I visited this place with a friend of mine to help her get a driver side front door for 300 Chrysler. I told the guy what your model that she had and what we needed. The guy told me that the model they had on the yard would fit the model she needed. But it was two wires short. It did not accommodate her mirrors. Unfortunately, you cannot get a refund only a swap. And again unfortunately, they dont have any more Cream 300 Chryslers on the yard.

Great prices!!!! Cant check availability of parts, or even of the donor car over the phone though. I sure wish they kept their internet inventory up to date.

Amazing to get this kind of service from a salvage yard. Never have I been to a salvage yard where the reps arent arrogant and/or rude. Very nice girl in the front. Greets you and bids farewell on exit. Very clean facility. They seem to specialize in old luxury cars. They were the ONLY yard with the part I needed. Worth the trip.

Great place! Had hard to find cars I have been looking for. Went and pulled my parts, left one by accident. Went back the next day and was not only remembered but they honored those parts from the prior days purchase. Great personalities, great people and a pleasure to work with! Came from Houston to this yard and it was worth the trip. You’d do well doing business here!! Highly recommend!!!

They did not have the car that was advertised on car-parts.com. Their website is permanently down for maintenance. They charge a $2 admittance fee. I was not made aware of the Credit Card handling fee (%3.98) when I paid. On the plus side, the bathroom was clean and the waiting and lobby areas were nicely air conditioned. The yard itself is a bit on the small side.

First time going. Drove from Fort Worth. Very tidy and organized, the staff was really badass, place is great. Probably my favorite pick-n-pull experience to date. Tons of inventory.

They are very professional and if they dont have it they will let you know if they can get it. Also thet lady at the front is soooooo beautiful.... That smile could sell snow to a snowman...Lucky she aint in my area

Shady, very shady. I do not recommend this business. I was there last weekend, purchased some parts, and used my debit card to pay. The lady ran my card without telling me about a card service fee. I then asked her to refund the charge as I had brought cash anyways. She refunded my card, BUT THEY KEPT THE FEE!!!! Very shady, it wasnt a lot of money but very, very shady, not only did she not tell me about the fee to start with, but she also didnt say it wasnt refundable. There were some other parts there I wanted to buy but I will be looking for them elsewhere. I work in an industry where I am required by law to disclose fees with a customer before I do anything, whether the customer asks or not. Saying we have a sign is an excuse for poor service, not a reason why its okay that the lady there that day didnt say anything. Im not coming back, and Istill dont recommend your business.

Went to find a seat for my Acura. Car-part.com showed 1 in stock. Car was not in stock anymore. Row 52 also showed it in stock. These sites need to remove what is bot in stock anymore. People that work there were great. Wished i didnt drive 75 miles for a car that didnt exsist.

This place was awesome! Very organized and everyone is very very friendly! Plenty of cars and all in fairly good shape for parts.

The yard was cleaned/ organized and the staff was friendly and helpful.

So I came here looking for a specific part for my car, and unfortunately they didnt have it. The staff was fantastic, they helped me in ways i didnt expect. To the management... The ladies that work upfront for you deserve a considerable raise, they really treat your customers like friends and family! Will definitely be back.

I had passed by the place at least a thousand times. Then my baby needed a Lexus battery. Guy said Google directions. Did so. This is now my spot.They hooked me up,while beating everyone else price and really decent service. You need to go. Theyre good and ladies get in free. Miss Lisa and George are wonderful.

Worst yard Ive been to. Was discriminated against because I was NOT black. I saw some black people walk in without a mask, so I thought I could to. When I did, the black Woman at the counter let the people infront of me go through without any type of facial covering. When I was up next, she freaked out on me without letting me even speak. DO NOT COME HERE

Sorry I do not share the 5 star comments. I called ahead of time to verify they had the part I was looking for, He told me they had two, one is OK and the other $25 more in good shape. I drove 43 miles - paid my $2 to get in - introduced myself - that I had called, and was told It in section 5. I thought ok where the hell is section 5?. I stood there, and she said - pointing behind her - Section 5 is over there. The guy at the door pointed and told me Make a right at the opening. I searched in the rain all over, and nothing. I went back in and explain that to one there was in bad shape and was looking for the Black or Brown one that the guy told me was there. She said Look in section 3. I left.

I looked up the vehicle inventory on their website because they will not check “parts inventory” over the phone. It said they had 2 cars same as mine. I drove from far away and paid to go inside to find out that both of those cars were “crushed recently.”Crooks

What a joke..called yesterday in the morning to check on a transmission on their web site, Keonoshow says she will call back. No phone call, called again this morning, says they will call right back, no call, call them back 3hrs later and then they say they dont have either transmission they posted...wth lost what could of been really good customers...

This was my 1st time dealing with this junk yard and it will definitely be the last...I appeared off a CL add on one of their vehicles in attempt to purchase parts off a junker.For times sake, I paid extra to have one of their parts pullers to cut a quarter panel off a vehicle, as I always do with other junk yards I have dealt with for years..I paid in advance that same day only to be told that their parts puller had left for the day and wouldnt be back till Monday. (This all took place on a Saturday afternoon)Ok, I show back up 1st thing Monday morning to be told that the same parts puller had a doctors appointment and they were not sure if he was going to be in at all that day.Me: Do you have another parts puller?GAR: No, hes the only one we have and we are not sure when he will be back... You never know when workers will show up or not..Me: Ok, that being said, will my quarter panel be cut tomorrow??GAR: We couldnt tell you... Sometimes ppl want to come to work and sometimes they dont...Ok, I come back the next day only to be told that my quarter panel had not been cut due to PayPal holding funds which would be available to them in a few days.They have no liability towards the ppl that work for them and that should not be the potential customers burden to bear.I have a small business of my own and NEVER have I put that weight on my customers shoulders!!Needless to say, I lost a customer over this issue.Not cool, Garland Auto Recyclers.

Kiesha is the best thing that happen to me, quick service, great attitude, and geniwin. They didnt have the part I needed, but that ok because Kiesha went above and beyond to retrieve the part I needed (she researched online and directed me to the part I neeed @ a competitive price).
