I will like to say that I have tried several locations and while they all provide great service, coming here for my Brazilian is worth the drive! I highly recommend Jenny. She is fast, it DOES NOT hurt with her technique and I never have to worry about discovering hidden missed spots when I go home. I will always come here no matter where I live in the Dallas location. I absolutely love coming to this location. I’ve been to many European Wax Centers and the customer service, and cleanliness here takes the cake! I love the bubbly and positive attitudes that the front desk ladies have. It makes me feel so welcomed. My waxer Jenny is amazing! She’s always sweet and nice, She’s very thorough and fast, out of all my waxers, she’s the best one! She gets every Hair! I leave feeling confident and as if I just hung out with friends! I highly recommend coming to this location if you enjoy feeling like more than just a dollar sign.

I usually never do reviews but I had to for this place! I found this center and stepped in for my very first Brazilian EVER! I had Cindy as my wax specialist, she was amazing! Very gentle and super informative! I have been coming here for years and I have always received excellent customer service even when they didn’t have a manager. This location has a new manger and she is very rude and dismissive. I was in the middle of inquiring about a service and she politely disregarded my question and move on to the next client. Because Jenny is excellent I will continue to come here because otherwise I would take my business somewhere else.

Today was my first time ever getting a wax and I must say...it was a fun experience. The receptionist were polite and welcoming. I was given the best wax specialist there is Valerie R. She was super cool and talked me through the whole process. I will definitely be coming back😎🙂🙃

I went for the first time ever. And also for the 1st time got a brazillian wax. I expected it to be painful, but it wasnt at the time. When I got home i noticed i was in a lot of pain. I have large areas of missing skin. And just 1 day later it is becoming infected because it it right on the panty line. These are pictures of my inner thighs. I dont recommend anyone to come here. I know with waxing the 1st layer of skin can sometimes be removed. But this seems like too much, and its very painful.

Been going to EWC for a few years now. My mother and I used to go to the old town location but there were always complications when booking. My reservations would just disappear in their system, it never stopped them from trying to push their packages and get their commission. I was going to stop coming all together, then a friend’s recommended Elizabeth so i decided to try a new location. Elizabeth did a great job shaping my brows the way I wanted and she takes her time getting the small hairs that wax doesn’t fully pick up. After a few visits without any complaints, I decided to start getting a Brazilian again! Elizabeth makes the process fast and as comfortable as possible. The prices have gone up every year with very minimal changes to products and services. I’m sure the owner is just lining their pockets. Overall good experience!!

Super friendly front desk staff! & of course My now waxer Cindy does an amazing job!! Brazilian waxes can be very awkward if your waxer doesn’t make you feel comfortable I know that by past experiences with other waxers, but she always eases my anxiety! She chats with me while she does my wax so it goes by super fast and painlessly. She is very thorough and consistent. Thank you Cindy! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering getting waxed at this location.

I got a Brazilian wax with Elizabeth because I saw all of the good reviews... I made a terrible mistake doing that. She was very rough and nonchalant. I’ve had a wax before and I’ve never been in so much pain. I tried this place because it was closer to me, but I will never come here again. I’d rather drive 40 minutes to my regular wax place. This was horrible.

I went to get a chin wax and Elizabeth was the person who did it. She was very kind and professional. Im going back in 2 weeks and would definitely recommend this place.

I was a little skeptical due to the reviews however I made a good choice in this location. The front desk ladies were nice enough not overly ( which I prefer) Alex my technician was nice personable and she did a good job (especially good job trying to fix someone else’s blunder but we won’t talk abut that) The added spice was the sanitation of the front area while no one else was aroundThey did good today

Highly disappointed at my experience. Receptionist was great and it was easy to book however I received my first Brazilian wax ever and had Alex. She was not very friendly, and overall did not make it a comfortable experience for it being my first wax. I was not given any explanation of what the process was going to be or a talk through, aftercare instructions, or even a mirror to see the final result. It just felt like she was trying to do her job and get me out, again very disappointed

Overall good experiences. I really wish the waxers were required to wear masks when performing facial waxing. I don’t want to smell your breath while you’re 3 inches from my face, especially when flu season approaches. The receptionists here could learn to be a bit more courteous. Wax passes shouldn’t be shoved in your face EVERY SINGLE VISIT, no means no. I agree with the reviewer who mentioned that they shouldn’t blurt your services out loud in front of other guests. I don’t want the whole room knowing I’m waxing my chin.

DO NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICES FROM EUROPEAN WAXI have never had an experience like this before...I had an appointment scheduled at this location for a Brazilian wax, but when she finishes and I leave, I arrive home and use the restroom and find that there is still hair AND WAX LEFT ON MY VAGINAL REGION !!! A literal nightmare. I call again that SAME DAY & ask for help on removing the wax along with speaking with the manager, the girl up front told me that the manager would give me a call the next day & gave me NO ADVICE ON HOW TO REMOVE THE WAX. I gave it a day, no call back. I call again the day after that my manager is not in, but Ill have here give you a call as soon as she gets in NO CALL. I call again yesterday frustrated, first I get told that she will be in at 12PM THEN another receptionist tells me shes not even at that LOCATION?????? & that I will get a call back before the end of the day. I have YET to receive my call back. Im at my wits end with this place and I have no idea why NO ONE can get me in touch with a manager.Not sure if its because Im African American & thats just how they treat us but I would highly advise that no one spends another dollar somewhere where the manager has NO general concern with getting in connection with clientele who needs help.

This place was God awful, my experience was horrendous. The attitudes from these woman are shocking. the minute i walked in it was instant judgement and i felt very uncomfortable. the woman that was doing my eyebrows then was making smirky comments at me and not in the joking way. I came into this experience with an open mind but believe me i will never be back.

I’ve been going here for about a year. I first came in with mediocre expectations. Nothing against EWC, but everything to do with my pre-existing skin condition. For a few years I had been dealing with some very irritating ingrown hairs right under my neck that I just couldn’t get rid of permanently. I went to EWC located in the casa Linda plaza and I was connected with Gina. Gina was and still is so very awesome! She was honest, nice, and provided very exceptional service. I love this place!!! The front desk staff are always very helpful and friendly! You’ll be greeted and welcomed with a warm smile each time you walk in the door. Go check them out if you haven’t already!
