Smart start does not want to send me copy of order showing the ending date for me to get my drivers license. The Admin department refuses to answer my phone calls. SHAME!!!

RUE, Was patient, professional and kind! He took the time to make sure I understood all the steps to use the equipment! He was extremely knowledgeable in the service and equipment! RUE is truly an asset to Smart Start!

They aren’t even there half the time. I have an appointment and the building is closed. What am I supposed to do ?

Local smart start techsok but dealing with company on charging issues another matter. Dont know if all the interlock companies are difficult to reach or deal with but this one is for sure. Nothing but 7 months of problems and headaches. Check around before dealing with smart start. Not happy with them.

The Dallas location has been great, Rau is a great service technician! He know the ins and outs of in the interlock and always is very helpful.

The service was truly above & beyond. In a bad situation, this is the kind of service that you need in your life.

Nice a d helpful. Smart start is much cheaper than soberlink. Smart is $129 a month with a min 3 test a day, vs soberlink is $190.00 a month with a min of 4 tests a day.
