Do not shop here. I have seen bugs in their braiding hair. The pack wasn’t even open and it looked like bed bugs or something in the hair. DO NOT SHOP HERE because the owner saw the hair with the bugs and laughed and refused to issue a refund.

If you are black/brown they will follow you the only reason i go is because they are in a very convenient place in the neighborhood but outside of that I wouldn’t go

Worst customer experience ever. They advertise closing at 8pm. I arrived at 745 and the young guy states to me that I had until 755 to before he locks up. I understood but I also let him know that they advertise 8p plus I was almost finished. He then says “you don’t have to be so passive aggressive” first of all...I’m a paying customer and I’m stating facts. I was not rude. Just stating the obvious. He then goes back and forth with me and I told him that will not argue with him while trying to look for my things. He then goes to the older lady and loudly states “well she started it”. Young man...grow up and learn proper customer service skills. I obviously left bc I will not be treating like that in any establishment where my people are making you rich! I’ll never go back. It’s too bad too.

Yeah I know about this beauty shop that my mom love going to that day I had took my moms to get some things for herself at this Beauty Supply what I know about this Beauty Supply the service is very excellent there and very friendly to their customers so whatever makes my mother happy makes me happy because shes doing to me. Since shes an older lady now I drive for her time to time she need to go out and do whats necessary for her she will return at this Beauty Supply shop :-)

Ehhh kinda iffy. I wouldnt recommend getting wigs or hair here. Only little things like stuff for kids hair, something quick, lashes, perms or body fragrances. Its boring

These folks are extremely rude on any given day. Every single associate there. Zero stars if I could. Last time shopping there. Good riddance.

The young man that works there is veary rude. The other people that work there are super nice but because of this young man i will not be going back . save your self the money and shop at a different beauty store. Hes beyond rude and just racist, i dont support this.

This store never fails me. I needed a particular brand of hair and went to the large Hair store off Frankford and Josey and was disappointed. The folks here are so friendly and the music is good too! Their section cannot be beat!

I just called this place for kanekalon twist hair and the lady on the phone politely educated me on the different types of hair without being rude. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism!

Got great oils here and a few hair jewels. Not much Shea butter though.

The attendant did follow me around the store. It was a little uncomfortable. I do think it’s a little pricey.
