I arrived, the price was still the same, a plus in my book. After my window was inspected, it appeared to be something minor. Jacobs Low Price Auto Glass has won over a new customer for sure! I had a badly cracked windshield on my 2016 Cadillac and called around to the big national chain glass shops. The best price I could find was nearly $600, with the earliest appointment 4 days away. I saw the reviews for Jacobs and gave them a call. The price was 1/3 of the big chain shops and he said he could have the windshield in a couple of hours. 90 minutes later, I received a text that my windshield was in, so I drove out there to get it installed. Make sure you ask what the wait time is before you go in because they do not offer appointments. To me, that is a VERY small inconvenience because their prices are unbeatable and they are genuinely nice people. I had two people ahead of me when I arrived and I was still in and out in about 90 minutes. In the future, I wont even call anywhere else for a glass quote. This is a local business with friendly, hard working people and they care about their customers. Its like the good old days when small community businesses were the norm. A+++++

Went in today at 4:15 pm and was out by 4:25pm. I needed my quarter side window replaced and was very happy with the service and sense of urgency! If you need a window replaced in the Dallas area I recommend bringing your car here. Nice, friendly, and very affordable. Everything seemed to go good good price and then I found out my alarm dont work cuz they just cut the cord and could have unplugged it so now I have to pay for that not very happy

Very nice folks here, great price, great job, quick service. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future & would recommend them to others. My only complaint is that they use a black tape, unlike the blue tape used by most, and it left residue on my black molding around my windshield. I will try to use some Goop Off & see if that works.

I checked several auto glass shops and after calling Jacobs they quoted me the best price by 45 dollars. Not only were they cheaper they said come on in. I was 15 minutes away and was in and out in 20 minutes. There were 3 cars and a semi tractor ahead of me. Fast quality installation. Friendly people. Highly recommend. (By the way, I should have replaced the windshield when I had the chips repaired last year for 60 dollars. Live and learn.)

So after the fast service, I took my moms ford focus to get her front windshield replaced.(out of coincidence someone called for the same window at the same time for the infiniti and even Walter took care of them.) I had such a great experience today that I needed to write a review! I was a first time customer here and needed to replace my windshield. I called 5 places and this was by far the most affordable one. It was out of my way by 35 min but I didnt mind making the trek as they lowered the price for the windshield without me needing to negotiate anything, very nice! Everyone I spoke with was so kind and professional. Other reviews rave about the owner being so awesome but honestly, every person I interacted with couldve been the owner to me as they were all so attentive to the customers well being. When I pulled in, there were so many customers there but no line, no angry faces, just customers that you could tell had been there before as staff acknowledged people by their first names and referenced customers family members. I interacted with Walter and I believe the Owner as well and always had warm, kind and happy conversations. I was in a hurry and even left my credit card there today!! Walter came running out of the building as I got into my car to bring me the card back. I was SO grateful for that and wanted to give him a hug!
