I will definitely be returning to this location when I am ready to get a sleep number mattress. Mike the store manager was extremely welcoming and helpful. I just moved from California and was looking for a specific pillow. He helped me find the right one, talked to me about the area and didn’t push anything on me. His service was fast friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this location for any sleep number needs

We were the last people in the store right at closing… Michael Duckworth was amazing. He was patient with all my questions. He was highly informative. And he put up with my bad jokes! He showed us the whole process of how the bed works and how financing was calculated. He was extremely thorough and sold me for sure! Looking forward to my new sleep number bed and my cooling pillow!! If you are in the market for a new bed, go see Michael!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

I visted the Dallas Park lane store. Michael, who happens to be the store manager did an AMAZING job analyzing my sleeping habits and my patterns to better recommend an adequate mattress. he also made certain recommendations on other products and services the store has. It had been a very long time since I have experienced such an amazing retail shopping experience. I highly recommend this store

I walked in and Farid greeted me at the door. I knew what I wanted, told him, and he showed me the perfect selection and let me test it out. He also let me look at some more options but was able to offer me a price that I couldn’t pass up on the right mattress for me. The transaction was simple and quick - I spent less than half an hour in the store and walked out after having purchased just what I wanted for a great value. This store offered me top notch customer service with a wide variety of options. I really respect Farid’s knowledge of the products and their warranties.

Extremely knowledgeable employees. They knew literally everything about their beds. Much needed relief coming from a big name Mattress store where the employees seemed clue less about more than just the mattresses. If you want science based sleep go see them ASAP!

Yes i did like putting my feet up. But I must say that I was not the only only disappointed to have to wait 3+ weeks to put my feet up in that bed in my own home. I paid in full that day and now sit and wait. Not at all what I was expecting for a promise date.I dont understand why there is no a local inventory and delivery in a few days.

Couldnt have asked for a better shopping experience. Mr. Mike Duckworth was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and the hubs and I appreciated his honest, personable approach. He talked about his own experience with Sleep Numbers and how they compared to the other guys in the game. He wasnt pushy, nor did he try and upsell us on other products. He spent about 2 hours with us as we became mattress experts.The hubs and I touched and laid in just about every mattress in the store. BUT WAIT!!! Before we laid down, Mike was there to hand us paper protectors due to the COVID-19 protocol the store had in place. He wasnt there breathing down our necks--but gave us ample room to discuss the $10K decision we were about to make.Our bed hasnt arrived yet so I cant speak too much on the product, and store front parking isnt as friendly BUT Mike was awesome! We appreciate your help, EM DEE!

Mike was great. I had a pillow that wasnt sold anymore so he figured out what the newest version was and I wish I was tired so I could go enjoy it right now.

Excellent store and a good location at the Shops at Park Ln. We were helped by Thomas Norman, who did an outstanding job! Thomas was knowledgeable, informative, and courteous. I recommend one of these beds, as well as going to this location and using Thomas to help you with your purchase!

We came to Dallas for vacation and realized we didnt bring our sleep number pillows from home that we can NOT sleep without so we stopped in here to buy more. There is VERY limited parking outside this location, when we finally found a spot it was limited to 15 min parking. The pillow selections were greater than what Ive seen at other locations and gentleman who helped us was very nice, knowledgeable and quick. As for the bed selections I didnt notice much difference from other locations but I do know as far as buying a sleep number bed it was the best bed/sleeping option for my boyfriend and I, we recommend them to everyone!

Management seems to have changed over from when I intially came here over a year ago. Before they were unfriendly and now the new sales management seems friendly and not pushy about sales. Perfect bed for a newly married couple who always used to fight about what type of firmness we liked in the past.

Thomas was awesome. Easy to talk to and not demanding.

We waited a long time to be greeted, only one person available for the first half hour, not too much information was provided while we were left to figure things out, and towards the end, we were pressured to make a hasty decision and to start financing options when we had no intention of financing. We were eager to learn more about the product and options, but unfortunately, the in-store marketing was poor and underwhelming. We left feeling Sleep Number is an inferior product. The representation of Sleep Numbers customer service is regrettably disappointing.

Ask for Tom! He was super helpful and got us exactly what we wanted and even followed up via phone between our visit and the delivery of our bed.

Retail staff isnt what I expect for high pricing with moderate tech products. Too many bed products at extremly high pricing across all bedcproviders ... differentiation is non-existent.
