I did not like the lack of communication this facility has. I as a customer should not have to call every business day for updates.  The time it takes to order parts or coordinate with other facilities is unreasonable. After 3 weeks of waiting to get a windshield, I have had enough.  I canceled working with this company and called another.  And within 5 days I was able to get an appointment,  get the installation taken care of and go about my business.  I would advise better customer service and proper communication where you update the customer to avoid reviews like this one.

Great service for many years for both professional and personal service. Car windshields and window and door glass.Special glass projects were handled with great care.

Never got back to me after 3 months and still waiting. Same terrible customer service like Alamo glass.

Horrible customer service and poor follow up. I called to have a window replaced on a property. The lady who answer said that they would be there that day before 4pm. Their estimator didn’t follow instructions, did not call, and the office didn’t do any follow up. I called them 5 days later to them saying they were unable to get to the window. News flash!!!! Follow instructions and go through the alley. Gate is always unlocked. Call any other branch than the Dallas-Harry Hines branch. The RICHARDSON branch is going out tomorrow to do the job.

After my glass top dinning table was smashed during my relocation from Australia to the USA, I contacted these guys for a measure and quote. I had someone out the next day who measured up the table sizes, received a quote the same day (not cheap but reasonable but also included full delivery and taking away of broken glass) and then just took delivery yesterday. Very happy with the end result and a nice team to work with. Definitely recommend them!

Never made an order that was delivered wrong. Always get it when I’m told it was supposed be here. I don’t know if they’re the cheapest but the quality is always worth the dollar spent!

AMAZING customer service. Laura, who answered the phone, was very nice and gave me an exact date and time that my order would be ready. My vehicle was too small to load my order so Johnny made sure I was taken care of and had my order delivered. I could not have asked for a better experience, I will definitely recommend this company, and specifically this location, to anyone that will listen!

I wanted to get a window replaced and brought in the frame and asked what it would cost to replace the glass. They ordered out a glass and then asked if I needed it installed. I believed that meant they come out and put the glass in for another 150$. I passed on that because I could put the window in when I picked it up but they gave me back the broken frame and a new piece of glass. The 150$ of installation was to put the glass back in our broken frame. I myself cant fathom how a glass company who does installations can charge this much for just putting glass in a window. In the end we took the glass and are going to have it installed in the window elsewhere. I just wish in the future theyd be more transparent with what installation is. Ill be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Be careful not to pay before they render service. They replaced a glass door for my business. Took them more than 2 weeks. The order was botched up and no apolog was offered. The door is missing a couple of chrome plates and they will not return my call.

I’m an interior designer and I find Binswanger glass to be over priced, especially they do not offer a decent discount to trade. Also the service was appalling, I dealt with Riley, she is very unprofessional and unpleasant individual.

If I could put negative 5 stars for them I would. Awful experience at this location. We didnt even get to the point of ordering windows, I was only trying to get a quote for the windows, sales man Cliff Peckler was very hard to deal with, no call backs, only one response on email. Every time I talked to him, it seemed like he was in rush to do something else, and was never interested in my project, which was more than $10,000, the price he wrote for me on his business card??!!!. After I asked him for more details, extra features like double pane, and grid for the windows, to price that out for me, he told me hell have it ready Tuesday afternoon, I came back Tue still dont have it, because hes tight up to a bigger project, no emails, no phone calls again. I came back again Friday, without even apologizing, or anything in that nature, tells me again in the rush tone that he doesnt have it ready, and tells me come back next Tuesday???!!!! And Im talking about just getting a simple quote. I wasted so many days on this company, just trying to get an informative quote, and was very interested in getting the windows from them, but apparently they only care for the customers with projects on much bigger scale.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service!! Dont expect a phone call when they dont show up as scheduled. You have to call them. Then all you get are excuses and failed promises to call you back. Dont waste your time with this company!! They are lazy and unorganized.

Ask for a FULL ESTIMATE or theyll only give you the price of the glass.
