Alan the absolute worst sells rep ever super aggressive wanted to slap him upside the head, he was aggressive. Also I think they might get upset for not letting them robe you with those horrible deals I dont recommend it the good reviews are fake
This is Toyota, very famous globally for their after sales service. I am happy being with Toyota and their team. Had a great experience always. The sales team is very strong and professional, the service team is awesome as well. Very professional, very accurate, very informative, patient. Thanks Toyota for everything. I do not know about other show rooms but this one in Dallas is sooooooo awesome. Ms. Shontell is an awesome sales person here and she remembered me even after several months. Good training, good work ethical skills. I do not mind driving so many miles and coming here again and again.
Great dealership and service dept is excellent
The guy behind the register at the part department was rude and looked like he didnt want to be at work that day. He seemed grumpy whole trying to process a return for me. Was very vague when I explained no longer had the same bank account that I used to process order so I needed to find another way to get the refund. He just said go message them online without specifying who to message or what website. This experience makes me want to order online from Camelback Toyota since their customer service is on point and Timmy the Toolman always recommends Camelback.
Shady stuff going on this dealer. Called to get availability on part and price. First salesman Lane said it was in stock but for twice the amount listed on their own parts website. Asked to be transferred to a parts manager and got sent back to receptionist several times. Finally got tired of being transferred I asked another parts rep John who then verified the correct price and then said it wasnt in stock. Asked why lane said it was and etc. He then said there is no lane that works there. Sounds like total bs to me and Id be cautious abot dealing wuth then. This was my first time calling them for a part.
Never a dull moment here. I enjoy the service they provide. Always keep me informed and never waiting. Straight to the point and the wait for me has never been exaggerated. There service was good, I like this place because is huge but far from where I live. I can walk around and check their cars and can get in the car if you want to check inside. Hospitality and welcome you when you go their thats is important for me.

I wasnt buying parts. I was trying to purchase a new vehicle. They play games on pricing and rely on old school tactics to make maximum profit. There are better dealerships to do business with.
Usually do my Camrys oil services here and service is good and professional. My only issue is that it takes almost 3 hours to do an oil change and wash the car. Everywhere else it takes 30 mins at max to do an oil change. What do they do in the garage is beyond me that takes this long. Check out this place is you have a coupon and plenty of time!
Extremely rude sales rep. Forgot his name white cocky guy we did buy a Toyota from him but we drove 45mins to Atkinson Toyota and bought the car from there, they were very nice and welcoming. Not rude like Toyota of Dallas

Toyota of Dallas has a very good selection of auto accessories for all types of Toyotas little too far for me to go up there one here at Sport City Toyota dont have anything so if youre in for a drive down 635 go there all except their accessory department is excellent

Very nice and clean. The service department is great. I did not like the finance department. Unprofessional in handling paperwork and hard to get finance problem resolved. Dont sign any paperwork until you read all of it.

Excellent customer service wasseem over and used cars is the best used car salesman there is he will get you the car that you want that fits you best angles fight for the best price I always recommend gap insurance on a used car and at least the minimum extended warranty you can get they can roll that into your price unless you can pay cash for it other than that this is a five star dealership. Dont do business here unless you are fond of getting ripped off. After getting inet price from them they tried to not honor. Then shady financing. Told us approved with Toyota. Then a week later called & said financed with another company at higher interest rate. I went to credit union & got 2% finance at that point. But credit union needed plates issued on vehicle. Now this dealership is holding my tags hostage & forcing me to make payments 3x what would be at credit union. Dont make my mistake STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!

I would give it a 5 star but I got a letter in the mail saying I need to bring my car in for a state inspection when I was told that it was done already but it wasnt thats why I cant get my plates and registration on time and I told them my tires was not right and I was told we are not paying for that and I was past my oil change service but they did that but they didnt want to do it put I was not going for a no and all the bs dont get me wrong they helped me in a real time of need and Im very grateful for toyota of dallas every one was very great at their job so these are my reasons for not giving a 5 star

Horrible Customer Service & Very Dishonest. They lost my business because they refuse to replace a tire & provide me with a 2nd key. After asking to provide ONLY the key & I will take care of the tire, The Used Car MANAGER walk up to me and said NO. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Follow up visits have not been as good.Bought a used Mercedes from them at the end of August. Was very displeased when the car broke down and was undriveable three days later. I spoke with Favian, one of the used car sales managers. He immediately made arrangements to have the car towed from its location and serviced. It was ready the next day. He salvaged what I thought was going to turn into a debacle of monstrous proportions. I also wanted them to replace a body part that was damaged prior to my ownership. They did this free of charge with no hassle.

Bought extended service plan and was misinformed. They dont call once you pass certain milage and I ended up going to another tire place that debunked what I was told by them.
Their guest WiFi blocks Netflix if you’re on a laptop. Not sure about mobile. Other than that pretty chill.
Im frankly horrified at Toyota of Dallas apparent lack of ethics and professionalism. Without sharing the details of our recent service experience which may ultimately result in legal action, I would certainly urge caution when dealing with these bunch of incompetent crooks.
