AAA is the worst company for home insurance! I would give them zero stars. Tornado hit my house and their adjuster didnt want to pay anything! I had to hire my own adjuster and they still didnt want to pay. Do not waste your time with this company. You will have to pay out of pocket for repairs if a disaster occurs

I think AAA Texas should consider including in their member services, drivers license assistance for members to avoid long lines at DMV/RMV’s. AAA Northeast offers this service for members and it is very much appreciated!

The insurance rates were cheap until I accidentally backed into somebodys car and now my yearly bill is 400 dollars more for small damage to the bumper...I dont like this location or triple A insurance company as a whole. They got some of my contact information wrong and I had to double check with them again to be sure they got it correct..They send me tons of junk mail for life insurance and try to get me to add another person to my policy.....Think about the trees being wasted to print out this junk mail!Then Im forced to get the triple A membership or my insurance policy (that I already purchased for the year and thought my payment covered the membership as well but it doesnt and they wont honor my car insurance policy without the membership payment and no refund for the 1700 dollars that I already paid. ). What a dirty trick along with the rate hike!I can get a printed receipt for my policy but they cant print up proof of insurance for both of my vehicles?! I was told to come back tomorrow. Yeah sure, I live about a 60 mile round trip away! I asked for proof of insurance cards to be mailed to me and they never did. Called customer service and it took nearly two weeks to receive..

Was looking for InsuranceDepot in the Dallas area to get car insurance. One weekmy phone gave me the the information. The next week it would not. I wanted to useInsurance Depot because that was the last insurance company that I used from1996-2000. Because of myAge and my past driving history, Insurance Depot gave me a Discount on my full coverage insurance.

I needed a tow and was able to get a membership and tow on the same day. Ive been a member for years. Fell down on finances and passed up their many offers for renewal. Really needed a reliable trustworthy tow. They had great options when I really really needed them.

Very helpful stuff and gave me things I need to pick so I was in and out .They offer great service for your membership and has good value to get you back in the road when your car suddenly dies and guys was helpful to tow my car to the shop and made me feel better and put things at ease !

Worst experience in a AAA office in my life. Called several times to talk to someone before going to office. Nobody would answer the phone. I ended up paying almost 2x the price for an international drivers license because they needed passport photos . I could have brought the photos if someone would have answered the phone and told me what I needed before I left the house. Person behind the counter had a I could care less attitude. AAA use to be a professional business. Not anymore. ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

This place was very helpful. Sometimes team is a little slow to start but they could see I was struggling with my two toddlers and they really problem solved what we needed and got us finished in a reasonable time frame. They have most things you will need from an AAA. Conveniently located.

These folks have continued their exemplary service for many years. Whether Ive locked my keys in the trunk in the rain, needed a jump start or run out of gas on the top of an airport parking garage or in its bowels downtown.Timely dependable service like no other.I will never be without a membership!

I had to process a refund and so I called the policy/insurance extension from the general AAA customer service number which led me to this branch. One of the employees named Tiffannee Lloyd seemed promising at first. Once we communicated the information needed to process the refund, she stated that everything should be okay. Well a week later I heard nothing so I reached out to her email only to find out that my documents never went through...proper communication could and should have clarified this from the beginning? So I contacted her supervisor Juan Ramos who happened to be out of the office and left me with his “backup” supervisor Jazmin Purdee who never responded to my call or voicemail. I was fed up with everyone’s incompetence and lack of communication so I called the customer service number again which led me to another branch that actually did their job by communicating clearly and being responsive. I rarely take the time to negatively review a business but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, especially considering that I have had nothing but positive triple AAA experiences in the past.

The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of one person who went out of his way to help me make sure my homeowners policy was accepted. This is Grayson, who was so personable and helpful; without him, after the nasty letter I received from AAA telling me my policy would be cancelled in a months time, I would have found another provider. This is coming from a AAA member for nearly thirty years.

If I could rate a zero I would. I called for a tow they sent me a guy to jump off my car that was not the problem so had to call back for a tow again waited a total of five hours. i get a letter saying I used up my tows for the year the one day counting for two. I can not get a person to respond to my letters. Horrible service but they sent me a renewal notice ha! AS IF!

People in Texas may not be too familiar with them, but I believe its better than other insurance companies, especially, in Dallas.Before you become a member and receive quotes, they treat you well. HOWEVER, once you pay and they receive your money (for COMMISSION), they totally ignore you AND dont follow up, either.Im speaking from personal experience and this has happened on more than one occasion. If you ever try to get a hold of them OR their supervisor, they NEVER ANSWER OR RETURN A PHONE CALL.ANOTHER THING, my home address on file is incorrect and the least they could do was clarify, to ensure that Id receive it in an orderly as well as timely manner. HOWEVER, I was just informed by the 1-800 number today and I shouldnt have to go through all of this trouble myself.This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND INTOLERABLE. If you do decide to use AAA, then look elsewhere to ANOTHER AGENT AND MANAGER.

I switched to AAA Texas because I saw they were rated high in some polls and my boss recommended them as well. My agent is very helpful and he hooked it up with some discounts that saved me some money.With that being said, I filed a claim with them last month because someone hit my car who happened to also be a AAA Texas insurance holder. While I was with Geico, all i had to do was go to a repair shop drop my car off, pick up a rental, and everything was paid for and hassle free. Not the case with AAA Texas. Long story short, I paid out of pocket and theyre dragging their feet to pay me back. The claims adjustor (Kayla Rushing) out of the DFW area has been little to no help. She wont return phone calls or emails. It wasnt until I called her manager that I got an email response.Save yourself the trouble. Go with another insurance provider. Im switching back to Geico first chance I get.
