Baby this is a lil expensive and a tad bit unorthodox, I use Nairobis hair products and they charge $4-$5 extra and the liquid from the cream is behind the counter. Next time Im just going to the hair supply store at Big T now they are reasonable. Jennys not even that expensive🤦.

Rude, rude, rude!!! They also have very shady pricing practices, items ringing up $4-7 more than stated on the price sticker (if there even is a price sticker) and then they get mad at you for pointing out the discrepancy, I guess they hope customers don’t notice. I left a large purchase at the counter when it rang up $80 more than I’d calculated as I was shopping. The cashier treated me like I was trying to scam them when I said there must be a mistake. The more I tried to explain the more he wanted me out of the store, no apologies or anything, just pay the money or get out.

The African American lady that was in the wig section was AMAZING! She really help us. We were looking for a wig for my sister in law and she really took her time to explain to us what we needed and gave awesome suggestions. Im sorry I cant say the same about the rest of the employees. The rest seemed very rude and make you feel as if your a problem when asking for help.

There was a lot of selection and the prices were reasonable. Well lit store with space to move around. 4 stars because theye was no customer service.

If I could give a zero I would. The customer service is the worst I have seen in my 47 years and they treat you like your a piece of gum on the bottom of a shoe. I questioned the price on some hair because the price displayed wasn’t the price I was being charged he tried to argue me down and when I went to the back to show them ooooo the manager was on the floor changing the price omg so dishonest. I will drive 30 miles before I spend my coins here.

Staff was super friendly, but non intrusive at all .Staff was knowledgeable about the inventory of items, and was quick to help me look something I needed ( they didnt have what I was looking for, but gave me something comparable and added what I was looking for to their order sheet so that I could come back and purchase it from them - #extramile4thecustomerWish it was in another area of town, but thats just me being pretty and selfish ( every neighborhood deserves Superstar service ).

I have visited prior to this date but still have issues locating certain items. Some of their inventory is old and dated so shopper beware. Other than that ask for help they will assist. Prices are to be compared if your in a hurry go there but if your seeking more for your bucks go bigger. Happy shopping!

I went to visit the store at 5:49pm on Sunday and the guy was standing at the door saying I could not come in because they closed at 6:00pm. I still had 11 minutes to get what I needed real quickly. That was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I will not spend my money their again. Apparently they did not want my business anyway. Dont post that you close at 6pm and then turn around and will not let anyone in at 5:49. Bad business!

This people here inflate your tax I think,something of $22 you will end up paying $30 and there was an incident that I paid in cash to collect $3.7cent change as written in the receipt.The seller only gave me 70cent.i went back showed the receipt and asked for my complete change he first complained and later gave me but still short of 5cent.then I realized he deliberately did this to me.imagine how many more customers he does this to.

I have never written a review on any store, but this store is my worst night mare. they are thieves, please make sure you are not been charged twice because they are just after your money they dont care what it takes them to get your money. do not, i repeat do not trust their price, the post two different prices for the same item, they posted a price on a watch for $7 and when she wanted to ring she said it was $9.99, cool i went ahead and bought the watch because i needed it for school, i also bought a whole lot of stuff including a wig they claim was on sale with only $1 off. when i got home i noticed that non of the things i bought from them are working including the watch. i felt like someone just ripped my money off my hand. i went back to complain to the manager about it and he told me that all their stuff are final sale and they can not exchange it or give me my money back, no matter what i said or explained to them about their things not working. the sales girl checked the watch and noticed that non of the watches that they put on sale works, how can a store put up a non working watch for sale i left everything for them including my receipt.this people just took my money. this is my worst nightmare, like i said i never write reviews, but this is the first store that am writing review on.dont ever go there all they care about is stealing from you. please always check that what they charge you is actually how much is sold for.

The store is huge. There is SO much variety. With Covid 19 rules in place I can respect their need to be strict. However they can be a bit short when it comes to customer service.

I have been to this store several times. They do have a good variety of items. The interaction with the customers is stand offish. No more of my hard earned money will be spent here. Might not make a difference to them but it makes a heck of a difference to me. Treat your customers as if you want them to return. If you dont care for the people you service pack up and go elsewhere.

