My experience here has been the best experience that I’ve had at an auto repair shop, and I will definitely be returning in the future for all of my VW needs. Got my serpentine belt and 3 idler pulleys replaced in my W211 E63 for around $150, so pretty good value. They allowed me to bring my own parts which is great. Overall really professional. Would recommend!

Yes I take my 328i BMW, and My Mercedes C300 here to European Service Center. I started taking my cars here because of Dave and the great service and honesty I got from him. Then he moved to another location and Dewey kept that same professionalism and great service I received from Dave. I use to live close to the location, but since moved on the edge of Fort Worth and Crowley and I drive well over an hour to get my vehicles serviced by these guys, and will not take my cars any where else to get serviced unless they were just to break down and I couldnt get there. I cant speak for everyone, but my experience with European Service Center on Preston has been great!! Thanks Dave, and Dewey appreciate the good quality service I receive. Great experience at ESC with Richard and Marco taking care of my 2012 VW Golf oil change. They got me in and out promptly without any issue or upselling. Will definitely be using these guys again!

Nice people and very professional. I brought in my Audi A4 that had a fuel smell and some dash lights warnings. They looked over my car fixed the evap value and gave the car a quick wash too. In addition they made mention of a few things to keep in mind to ensure the upkeep and longevity of my car. I was always impressed with the previous owners, but the new ownership took it to a new level and they truly care about their customers and doing the right thing. I recommend taking your European car there for great service without the dealer repair prices.

Took my Bmw in to get the HEADLIGHTS replaced because one blew out. This guy told me it would be $1400!!! because they would have to rewire the whole light system or something crazy like that. To make this as short as possible, I went online and bought the small wire piece that needed to be replaced for $30 and took it to a different mechanic down the street, they did it for $60!!! So I ended up paying $90 for what he was gonna charge $1400 for and made it seem like my car was gonna catch on fire or something.

Hard no for me. Talk about charging the maximum cost. I got a quote from the for an oil change, rear breaks (everything) air filters, and spark plugs. Total bill was gonna be about 1500$ before taxes.I had them just do the oil for now. Total bill came to about 150$. The bill was $69 for synthetic oil and the labor came out to charge$72. On an oil change. I drive a Mercedes Benz.I then took the information they have me and went somewhere else and immediately got quoted 500$ cheaper. They then went on to inform me some of the suggestions to replace parts on the vehicle were not necessary. I then asked them how much it would have cost me for an oil charge on my type of car and oil? 90$ after taxes. The difference? Cost of labor.

This is my second time coming to this facility for repairs and experience has been consistently exceptional. It is far from where I live but I still plan to continue using this place for future repairs because of the level of trust I have that my car will be in safe hands and everything will be explained properly and always taken care of to my satisfaction.

They absolutely exceeded my expectations with every aspect of their work, professionalism and taking care of the customer. They went the extra mile to take care of me when they didnt have to.This is officially my new shop for any European car which I own or will own in the future. Truly the best in the business and very reasonable.

Great services and very friendly staffs.They fixed a couple of issues for our BMW and priced very fairly. Our 20yr-old VW golf has a battery power-loosing issue, which they did not managed to figure out the cause(they spent a full week to investigate it). But they were totally honest with us and did not charge us anything for the time they spent. We had sent our golf for this battery issue to two other garages. Both asked us to buy a new battery and charged us $500+ but the issue remains (battery died out a few months later) So we definitely appreciated their honesty. Highly Recommend!!

Very honest and knowledgeable guys. I went to European Service Center to get a second opinion because the first repair shop told me that I needed a new motor for my Jaguar XJ. They also tried to charge me $13k for the motor and labor to be done on the vehicle. After one of the tech at European Service Center took a closer look at the car, he suggested that I change out the fuel injectors, change the spark plugs and motor oil. Told cost was around $2500 and the vehicle is driving as good as new. I would like to thank the guys there once again.

A big thanks to Dave, the Manager. My wifes Jaguar had a Check Engine light on. He said he checked the codes and drove the car twice and couldnt find a problem. Since he didnt find anything, there was no charge, even for his time. You wont find auto repair shops like this one. Thanks again to Dave.

