The worst experience I’ve ever had, I have an average size head but these wigs don’t come in cap sizes so it’s a one size supposed to fit all, I spent nearly $300 on a wig that falls off my head and no refund. I’ve had to see the cap to make it smaller and it still doesn’t fit. Ladies beware. If you can’t try it on leave it there! I’m still searching for someone to customize this wig to fit my head. These wigs must be for men and women because a woman’s head definitely can’t fit this wig.

Store close at 9pm according to website but I was refused service at 9:55. My goal was to pick up 1 pack of hair for passion twist. I will not be back to a store with false advertising.

DO NOT BUY WIGS FROM HERE! I took my daughter here December 26th. She tried on two 18 inch wigs. One was too small so we purchased the other one. We got home and it looked nothing like the display. It’s thin, it’s not 14 inches (which we asked for and what is on the box). You can see where the top row stop halfway the wig, split ends and all. It’s very thin and one of the tracks is already coming on. Ladies, check your boxes thoroughly. This place may be good for products as they have everything, but stay away for wigs! Horrible wig quality. Purchased a 30 inch 613 lace frontal wig. Was super thin, matted in a few days. Shedded like a dog. Did a deep condition, oil treatment, and silicon treatment. Nothing! Only lasted a week! Would never buy from here again.

***PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE***My mom bought a wig from this establishment yesterday and one of their representatives said it was a 13 X 4 lace front. It was only TWO INCHES OF PARTING SPACE!!! I called this establishment about the faulty wig and the Manager Moe only offered a “discount” for the wig. Money is not an option. We only went there because she didn’t have enough time to get a wig from her usual establishment. I have called to ask to speak to the owner and was CONSTANTLY hanged up on today. My mother has a funeral to go to and is completely upset that her hair is not ready. The customer service is terrible and the owner/management is not black owned. Please be aware before purchasing a wig.

Their hair trash. They over charge you and they replace what you ask for only for something else. My receipt says exchange only but they really wont do it. The hair after 1day is tangled, falling apart or very thin like doll hair. They robbing people out they money.

I bought some Ombre Human Hair from here about 3 to 4 weeks ago. I love it at first, but after a week, the hair became really dry and tangled. I thought by doing an oil treatment, a deep condition, along with a proper brush and detangler, the hair would be fine. WRONG! By week 3, the hair would get completely matted, and no matter what I did, I could only make the hair look decent for about 2 hours before it was dry, tangled, and matted all over again. Took the hair to a professional hair dresser who then confirmed, it WAS NOT human hair. Spent hundreds at this place and the hair couldnt even last a month. Dont buy from here!!! The hair looks nice, but within a month youll have to trash it.

I got bundles. 4 for $150. The hair is OKAYY. But honestly I would have paid twice that for better quality. So honestly Im pretty satisfied ☺️ it sheds and gets frizzy but if you put in work itll be fine. It also tangles kind of easy. But like I said. $45 for a 24 inch bundle. You cant beat that. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Customer service is terrible, workers are rude and not helpful at all. Don’t buy the lashes! They are faux mink but they lie and tell you they are real mink to get you to pay mink prices for synthetic fibers. Not shopping here again! Avoid this place. Lashes are shedding and breaking apart before I can even get them out the package! Wasted 10 dollars.

This place is fine ...there selection of product and track hair is unmatched...but for some of the items you could definitely find them cheaper other places. I will say that it is a one stop shop, so you may pay a dollar more for something but you can get everything your looking for.

The selection is great but one of the male workers were difficult. Let me be clear. It was a worker that was related to the owners. He didnt want the lady to help us with the hair and he kept acting like he could not find the wig i was going to purchase. Just difficult for no reason.

Not good customer service at all. Some of the employees in the back working the wigs seem as though they dislike there job. There is not enough help in the back for the amount of business they get. Also let me add you can spend 100+ dollars in there and they will still treat you like you spent 10. I will not be going back to give them any of my coins.

Im not happy with my purchase, I paid $192 for 3 bundles of donor straight in 14,16,and 18. The hair is a mix of human and synthetic fibers. It smell heavily processed and there are so many fibers in the hair you can see each and every strand of fiber.I wish I could have saw the hair in the sun light I wouldnt have brought it.Ill never purchase hair from the store again.I dont recommend buying their hair either.