Every time I ask someone to help me with my selection, they shake theyre head and say, No, we no have. And the first few times I believed them. They were just talking to each other like they were doing me a favor by letting me shop in theyre store. I say they are just scooping up the $$and they dont have time to actually provide any type of customer service. I thought it was me tripping so I decided to watch them and they treat most everyone the same way. How rude!!!

They dont like or respect black people, but without our money they couldnt buy Toyotas or more nail salons. I hope this place burns to the ground. Huge beauty supply with an array of products to choose from. Some products are extremely overpriced. I would see a product at Walmart or Target for 7 bucks and it would be 12 bucks here. But other than that its a good establishment.

3/6 The guy closed the store way earlier then 8 there were people buying stuff and he locked the door and said they were closed . We drove all the way there just so that guy could tell us he wanted to leave early . Unacceptable. Do not recommend and will not return there are other places that actually are professional and dont close early

One of the best hair stores around this area. Most likely to have newer items. Besides making the trip to Jennys, 40 minutes away, this is the best bet. Customer service is a typical beauty supply store.

If this wasnt the closest hair to me I would never go! The young guy that works there accused me of stealing some beeswax he put in my bag. He found it and had an attitude with me because I told him where it was. He knew he was wrong and he never even tried to apologize. When I go in there, if hes at the register I will walk around until someone else can check me out

Took a while to get someone to help us I was trying to find a new blade for my clippers they didnt really have the parts that I needed even though I needed them we looked online for a lot of these items and they were a lot cheaper and so there were some things that we ended up not getting because I can find them online for better price so if you really need something for your hair if your Barber and you have to get it immediately then thats the place to go to if you can wait two days you can go get it in Amazon prime free shipping and save you two to $4 really on any of these products

They have a decent sized selection but their customer service skills could use some improvement. We did not find the hair we were looking for and another star off bc they barely listen to your question b4 they say no. I have been here multiple times bc its close to my hair dresser. But I dont like it.

Has alot of nice products to buy but they were very rude and were laughing at me, my mom and boyfriend the whole time. When we got to the register the lady said my boyfriend was feminine. Also, you dont have to keep walking behind me, didnt ask for help smh!

Typical beauty supply store, although in a spotty area. Thsy have posted pics of store thieves as you walk in. However, I can always find what I need. Customer service isnt the best, unwelcoming staff that will only help you if you ask them first.

They have a HUGE selection but properly spaced so its not over crowded. I mainly go here for the variety because the prices can be a bit over the top. plus I dont like the way they have printed and posted pics all over their doors of people in the act of stealing it just brings down the property to me. They follow and hover over everyone. The ladies who work the front counter are very non chalant.

They’re rude every time I come. I asked him to show me where a specific brand of hair was and he snapped at me literally to follow his finger instead of walking down the aisle to show me.

I liked that I was able to be assisted as soon as I was done shopping. There were some women at the counter doing there usual how much is this and how much is that routine. So a guy asked if I was done and ready to checkout. I was and saved me time. Wish they had more collection of freetress and the sister micro locs.

The owners are rude as you enter tge door. The always watching you throughout the store. They post pictures of people that have stolen goods asvyou walk through the door. They really need to shut this place down because its not for the people they serve.

Omg this place is the worst beauty supply store EVER !!!!! First of all i dont shop here ! I went in to get some concealer && I had my 3 year old son with me ... he said he had to use the bathroom, I go to the front and ask do they have a bathroom because my son had to use it . She say NO very rude so I go ask the manager because I didnt want my son to use the bathroom on himself ! He then gives me the key very nicely so my son could use it !!! The lady who told me no was upset he let my son use the bath room ... so I go to check out and of course she was at the register. I put my things on the counter and I could see she was still upset about the bathroom . So I didnt even attempt to make conversation... after I pay she throw my change on the counter and didnt even bag my items her sister or how ever had to come do it ... I STILL remained calm because at that point I was upset at her attitude... so I calmly ask for a refund and leave !!! I will never ever go there again!!!! There prices our over priced ... and there rude af

Just went to Gold 7 seeking a curling wand after church. My 3 year old lil girl ask to use the bathroom now no where is a post stating no public restroom matter fact there are two postings stating men and women restrooms including handicapped. I go to the front desk and ask about the restroom to see if they have keys and was directed to use Aldis by the time I would make it over there my daughter could have peed on herself. Poor service I will spend my money elsewhere although this was my number 1 beauty supply store I will choose some where else to spend my money.
