I called the day before to see if my tire was under warranty. The service guy verified it was & scheduled me for a 730a appointment. I asked for an early appointment due to I would be coming straight from an overnight shift 30 minutes away. When I arrived Teresa said it wasnt covered which I replied I called the day before or I would of fixed it in my area. She had to call the warranty then get approval. I asked for a car wash afterwards which was pointless because my vehicle still looked dirty especially on the tailgate. I STILL had to take my truck to get washed. Long story short, what was the point of my appointment if it took 2 1/2 hours to change out 1 tire especially with an early time?

I purchased a vehicle today with the help of sales consultant Charles Shipp, he was great! He was very attentive and answered all of my questions. Charles has been with Friendly Chevrolet for over 15 years & to say he knows his stuff is an understatement!!!

A simple oil change and visual inspection became a headache. As I was leaving I noticed my trucks tire pressure monitoring system needed to be serviced. I brought the truck without any issues and they corrected the issue, but when I went about my day, the light came on again. Now I’m stuck with an issue they created until I can go tomorrow and lose another day of work.

I bought my 2020 vehicle in December of 2019, the salesman fed me lies, did not hold up to his promise. I went to the sales manager he did nothing. Later I start have mechanical issues out of my 2020. About a month ago the weather stripping blew off my vehicle riding down the interstate. I called made an appointment, drove all the way from Garland to find out all the parts were not in. This was poor customer service. all the bad experiences Ive had with this company all I get is Im sorry. I have not heard from anyone in about 2 weeks regarding my part they need to fix my vehicle. Its horrible I would NOT recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I understand things happened, but this ridiculous. Not happy at all!! My back left door window never got fixed riding down interstate you can the sound of wind the stripping are not installed correctly. 😕

Bad experience went there to replace a bulb on my driver side wanted to charge me over $600 for one light and he never even looked at the car he never asked for my insurance to him showing I asked for a rental car they have no rental cars but theyre advertising for a rental car I like Chevrolet friendly Chevrolet but Im disappointed I drove up there the man wouldnt even get out the car and talk to me I think I should have had someone else take the car yet maybe the guy would have serviced him better

This was the worst service experience of my entire life! They are incompetent, expensive and impossible to reach on the phone. They have had my car for over 3 weeks and it is still not ready! I called today to speak with the service manager and they said they dont have one! Called three times to speak to someone in charge and they are always too busy to speak to me. Have had to take the bus, Uber and get rides from friends for the past three weeks. While on hold for 11 minutes this morning, they have ads for their concierge service.....what a joke! How they have been in business this long is a complete mystery.

I had worst service experience with Friendly Chevrolet Service center. I had mentioned few issues in the car and nothing is fixed. Even they have not done car wash to the vehicle, but in the receipt they have mentioned as performed car wash and vacuum. Service Advisor are not ready to listen what we say, very unprofessional. I doubt whether really they inspected the vehicle or just parked the car in garage for two days and said me as car is ready and no issues found.I purchased car with Friendly Chevrolet only because the sale guys who was very friendly with me and thought service will be great. I think have made mistake by buying with these guys though I had same offer with other dealers.

If I had the option to choose less than a star I would. Had vehicle in shop overnight and our stash of quarters for the parking meter were gone when we picked our vehicle back up! I tried calling, left multiple messages and never received a call back! Later I called for a part and the parts man was rude and short with me. Asked where something was on the car so I could tell him more of what I was looking for and he just said on the car. If you have another option for service definitely go with that!!

Service air bag light was on when I picked up my car for a different repair issue. It was not on when I dropped it off. The drivers seat bracket on my 2012 Chevrolet Malibu broke. Never had this happen with any other car Ive owned. Friendly Chevrolet said the cost to repair would be $1150. I checked the internet and found complaints from many, many other Malibu owners whove experienced the same issue. I wrote to GM corporate and they opened a case and contacted Friendly Chevrolet to work out a discounted rate. When the service adviser John Ballard called to make the appointment it was clear in his voice that they were annoyed I went to GM corporate. I took the car in this week to have it repaired. I picked it up this morning and now the Service Air Bag warning light is on. I told the service adviser about it and he said that the light was on when I brought the car in. IT WAS NOT. The service adviser told the manager, Louis LaBarbera and he immediately told me that the light was on when I brought the car in for repair. I tried to explain to him that it was not on but instead of listening he called me a liar and began to raise his voice in a very aggressive manner. Just as I was leaving I told him that I would contact GM corporate again and he said you do that...have a good day, bye! His behavior made me very uncomfortable so got in my car to leave the dealership. Just was I was leaving the service bay another customer approached me and said that she witnessed the exchange between the service manager and me. She offered her contact information in the event that I needed a witness. My receipt indicates that I requested a multi point check to be completed on my car, which I did not. There is nothing noted on the checklist about my air bag service light being on. I find that interesting since the service manger, Louis and the service adviser, John insisted the light was on when I brought the car in for repair but NOBODY made note of it or advised me that it was on. It seems obvious to me that something happened to my car while it was there that caused the service air bag light to come on and they want me to pay to repair it. This is deceptive at best and an attempt at theft.