David and the crew at European Auto are top notch! Their professionalism and attention to detail is the best in the business! We purchased a car from a local dealer and brought to David for a full inspection. David and his team were able to find things that were impossible to see with the naked eye and saved our family thousand of dollars in necessary future repairs. In all my years in owning a vehicle, We have never had a mechanic that took care of us as if we were family. We have found found our mechanic for life.

Totally transparent. Took my Jaguar XF in to have AC diagnosed. I have significant Auto repair experience but unable to perform repairs due to my age. I had a good idea what was wrong but did not say anything. Dave did a thorough diagnosis and then showed me exactly what was wrong. He did add anything extra, didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He was totally professional and transparent. I was impressed by his knowledge but most of all his demeanor. I also must mention that his boss was equally as impressive. This is a A-1 shop with honest folks. Did I also mention that there service cost are also extremely fair. They have EARNED my business for life!

I have a 2012 Mercedes Sprinter. Had to have the glow plugs replaced. The shop the originally worked on my car kept baiting me with one cost and then charging me far more and never really fixing the car. They actually messed up the glow plug unit. I spoke to Dave at European Car Service and he gave me a worst case scenario price which I really appreciated. Then he worked at getting out a stuck glow plug and had to replace the wire on top and get another glow plug to fit from the damage the other shop had done. All of this and not charging me more than replacing the glow plugs and the wires. It was actually hundreds of dollars less than the other shop with better work. They are professional and strive on giving you the best service. I can not express how much I appreciate this shop.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The service takes a little longer than rapid oil change facilities, but I appreciate the fact that they check your vehicle thoroughly and explain in detail other issues you may have before leaving.

Had a breakdown on DNT and took my BMW in. Diagnosed the problem at no cost and was very gracious in letting me keep my car there for a few days while I made arrangements. Unfortunately, my car was not salvageable without replacing the engine but I will be taking my new BMW in every time I need service. Such a great experience and trustworthy advice. Happy to drive from downtown just give this shop my business moving forward. Dave and the guys will take care of you!

I took two cars to their shop, none of them repaired and serviced properly. David, the service advisor is a nice person, but the other service writer is kinda rude . Also I have a big doubt about their expertise .I don’t know how they got 105, 5 stars reviews in a shot time!!I don’t recommend them to anyone.

Had a battery replaced on my Panamera. They upgraded the battery at no additional cost. They were courteous, punctual, professional and reasonable. Even washed my car and put armorall on the tires. I recommend them and look forward to doing business with them again.

Wish I had used ESC before this time. I have a 2012 Jaguar XF which is starting to get into the repair zone. Excellent service, fair pricing, courteous, and professional. A pleasure to deal with the staff and convenient to our home. It’s obvious they have the skills and knowledge to more efficient with the repairs than the other services in the area.

Car was misdiagnosed at the dealership but Euro Service center got it figured out quickly. With the added delay of needing to order another part they gave me a loaner car free of charge. Even had my car detailed before they gave it back to me.

I’m giving 5 stars because of the customer service I received from the staff. Everyone was very helpful, respectful and honest. From the manager to the tech. Now my car runs like it’s brand new thanks to the hard work you did. Thanks for everything!

Called yesterday after being frustrated by MB dealers locally not responding to my service question. European Service Center said to bring my car in at my earliest convenience. Upon arrival they assessed my problem and said they would fix it while I wait. 20 minutes later, they fixed my problem and didnt charge me since it was minor and my first visit. Couldnt recommend them more!!

Dave and the team run a superior shop at European Service Center. Ive taken a few of my cars to their shop and only 1 of them has been a European make. They are honest, truthful about the work they will do, diagnose things THE RIGHT WAY, and arent afraid to show you whats wrong and how exactly theyll fix it. Theyll get you done in a timely fashion. The team is also not afraid to give you suggestions on simple things you as an owner can do (hint: Simple Air Filters) that will help save you time and money. They also wont overcharge you unlike the stealerships. Just recently took my Honda in for routine maint. and it was a quick service for them. Showed Dave my last maint. report from a local dealership with Maint items that were in question and he confirmed none of them were valid and the car was in fantastic shape. These guys do business the right way and truly run it like a family business. If you ever need a solid, friendly and trustworthy shop, take your vehicles to Dave and the European Service Center.
