This is the best perfume store in Dallas. Very pleasant and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely return.

Charged my card almost 100THOUSAND dollars. yes, you read correctly! after he charged my card this amount, he asked me to sign my receipt. i told him i won’t sign it because i do not consent to that charge. he told me i’d receive a refund, but never got it! had to go back and forth with amex for hours to get this settled and they couldn’t issue me a refund before i was charged. not convinced it was an accident, since my refund wasn’t processed, and he asked me to sign the ridiculous charge... don’t hand this man your card! i will upload pictures if it lets me.

My family has been shopping here for more than 5 years. We can always find what we are looking for at excellent prices. I like supporting local family businesses and this one is, by far, my favorite!

Came in to purchase Armaf Magnificent for my wife and had a terrible shopping experience here. The merchant here was irate and completely inappropriate to me when i asked to smell the Gucci Bloom perfume. He responded I have over 2000 perfumes i cant have a tester for each one mind you this was the only scent i asked to smell. Also there was a tester for this particular perfume. Clearly there is some sort of prejudice going on with him. Do not recommend shopping with this business until they show more respect for their customers.

Went here with some friends and we were not acknowledged or offered any assistance. The older man who was working the shift (might be the owner) was watching a movie. Clearly doesnt care about his job. Go somewhere else where people will actually help you and could use your sale like Dillards or Macys. Place was unorganized as well.

I loved it. Having searched for my perfume everywhere else in vain, i was excited to find it at perfume village. It was friendly too!

They have a great variety but the perfume i purchased smelled like it had expired. You can tell a lot of their perfumes have been sitting there and dont get a new load of perfumes often from slow buys.

I spent 30 minutes in the area and couldnt find the shop.

Very clean and beautiful city.

The perfume stung my wrist, I walked back in after trying it, and the lady said she wanted to fight, I said Im down and she swung, she threw a perfume at me and it shattered, and then I looked at it and there was green mold on it, she threw a roll of toilet pape at me, then tanisha pooped on the floor, and claimed had dropped, I said no it wasnt and then she pulled me over the counter. And smacked my booty, I tossed a used toilet paper roll at her and she got angry and kicked me out.

Worst customer service experience ever. The girl at the store was rude and disrespectful and didnt even try to help me.

I just bought a cologne today and not 30 minutes after I wanted to return it not knowing that ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Everything here is overpriced. Never again!
